Don't like getting dental work done at all but Dr Gresehover and staff make it pleasant with very little discomfort. Highly recommended!

Excellent and very professional staff here, esp Dr Gresehover and his assistant at the Greeley/Loveland offices. I had to go there, as I had a laceration, after some routine dental work in Loveland, and they sent me there to have it repaired. They were all so kind, accommodating and skilled, from the minute I walked in to their office. It was a freak thing, and it required a few sutures. Dr. G. was so kind, calming and efficient. They gave me written instructions ,and followed up w me a few times after, to ensure healing was going well, etc. I would not hesitate to return here under less emergent situations, and highly recommend them to anyone in need of an oral surgeon. They turned a negative situation into a very positive one.

Incredible experience getting my wisdoms out. Process was simple, aftercare was a breeze (for what it was and that's a lot coming from me). I feel like I made out like a bandit compared to the stories I've heard throughout the years. Amazing workers. Only uneasy moment was when one of the techs/assistants trying to get my needle in (I'm not a fan of them in the first place so the struggle she had made it unsettling mildly. Well handled nonetheless). Highly recommend Dr. Gresehover and the crew.

Dr. Gresehover did a very professional job on my tooth extraction and implant. I like his personality and his concern for my comfort during the appointment. His assistant Mariah is wonderful also.

Dr. Reynolds is amazing. I have had really bad experiences in the past with other oral surgeons so I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to tooth extraction. Dr. Reynolds and his whole team have never made me feel uncomfortable and have always treated me with dignity and respect. I would recommend them to anyone needing oral surgery. I am so glad Mariah told me about Dr. Reynolds.

I recently got a night guard at Dr. Reynolds office. Mariah Preshaw took my 3D scan and my night guard and it only needed a few adjustments. She was welcoming, friendly and she did a FABULOUS job!!! Dr. Gresshover made a few adjustments. He was professional, kind and has a great sense of humor. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Dr. Gresehover truly went above and beyond in caring for our son. Their care was compassionate, thorough, detailed and we even received a personal follow up call from our surgeon after the procedure to see how our son was doing. We knew he was in good hands. We cannot recommend, or thank them enough for all they did for our son and our family.

Dealing with the finance office has been a nightmare. All things are blamed on the patient and not the incompetence of asking the right questions. Not everyone's financial situation is the same or insurance situation for that matter. Also, dental assistant is rude and yelled at the patient after waking up from sedation. Excuse me, someone is out of it, don't yell at them. For unprofessional office.

I'm posting this review to hopefully get some resolution as the office won't help me. I recently had a biopsy which cost about $3000 for the scans, surgery and labwork. The office assured me they would bill my insurance and I should get about $2000 covered. My insurance notified me that the claim has been denied pending the doctor providing more information. I've emailed, called several times and stopped by the office over the last month and the billing person is never there and won't return my calls. During my follow up appointment Dr. Reynolds told me I needed about $8k more work over 2 operations - he seems like a good doctor but noway I'm going ahead with the work given the experience with his insurance billing. Their lack of performing their job to timely bill and provide info to my insurance is a major failure in their core responsibility to their patient. Dr. Reynolds - if you are reading this pls call me to help me get this resolved.

Friendly, talked me through everything, and made me feel comfortable. Definitely eased the worries of having my wisdom teeth removed. Highly recommend for all your oral surgery needs

I've never had the best oral health and decided now is the time to start fixing my mouth before I get older. I just had my wisdom teeth and another molar removed yesterday and Dr Gresehover and the entire team at Reynolds were extremely welcoming and friendly, and made me feel as comfortable as possible. I had never been put under anesthesia before and they talked me through the whole process. They even sent me home with a little goodie bag with a fancy water bottle and IntaJuice gift card among other things. While getting teeth removed isn't the most pleasant experience, the team at Reynolds made it so. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone I know needing oral surgery.

I can't say enough good things about this establishment! If you are like me, just the thought of oral surgery creates anxiety! Well, Dr. Gresehover, Gabriella, Jazmine, and Sarah took away all of that anxiety! Upon walking in the door, Gabriella made me feel welcome and calm, with her smile and pleasant demeanor. As I was prepared for surgery, Jazmine and Sarah explained everything, made sure I was comfortable and answered all of my questions. After the surgery, Dr. Gresehover was readily available to answer questions, alleviate concerns, and let me know that my recovery was priority number one. Plus, I had everything I needed to ensure a timely recovery. I am very thankful to Reynolds Oral & Facial Surgery!

Impacted wisdom tooth? Dreading getting it out? Dont stress it! Dr. Joshua Gresehover from Reynolds Oral & Facial Surgery will take away your stress as he fixes your face while he treats you like family. Seriously felt like talking to a brother. The warm caring service that I received was literally top notch! My completely impacted wisdom tooth was near a nerve and seemed like it was going to be a nightmare to remove. Not the case! The doctor removed it with no issue! The nurses were warm, caring and friendly too! I highly highly recommend this company with 2 locations in Loveland & Greeley. I put it off for 10 years, but if I knew how smooth and painless of a process it would be, I would have done it right away! I dont normally write reviews, but if this helps someone else take care of their dental work sooner than later, then its worth it! 10 out of 5 stars! Thanks a million to the team at Reynolds Oral and Facial Surgery!!!

I recently had an extraction performed by Dr. Gresehover and the team at Reynolds and the experience was fantastic. I will hold other doctors and surgeons to this same expectation going forward. Dr. Greshover treated me like family and made sure I was well informed and handled my procedure with the utmost professionalism in making sure everything went smoothly. In addition, the office staff were on top of all the scheduling, pricing, and record keeping. I was given straightforward pricing with no surprises (which is already a rare occurrence). Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and handled what was needed with ease. I whole heartedly recommend Dr. Gresehover and this office staff and I wish more doctors offices were run this well.
