I was nervous getting my teeth examined or cleaned since Covid. I finally bit the bullet and made an appointment. The staff at Reynolds Family Dentistry is so friendly and helpful, especially my x-ray tech. I hope she is my hygienist when I get my teeth cleaned in May. Thank you to all the staff :)

Beautiful building, great staff, receptionist was so very clear, courteous and helpful, and although I didn't actually get to speak with Dr Reynolds face to face I'm looking forward to having him as my dentist for years to come.

I normally love it here. I had a tooth with problems and at least 1/4th of it broke off. About 6 months ago they put a "temporary filing". It lasted a few days. My scheduled filing appointment was for about 6 months out! The jagged piece has been cutting my mouth (inside gums) and I have been patiently waiting. I finally go in and they numb everything up & FILLED THE WRONG TOOTH!!!! The assistant had clicked the wrong tooth 6 months before (their words) and the dentist saw a little cavity on the one marked and fixed it. I guess he didn't look at the gapping hole in the tooth of the one before it. I called that day & left a message. The next week I get a call back. They had me come back in, put a temporary filing (held one day) and my new appointment isn't until DECEMBER!!!!! They know the error was not mine, why make me wait through more pain 3-4 months????? (During my visit last week I even referred to the broken tooth & that it would be nice to not have it cutting my gums anymore) ......... . To add insult to injury, quit sending me a request for review @ 7:30 am, you aren't @ work why wake me up (last one I got was on a Sunday morning).

I have extreme anxiety, which prevented me from going to the dentist in the first place, for years. Every... I mean everyone from the staff, to the doctor were all polite and considerate. The Doctor that worked on me, was an extremely professional business owner, that likes what he does, is very smart, and will lead you to the path of your choosing. He will absolutely not make decisions for you, or pressure you to make them. His techniques were so accurate and comfortable that I forgot that he was getting rid of bad teeth. He was very precise with the needle, that if he wanted to num 1 tooth, that tooth got numbed all the way, wow ... he was good at his job. 4 teeth were out in less than an hour. This place will not make you wait, if uou show up early, you will more than likely get in early, and they did that twice. I was over 45 minutes early, and they got me back withing 10 minutes, wholly Molly, and I did that intentionally to see what they would do! This business deserves more good customers. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing dental work done. I am pleased as a pig in mud.

Excellent service! Long wait times but that can be expected during a pandemic. I had all of my teeth removed and dentures made. A hard adjustment at age 35. The dentist was extremely skilled with a wicked sense of humor that always put me at ease. When I first received my teeth I thought "no way am I ever going to get used to these." But he was right, I did. He was right about a lot of things. Highly reccomended

The receptionist was super nice and helpful. The dental hygienist and dentist were very professional, kind and fast. I wasn't stressed out or nervous like I usually am at the dentist. They made it a very easy and nice. The only negative would be that I had to wait a few months for an appointment.

Rude and disrespectful that's all I got to say never coming back. And I'm at fault for standing up for my self like a man.......I don't think so you guys are not the only ones here in grants pass ROFL.

I'm terrified of dental work due to prior bad experiences but every visit to Reynolds has been easy low pain and quick. I don't know a single dentist in the valley that doesn't have long waits so I always expect that but anytime I've had an emergency Reynolds gets me in within a day or two. Dentist is great at helping to do everything possible to reduce pain/discomfort and he's super fast.

Dr. Reynolds and his staff are awesome! Professional and friendly. Clear communication from Dr. Reynolds and staff as well. Bonus...Dr. Reynolds has a great sense of humor, that is a plus for me!!

After scheduling my appointments out 2 to 3 months then rescheduling my appointment another month and a half out without telling me until I'm standing at the door for my appointment. Bad business practice.

Excellent Dentist!! Excellent assistants and receptionists! I got a tooth extraction. Believe you me even being in my 60s I was terrified. No worries everything went great!! I would recommend Dr Reynolds to even my children. Great care and awesome bedside manner. Five stars!!! Sally Roberts

The office in Grants Pass has the rudest reception I've experienced in a long time. They're short, condescending and wouldn't let me schedule my son for the Medford office, instead forcing me to drive 30 miles away to Grants Pass. Then, after we arrive for his appointment, they ask if he's got a cough or cold. Shouldn't you have asked that on the phone when you called to verify the appointment? Also, they've had us come in for 4 appts for ONE root canal, then they send him to a specialist to do the actual root canal, then have him come back in for the permanent filling. What were the first 4 appts for?? Clearly, just too nickel and dime the insurance as much as possible. Plus, they're always booked so far out it's ridiculous. I'm not at all impressed. Not at all. I'm going so far as to call insurance and switch to a better place to get our dental work done

I Just went in for a initial checkup which went great as far as the Dentist goes, I mean the Dr was funny and his staff was very experienced. As I was scheduling my next appointment they asked me if I could come back in 1 hr instead of the normal 3 month wait and of course I jumped on it. I was back in 1 hr. had my teeth cleaned but I didn't realize what a fantastic job they did until later that day when I got home, my teeth were gleaming .Thanks you guys, I knew I was gonna look good but I didn't know I was gonna look this good.
