Dr. Kent Howell and Dr. Nate Farley are both ADA recognized specialists in full mouth reconstructions, on teeth AND dental implants. This specialty is called prosthodontics and required three more years of training beyond dental school. There are very few prosthodontists in Arizona and even fewer offices with a board certified prosthodontist. This certainly sets Revive Dental apart from your other choices for All-On-4, dental implants, crowns/bridges, dentures, etc.
Our doctors did their training together at The Ohio State University, where they spent hours learning all the different parts of the process, from the clinical, to treatment planning, to actually fabricating the teeth in the lab. You will still find them both in the lab working to keep up with the load and ensuring that Revive Dental provides the highest quality possible.
Dr. Howell is a caring and empathetic professional who has a passion for helping others and for creating new smiles. Dr. Howell brings a unique perspective to treating his patients due to his additional education and training as a prosthodontista dentist who specializes in the restoration and replacement of teeth. His advanced understanding is a result of three additional years of training that allow prosthodontists to approach situations with a special vision and perspective completely unique from a general dentist.Dr. Howell grew up in Wyoming as the oldest of five children. Working for his father, an engineer, most of his youth, he gained valuable lessons in precision and discipline while spending summers on construction sites across many states. Dr. Howell did his undergraduate work in Biology and Public Health at Utah State University. He then earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, and completed a Master of Science and Certificate of Specialty in Prosthodontics at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.
During his three-year prosthodontic residency beyond dental school, Dr. Howell focused on comprehensive oral reconstruction and received extensive training in dental implants. While serving as chief resident, Dr. Howell had the opportunity to teach and mentor other residents and dental students in many different areas of prosthodontics. This helped foster a passion for education, which he enjoys sharing with his patients and other dentists. He continues teaching by lecturing to groups of dentists nationwide on the All-On-4 dental implant technique.
During residency, Dr. Howell was trained in all aspects of dental laboratory work and fabricated his own dentures and partials from start to finish for his patients. This valuable laboratory training was key in helping Dr. Howell to customize each prosthesis in-office and monitor the work that returns from his dental labs. This unique level of experience and attention to detail is key to providing the level of excellence that his patients deserve.
Dr. Farley is a board certified prosthodontist with a passion for all things digital. He completed both dental school and his prosthodontic residency at The Ohio State University. While in residency, he created whatimplantisthat.com, a free online resource for radiographic implant identification. This passion for dental information led him to co-found Infodontics, LLC, a company committed to put dental information right at peoples fingertips through innovative, useful, and free online resources. Also in residency, he completed his masters thesis by comparing the accuracy of CAD/CAM surgical guides to traditional guides. Over the years, he has had experience with five different implant planning programs.
Back in his undergrad, he learned 3D modeling and animation, something that started him down this road that recently intersected with dentistry. With experience in various 3D modeling programs, he has taken to Meshmixer and Blue Sky Plan like a duck to water, and is thrilled to help others learn to use both programs to achieve some fantastic results.
He has lectured nationally and internationally on immediate interim hybrids, implant complications, guided implant surgery, implant identification, and digital dentistry. He is married to an amazing woman and has three kids, with whom he enjoys hiking, biking, and building Legos.

I got my dentures over 2 years ago. My denture has never fit right and I stopped eating. I called Revive Dental Center a few times in the past years. They want almost $200 to adjust them! All this guy cares about is making money! DON'T get dentures there, they are horrible! Can't find my review, I think they removed it!

You cannot go wrong if you choose Revive Dental for your implants. The entire staff is professional and nice! I felt confident that I would receive the best care and I did! I just finished my treatment plan today with my new implant and I could not be more pleased! The process was so much easier than I had anticipated. I had questions about where the implants would be placed and the plan was missing one for the bridge they were going to place. I asked if a screw type implant and one that is cemented in could be connected. The Dr didn't seem to be sure if they could. The dentist canceled the hour and a half appt. I had scheduled and when they rescheduled it, that changed my original surgery date. Then I was told they had to order the parts for the implant. They specialize in implants. Why wouldn't they have all parts needed for implants. So they didn't like my concerns and questions I had so a few days later sent me a letter basically making it look like I was the problem and since I didn't just trust what they told me decided they didn't want to deal with me. I would never refer them and would make sure to tell anyone that needed dental implants not to go to them.

I have been a patient for almost a year. It has been the best experience I have had with a Dentist ever. I have spent my life in and out of dental chairs trying to save my teeth. My last dentist told me that he could do no more and referred me to Revive Dental Implant Center. I met with Dr. Farley and his wonderful team. From the front desk to his financial team and his dental assistants, surgical staff. They are the most caring group of people I have ever met. They truly care about their patients. Dr Farley really is an outstanding Dentist. A dentist who specializes in bringing back your smile. I have had a few surgeries and much other work. Dr Farley is a perfectionist. He treats your teeth like they are his own. Every patient is treated like you are his only patient. Each step, you can see the excitement in Dr. Farley, on the work he is doing with your teeth. All I can say is the I am extremely happy that I walked into this office. I currently have temps and the compliments I receive is unbelievable. I constantly hear "wow you have beautiful teeth.". I laugh since they are only temps. I have never smiled so much. My self esteem is back. I have never felt so good about myself in years. I still have a few more visits. But having all this dental work done by Dr Farley and his staff has totally changed my life. I am excited to see my final smile! If you need implants, dentures or just want your smile back, please give Revive Dental Implant Center a call. It is an experience no one wants for sure, but at least if it is needed, better at an office where you walk away with a beautiful smile and an experience that truly wasn't as bad as you thought it would be. If I could give Revive a 10, I would! I can't say enough about my experience with Revive! Thank you Dr Farley and your wonderful staff!

They haven't started the dental work yet however this office and their staff are excellent. From the time you make the appointment until you're done with your first appointment they will make you feel right at home at ease and excited about getting your dental work done. Dr. Howell is a truly gifted dentist, and he has surrounded himself with a staff that provides a superior level of service from the moment you enter their office. What I found most comforting about Revive Dental was how at home I felt from the very first visit. As a patient, I was able to relax, spend some time with friends, and walk out knowing that I had received the best dental care in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. I could not be happier with the results of the care I received, or with the genuine kindness I experienced at the hands of Dr. Howell and his staff.

I have the original dental implants in my lower jaw. 3 years ago I had to have the bar and lower denture replaced. I have had pain and discomfort since the procedure. The system failed. I was given Dr Howell's name. He is doing a very good job in replacing the bar and installing new screws. I am extremely lucking to have been given his name. I would recommend him to anyone wanting dental implants.

All of the staff at REVIVE were very professional, friendly and helpful. The 2 dentists Dr. Howell and Dr. Farley were excellent. Dr. Farley called after surgery to be sure I was feeling well and if I needed anything over the Holiday weekend. That was impressive. The gals, Jessica, Lorraine, Jasmine, Mona and everyone else assisted with everything that was asked of them. Scheduling and text appt. reminders were great. Overall, just really good SERVICE.

Came here from New York City looking for a dentist and in Arizona there is a dentist on every block fortunately I found Dr Farley from Revive he removed two implants from a private dentist in New York City it was actually painless. Went back three months later, so he can Bone graph where he remove my implants so he can insert new implants he was understandable yeah great bedside manners he let me understand what he will be doing the staff is friendly his assistant is great I am so lucky to find great dentist in Arizona

Edited to Update . . . it's been a 6 month journey & today I got my new permanent teeth !! And I have to say that I'm still as pleased with the treatments I received @ Revive Dental Implant Center as I was at the time of my first review!! Even though I'm just starting out on this journey, I have to say that I have no regrets about entrusting my mouth to the good people at Revive Dental Implant Center!! Everyone there has been so kind & encouraging with no pushiness at all! They know that what they do is extraordinary & they don't need to "sell" it!
