Dr. Bullock grew up in Shelton, Connecticut, where she graduated as Salutatorian of her class at Shelton High School. She obtained a bachelors degree in psychology and a minor in Chemistry from New York University. Dr. Bullock received her Doctorate from University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. She furthered her training after dental school through a general practice residency program at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford, Ct. Working at St. Francis Hospital, Dr. Bullock gained experience in all aspects of dentistry, including treatment of medically compromised patients. Her goal is to provide excellent comprehensive dental care while developing lifelong relationships with her patients. She strives to earn their trust and to make them feel comfortable. She belongs to the American Dental Association, Connecticut State Dental Association, and Naugatuck Valley Dental Society. Dr. Bullock also loves to volunteer at CT Mission of Mercy, which is an annual clinic that provides free dental care to those in need.
In her free time, Dr. Bullock is an avid fan of the outdoors. Dr. Bullock loves to go on an annual fly fishing trip with her grandfather and other family members in the beautiful Rangeley Lakes region of Maine. She enjoys going to the beach and paddle boarding with her mother who lives in Milford, CT. She also enjoys visiting her father and grandmother, who own a beautiful bed and breakfast inn in rustic Ripton, VT. She loves kayaking, hiking, and exploring the northeast while spending time with her identical twin sister, Ashley, and her fianc, Rick. Dr. Bullock and Rick love animals. They have five beautiful pets together; three dogs and two cats.
Dr. Kenneth L. Kronstadt is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, receiving his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2014. He completed a two-year General Practice Residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital, serving as chief resident from 2015 to 2016. During his residency, Dr. Kronstadt received special training in general dentistry and advanced restorative care, including implants and prosthetic dental treatments. After completing his general practice residency, Dr. Kronstadt joined the faculty at Yale-New Haven Hospital, where he both teaches in the dental residency program and treats medically complex and special needs patients in both the outpatient, inpatient, and operating room settings. Dr. Kronstadt has a keen interest in prosthodontics and the reconstructive phases of dental and maxillofacial rehabilitation. He is currently completing the Post-Graduate Prosthodontics residency program at the Michael E. DeBakey Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Houston, Texas, as well as his Master of Science in Dentistry degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center School of Dentistry. Dr. Kronstadt has also been accepted to and will complete a fellowship in Maxillofacial Prosthetics and Dental Oncology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in Manhattan, NY
Carmen was born in Romania. She graduated from high school in 1991 in Romania and worked as an elementary school teacher. She then came to the United States, and in 2003 she began working with Dr. Horblitt. She attended Valley Medical School in Trumbull to become a dental assistant, graduating in 2005. In 2007, she passed the required dental assistant exams and became a certified dental assistant. She is also certified in CPR.
As a dental assistant, Carmens goal is to be understanding and compassionate. She strives to help our patients and their families during treatment in our office, and she feels that the entire team is devoted to making sure the patients achieve their individual dental health goals. Working with Dr. Horblitt and everyone on his team is very gratifying for Carmen.
Mirela was born in 1968, and while her parents tried to shield her from the harsh realities of life in Romania, she dreamed of coming to America. After high school, she studied clothes alteration and design at technical school. She married her husband Dumitru, and in December of 1987 she had her first son, George. In 1989, Dumitru left to begin building a better life for them all in America, and less than a month later she had their second son, Mihai. In 1991, shortly after Romania won independence from a communist dictatorship, she brought herself and her two toddlers to meet up with her husband in America. When asked why she did it, she said, Nothing matters to me more than my family.
From the moment she got to America, she worked hard, spending her days as a seamstress at the Burlington Coat Factory and her nights attending English classes, becoming fluent in English. When she became fluent, her job opportunities widened, and she went to work for Vitramon in the quality control department. Having been a helpful person her entire life, she grew tired of factory work and looked for something that would let her make a difference. Thats why she went to school to become a certified dental assistant. She started classes in 1996, and since 1997 shes been a full-time dental assistant for Dr. Horblitt. Together, they have helped countless patients obtain the care they needed, always ensuring that they received the best service possible. Nothing makes her happier then knowing that over the years, shes been able to help our patients regain their smiles.
I grew up in Stratford, Ct. and went right from high school to dental assisting for a general dentist. I learned several different aspects of dentistry, oral surgery, periodontal, pediatrics and orthodontics. Curiosity and the desire to have the ability to provide direct patient care lead me to further my dental education at Fones School of Dental Hygiene. I completed the program and graduated as a Hygienist with Cum Laude Honors.
I help patients avoid decay, dental disease and help arrange any dental care they may need. I most enjoy keeping their smiles bright and white! In my spare time I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family and helping others. In 2017, I went on my first mission to Haiti. I will be going on my third and fourth mission trip this year. I assisted in building a church, school and now a health center. It is my privilege to treat patients and help people.
Crystal, who joined the office in 2017, plays an integral role in our front end operations. Crystal grew up in Norwalk CT and after graduating high school, enrolled in the dental assisting school at Porter & Chester. Once she graduated in 2011, she began working for a general dentist where she got the opportunity to work more hands-on and gain the ability to be cross-trained in front-end responsibilities. Crystal is the mother of three beautiful girls who mean the world to her. In her free time, Crystal enjoys spending time with her fianc and her girls on family outings, living life while enjoying each others company

I had a terrible experience with this dental office. They are unorganized and unefficient. They found me in their system for coming in due to an emergency. I call back about a year later to schedule an appointment for my children, they tell me to find another dentist they are not accepting new patients right now. Even tho they found me in their system, what a joke. I schedule an X-ray last year for my children, but they were scheduled unbeknownst for a cleaning. I myself was made an appointment for a filling but I was also scheduled on a Friday when there is no technician on site for a cleaning. Woman answering the phone has no information says they are gonna call me back in 20mins 2hrs later no call back, I call them, so you had a conversation about Mr and didn't think to call me back. I am definitely taking my services some where else. And to think they tried to warn me about going to Aspen dental office. Seems like they should have warned me about revitalizing smiles, all they did was revitalize a smile in to a frown.

As far as businesses go, this is one is world class. Everyone dreads the dentist, but Melissa makes it painless. This place uses every resource available to help the patient. I've been in Connecticut for almost a decade and haven't found another business that is as focused on the customer/client as this one. Every now and then you come across an organization that just does everything they promise, always upfront, prompt, and professional. This will be weird to read, but I will miss this dentist office as much as my favorite deli when I leave CT.

Organized and small. Good services and friendly staff. I tried dental hygiene Melissa and it was perfect. She tell u what she needs to do in your teeths in details, advices, and recommendations. She does a perfect work in cleaning my teeths. Besides, Dr. Silver does a great job with filling cavity and cleaning rot as well as putting the crown. He has a good work and light hand.

I first met Dr. Horblitt after my oral surgery in 2011 that removed my right upper dental bone and half the roof of my mouth. This was due to radiation necrosis that eliminated cancer on the side of my face. I trusted all of the positive recommendations other Doctors had given me. I was unable to speak, eat or drink without an upper denture. Dr. Horblitt was confident, patient and explained everything to me. Beyond revitalizing my smile, Dr. Horblitt gave me the ability to talk, eat and drink with a customized denture he created for me. As you can tell, I hold Dr. Horblitt in the most highest regard. I recognize his medical knowledge, astute integrity, his unique craftsmanship in a heart filled with compassion.

Dr. Horblitt and his entire team are phenomenal. I entered through Dr. Horblitt's doors with several dental issues, the result of subpar treatment received by a previous dentist in another state. Dr. Horblitt spent years working with me to repair all of the issues that I was facing - from his prosthodontic work which is unequaled in the state of Connecticut, to connecting me with a team of orthodontists and dental surgeons who we able to bring his treatment plan to fruition. Five years later and I have a smile that looks just about magazine-cover worthy, and I will never trust another dental office with my smile. His office is full of a team of dental professionals who feel more like friends, and despite all the surgeries and treatments I went through to get my smile looking great, I actually look forward to my bi-annual check-ups. I wholeheartedly believe you will not find a better doctor or team of dental experts anywhere!

I started out have brain surgery. During surgery there were complications and they removed most of my nasal septum and part of my soft plate, I had also had all my top teeth pulled. Because of the complications during surgery I could not speak very well, I spoke as if the words that came out of my mouth nobody understood. I was finally recommend to Dr. Gary Horblitt, and I went to my first visit with him and he looked at me asked me about what had happened, he was so caring to listen to me although I could hardly form words. He looked in my mouth and gave me his recommendation. Yes he can help me speak as I always had he just had one request, " You do exactly as I tell you to do do you agree?" YES YES I'll do anything you ask. He was kind as his entire staff was and within 4 months tops I have a prosthetic soft pallet and speak normally as I always have. Dr. Horblitt gave me my voice and life back. I highly recommend his expertise you will not be disappointed. I am very grateful to him and his very kind staff.

Dr. Horblitt is an exceptional prosthodontist and person. His work is meticulous and very thorough. I completely trust his judgment and consistently feel that I've gotten the best care when he sees me. He not only cares about my teeth, but is concerned about my total health. When I visit his office, I not only receive excellent, efficient care, but he makes me feel at ease with his kindness and wonderful sense of humor.
