Dr. Gary Revercomb opened our dental practice in the Village of Manlius in 1973. During his 42 years of practice, Dr. Gary worked hard to stay at the forefront of the Dental field, offering exceptional care focusing on cosmetic & implant dentistry and oral sleep medicine. He created a culture dedicated to reducing patient anxiety and treating everyone like family.
In 2001 Dr. Jake joined his father and helped push the practice into the 21st century offering implant placement and conscious sedation. He also facilitated the addition of Cerec technology for improved quality and convenience in the crown making process. Dr. Jake continued to build the practice after Gary retired in 2015, adding noninvasive mini dental implant treatment to the already comprehensive list of services offered. In the fall of 2017, Revercomb Dental Group moved to our brand-new facilities and Dr. Steven Yeager joined the practice. Dr. Steves skills and calming personality, in addition to his work with Invisalign and root canal treatments, allow our practice to continue to offer a broad range of modern dental services all under one roof.

Dr. Jake Revercomb received his D.D.S. degree in 2000 from the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. He completed his Dental Residency at Upstate Medical University, Division of Dentistry in 2001. After his residency, Dr. Jake joined his father, Dr. Gary Revercomb in private practice. Dr. Jake is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Upstate Medical University where he volunteers his time to teach dental residents. Dr. Jake is certified in oral conscious sedation and has completed extensive implant dentistry training through the world-renowned Misch International Implant Institute. He currently holds a fellowship in implant dentistry through the Misch International Implant Institute and is a Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Dr. Jake recently completed training in Invisalign, oral sleep medicine and noninvasive mini dental implants. Jacob L. Revercomb, D.D.S., D.I.C.O.I.
Dr. Jake and his wife Jennifer live in Jamesville with their two children, Collin and Ava, and their two dogs, Wesley and Milo. In his spare time, Dr. Jake enjoys fishing, travel, Syracuse University sports, and the outdoors. In the Spring, he spends time making his own maple syrup.
Dr. Steven Yeager is a native of Endwell, NY, and a 2007 graduate of Maine-Endwell Senior High School. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from LeMoyne College where he met his wife Jill, who currently works as a physician at Upstate Hospital. Dr. Steve received his D.D.S degree in 2014 from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine and graduated with honors. He went on to complete a General Practice Residency at Upstate Hospital in 2015. After his residency Dr. Steve returned to the Binghamton area to join a private practice prior to joining Dr. Jake. Since joining our practice, Dr. Steve has completed additional training in Invisalign, oral sleep medicine, and CEREC crown fabrication.
Dr. Steve lives with his wife and their son, Bennett, in Manlius. He enjoys traveling, golfing, and attending concerts and sporting events. He is a devoted fan of the Buffalo Bills and New York Yankees.
Dr. Aleksandra Zak is from the Syracuse area and is a graduate of Jamesville-Dewitt High School. She completed her undergraduate studies in Biological Sciences at SUNY University at Buffalo. She received her DMD at the University of New England School of Dental Medicine in 2018. Dr. Aleks went on to complete her general residency program at Jacobi Medical Hospital in Bronx, NY in 2019 where she focused on surgical extractions, endodontics, implant placement, and other advanced clinical procedures. After her residency, Dr. Aleks returned to the Syracuse area where she has been working locally as a general dentist. During this time, she further advanced her skills in dentistry.
Dr. Aleks moved back to the area to be closer to family and friends. She especially enjoys spending time with her nephews and she also likes to hike, read books and travel. After she moved back to Syracuse, she met her boyfriend, Ethan, who is a financial advisor at Rockbridge Investment Management. Dr. Zak lives in downtown Syracuse and has enjoyed all that it has to offer especially the Salt City Market.

Crown replacement, cavity taken care of all in one visit. Professional wonderful patient care that had me at ease from the walk in the door. I am so very glad I found these guys and I can't say thank you enough. I believe a medication I was on for Crohn's disease made my teeth brittle on top of that I was a teeth grinder and I did a lot of damage to my teeth. When the doctor sat down and told me there where options, I saw hope again. I am so very embarrassed by my teeth that I don't leave the house ever. I miss a lot with my kids. He explained a process of using implants that blew my mind. I will be free again and I can go anywhere. I just wanted to drop in and say that so far I am overjoyed with the thought of having beautiful teeth again. I want to keep you posted on my journey and I definitely want to do "after" pictures. See ya soon.... UPDATE: So... I'm mostly healed up and I've got my permanent upper teeth. It looks amazing. Dr. Jake is a wizard of dentistry. He's guided me along this journey and bent over backwards to give me my new beautiful smile. Dr. Zak is amazing also. She's a perfectionist at making a natural look in my dentures. She has given me her time and effort and I wanted to just say how much I appreciate everything she's done. Now we're on to the bottom denture in the weeks to come and I'm very excited to see the end result. These guys at Revercome are the best your gonna ever come across. I recommend anyone and everyone to see these guys first. I'll update soon and I look forward to showing my end result. See you soon.....

I was very impressed by my visit today at Revercomb! The staff was friendly, kind, and helpful. And (unlike many offices) it's clear they have processes, systems, and people in place to keep the business rolling efficiently while making sure their patients get the best service possible. Dr. Revercomb listens intently, and actually makes an effort to hear you out and see you as a person. Rare. Grace, who cleaned my teeth, was awesome. Her name was aptly given, as she embodies grace and an aura of presence while doing her work as quick as one can go doing what she does. Thank you!

Revercomb Dental has been a refreshing experience. I have always been scared to go to the dentist and since going to Revercomb that feeling is starting to fade. They are always so kind, happy and patient in every way. I truly appreciate them all.

Horrible place They charge you for the full amount and promise to file the claim to the insurance company. I had a cleaning with them and they told me I have to do sealant on one tooth. So I went there on the second day. When it was done, they told me they actually add sealant to another tooth as well. They did not ask me to get the permission. Both days, I paid the full amount about $350 and $250, respectively. Four months passed. I never received any reimbursement from my insurance. I called the insurance. I was told they never received the claim for the cleaning; for the second day service, that claim was denied because it is not covered. Be cautious with this place.

The dentists, technicians and office staff are highly skilled, efficient and friendly. Appointments always run on time and there are never any surprises. Their facility is state of the art, fresh, very clean and extremely well maintained and cared for. We are very glad that our family made the switch to this dentist's office ~5 years ago.

Excellent treatment, as always! I've been a patient for more than 40 years, and Dr. Gary, Dr. Jake, and Dr. Steve have always taken very good care of my challenging teeth. Had my semi-annual cleaning today (1/24/22), and Grace was very gentle and thorough. I know I'm always in good hands!
