Dr. Chaston graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2003. He earned the Deans Silver Award for National Boards and was placed on the Deans List for Academic Excellence. He graduated with Distinction. Dr. Chaston went on to complete his three year periodontal residency at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond Virginia where he specialized in Periodontics andDental Implants. Dr. Chaston spent three years in private practice in Washington State prior to his current location inUtah.
Dr. Chaston is Board Certified by the American Board of Periodontology and is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the Academy of Osseointegration, and the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. He developed and is the director of the Wasatch Dental Hygiene Forum.
The primary focus of Dr. Chastons practice is Dental Implants and Periodontics. He is committed to providing quality care to his patients and staying current with the latest developments in patient care.

I was referred to Dr Chaston several years ago and am hooked. Always a great experience from the moment I walk in until I leave. Everyone is very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough. I always receive prompt exceptional work. My husband had implants today and everything had been previously been set up with everyone needed. WHAT A GREAT TEAM! I was referred 4 / 5 years ago for deep gum cleaning; needless to say my issues were far worse than what my dentist originally referred me for. I have had everything done from soft tissue grafting, bone grafting to dental implants. It's been a long process, one that I'm lucky enough to have landed in Dr. Chaston's office! Dr. Chaston is the ultimate PROFESSIONAL and PERFECTIONIST! He is someone that absolutely cares about his work and will not stop until it is done to his and the patient's liking. This work ethic trickles down onto his staff and for that reason I continue with my routine cleanings through this office. Marianne, the hygienist is absolutely wonderful as well. She has educated me over the years on the proper way of taking care of my teeth and gums. In fact at 53 years of age this is the BEST my teeth/gums have EVER looked! I absolutely love showing off my smile and letting everyone know who created it! I am glad I found Dr. Chaston's office, I am healthier because of them!

Dr. Reve Chaston, What can I say about my Visit today. I hadn't expected to have surgery on my jaw. Iwas 15 min late & anxiety ridden about road construction detours I just recovered from 2 months of Covid which held up my implant procedure. I was scheduled just for a 360 circular x ray on my jaw, and with the delayed illness Dr. Chaston thought it pertinent to drill into my jaw before putting it off any longer. Well I was now an 80 yr old nervous wreck!! At that point, the coffee I had before I got there had me as "skitzo" as an electrified Cat!! Now for the BESTEST PART Dr. Chaston in every procedure he proceeded to perform, every moment he was empathetic, compassionate, and caring. I am sssssssssooo impressed With the concern he took to relieve my apprehensive mentality I was experiencing. Thank goodness that he is SSSOOOHH great at what he doesHis staff are terrifically & genuinely caring & just plain Nice

Their office is so friendly from the front desk staff to the back office you will be treated great! Reve chasten takes special care to be very sanitary and lets you know step by step what he is doing! I definitely recommend this office!

Dr. Chasten is an excellent orthodontist. He thoroughly numbed my mouth, so I did not feel when the surgery was done to build up the upper bone in preparation for an implant.

I started seeing Dr. Chaston because I needed a specialist for a root canal. After a consultation with a specialist that my previous dentist referred me to, I chose to seek another doctor for the procedure who would be more affordable. I'm so thankful and grateful that I did. Thanks to Dr. Chaston, and his highly skilled dental hygienist, it's been approximately 4 years and I have NOT yet needed to have the root canal done, nor have I had any issues with the tooth!
