Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.

An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.

Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

Giordana working up front had a no-quit attitude and fought to get insurance company to comply. Dentists and assistants were very professional. Worked on treatment options and cost management. Very happy with my service.

Definitely would recommend to my friends and family. The dental assistants were very gentle when they took X-rays. The front desk was very clear when going over treatment and explained in detail. I saw Dr. Ringhoff, he was so nice and good about explaining my treatment to me and why I needed to get it done.

Always nerve wracking going to a new dental office. But it was a great experience from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I walked out. Everyone there was so kind and and funny and there was never an awkward moment. I met a handful of their staff members and each one was very informative, helpful, and answered all questions I had. The office overall was a warm, welcoming environment. Definitely an office I want to keep going to

I don't normally write reviews but this place is an exception. The front desk assistant was very helpful and responsive when I was trying to first schedule an appointment and answered all my questions with ease. They were very patient and explained everything clearly. Once I got to my appointment, the dental office was very clean and inviting. The employees were punctual and extremely inviting. They were quick and efficient and over all it was a great experience. Definitely going back! You should too!

Just a quick comment. I have MetLife dental insurance. I scheduled an appointment on-line with Reunion Smiles and they called me back asking for my insurance information. She said that what I had put in on-line was incorrect. We went over the information and it was correct. She was unable to make the insurance go through given the information provided - even though it was correct - and so I canceled the appointment. This office was super quick to call me and get my insurance information straight, but they weren't willing to do ANYTHING to help me work through the problems that I was having giving them the correct information to run the insurance. I'm sure they are nice people, but I am equally sure that pushing issues with the minutia of insurance back to the customer is not a good policy. It may seem like this is an issue that I should just be able to handle, but I can't be an expert on everything. Turns out, in order to run MetLife insurance, you need the Customer ID and the Group Policy Number. MetLife does not print the Customer ID on their dental card. They print a "customer number" that they do not use for claims. the Customer ID is also not listed under the policy on their web site either (that I can find). I actually had to call MetLife and figure out what my customer ID is. Took me an hour on the phone. Thanks for all the help Reunion Smiles! (Sarcasm). ---- Look below at the face saving comment from Reunions Smiles. Anyone falling for that?

Giordana checked me in with ease and was very thorough in explaining payment options. Ashley was very kind and made sure I was comfortable throughout my cleaning and crown application. And last but not least TJ was super calm and soft when working on my teeth. If you don't enjoy the dentist, this could be the place to change your mind!

If I could give these guys 0 stars I would. I don't have enough time to state all of the bad things that happened while I was going here over a four year period. I have always had fairly good teeth. Once I started going here I felt like I did not have one good tooth left in my head. I scheduled a cleaning on four different occasions and every time I showed up there was an issue. One time the person that was supposed to do the cleaning called in. Another time they told me I was confused because they had not decided what type of cleaning I needed. I told doctor Lee I want the kind of cleaning that is covered by my insurance. I almost got out of my chair and left at that point. The biggest issue is the front end employees are undertrained. They also have a high turn up front. I can't really blame them. The dentists and specialist here constantly cancel appointments at the last moment, leaving newer untrained employees to break the bad news once you show up. The last time they canceled on me at the last minute, I just left the office never to return. It is such a cluster, I have never seen anything like it. I am so much happier at dentist in Brighton. They treat me like I matter and keep true on scheduled appointments. I don't write these reviews ever. Be warned, you should stay away from the place!

I needed a day of wisdom tooth surgery and I was glad they could squeeze me in. However, the dentist did not send my prescriptions to my pharmacy before the end of the day. Since this was a Friday I did not have my pain meds, antibiotics, anti-inflammatory drugs ext. all weekend. I tried calling the emergency number quite a few times but I could never get through. This created a very uncomfortable and painful weekend for me. On Monday I had to call the office multiple times to get my prescriptions because nobody would call me back. When they were finally sent over, the pharmacy did not receive everything I needed so I had to get that fixed as well. I did not find this very professional.

I wanted to like this office because it was super close to where I live. I have been told that I am a boring patient. I came here and they told me I had a severe infection and needed deep scaling and to come back every three months for cleanings. I also was told my wisdom teeth needed to be removed. I felt like the doctor was genuine. However the office staff made me feel pressured to schedule something I was not financially able to. I was quoted one price and scheduled a date for extraction. I had to reschedule for financial reasons. I called and requested the same treatment and made sure it would be the same price. When I called to confirm my appointment and price it was more than double what I was quoted. After talking with my partner we decided to get a second opinion. I called reunion smiles to get my x-rays so I could take them to the new dentist. They only sent me one of the many they had taken. When I called back I was told that was all that would be needed for a second opinion. It was not I had to pay out of pocket for new xrays. I do not have gum disease and did not need deep cleaning. The only thing that actually needs to be done is my wisdom teeth which I got scheduled with the new dentist for a significantly more affordable price than reunion smiles. This office seems extremely money oriented. Please use caution.

I had service completed in June and just received my EoB from my insurance. I was shocked. I called my insurance and wanted to know why I was on the hook for over $500. Today, July 25, 2022, not only wrote a scathing, hateful review, but I also went into Reunion Smiles Dentistry and get an explanation for the EoB that I was told I would be responsible for. Douglas Lee, DDS, and an administrative staff reviewed my concerns and addressed each one pertaining to the EoB...AND they also read my horrible review I had previously posted. I am very happy to report that the previous, horrible review, holds no merit. When I spoke with Reunion Smiles Staff, they were professional and courteous enough to listen to my concerns and address each one. I also listened to what their explanations were and realized that I jumped-the-gun in writing the previous review. I want to extend a sincere apology to all the staff and DDSs at Reunion Smiles Dentistry. Keep doing what you are doing but please try to be more transparent with your patient's regarding dental procedures. Thank you and, again, I am truly sorry for my previous words. You've made me a happier customer and I know you will make more patients just as happy! Sincerely, M.S.

I just saw a new dentist (Samuel Archibald) near Reunion area and highly recommend him and his staff. Very friendly staff, thorough hygienist, and honest dentist. Had a new patient exam, which included several x-rays and standard cleaning that all ran under $400. After inspecting my teeth and the x-rays, Dr. Archibald told me my teeth look great and there's nothing he sees needing work. Last August, Reunion Smiles Dentistry charged $1800 for these same services. They even charged me for items that were never done. During that appointment, Dr. Lee told me I needed a bunch of work done and I left feeling so bad about my teeth and even got more expensive dental insurance though my job because I was anticipating needing a lot of work done. I'm still furious with Reunion Smiles. They are ripping patients off, and in my opinion, Dr. Lee is very incompetent and absent minded. I don't want to see other people go through this. I called and talked to Morgan in your office last year after getting the EOB and also talked to my insurance company several times. Morgan told me the charges were valid and the insurance company told me they weren't, unfortunately, after they processed the claim. Morgan avoided my follow up calls thereafter because she knew she was full of it.

I highly recommend the wonderful dental practice at Reunion Smiles Dentistry. They are friendly, welcoming and caring, with wonderful customer service. Dr. Max P. Moncayo is the best dental surgeon I've ever had to extract my teeth and place my dental implant. I'm incredibly thankful to have him as my dental surgeon. Dr. Moncayo is very caring, kind, calm, gentle, compassionate, intelligent, absolutely amazing! I am still in awe how quickly and precise and gentle Dr. Moncayo extracted my tooth and placed my dental implant! Thank you, Dr. Moncayo! He also has the best dental assistant Cindy, who helped Dr. Moncayo during my oral surgery procedure. She's very nice and wonderful! I was so incredibly nervous and scared before coming in to have my tooth extracted and implant placed. I didn't even feel Dr. Moncayo extract my tooth and insert my implant! He's Amazing and the Best Oral Surgeon! I highly recommend Dr. Max P. Moncayo and Reunion Smiles Dentistry in Commerce City, Colorado for all Dentistry. Alyssa, Rachelle, Giordana, and Stephen are really nice and welcoming with amazing customer service. Dr. Lee and his assistants Sage, Cher, and Joel are very knowledgeable and nice! Dr. Lee takes the time to explain the dental procedures and is very kind, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. The dental implant took a week to arrive.
