With more than 14 years of experience in pediatric dentistry, Dr. Tippets is passionate about what he does and has a love for kids that has fueled his career. After earning his DMD in general dentistry from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Dr. Tippets went on to an additional two-year program at Temple Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to become a pediatric dentist. Dr. Tippet knew the additional training and decision to become a pediatric dentist would be worth it and that has proven true throughout his career as he gets to help kids achieve lifelong dental health!
With our years of experience in pediatric dentistry, we know just what your child needs to feel safe in our office. We consented to our daughter undergoing a minor procedure for what we understood to be a surface cavity in 2018. During the procedure our daughter came out of the chair in pain because the doctor drilled into her pulp (or soft tissue in the inner part of the tooth). At no point during the procedure did he stop to explain that the cavity or decay was deeper or more widespread than expected and that the course of action would need to change or check her comfort level. We did not consent to invasive drilling that would expose the inner part of her tooth and make her susceptible to infection. Thereafter, antibiotics had to be administered. We took our daughter to another doctor who took x-rays and found that the doctor at Reunion Pediatric Dentistry did not even remove all of the decay. It was recommended that the tooth be extracted. We expressed our dissatisfaction to the management at Reunion Pediatric Dentistry and removed them as the dental provider for our daughter. We were not to incur any charges per management at that time. Fast forward four years, in August of 2022 they sent us to collections. We are being harassed by collectors and our solid credit score took a huge hit. We did not receive any correspondence from the office in that four year period indicating there was a balance owed. It took about 3 dozen calls, voicemails and emails to get the office to respond to our inquires into such. The owner, Dr. Tippets, through his office manager, communicated the procedure was consented to and that a balance was owed. He demonstrated no accountability or concern. Our daughter suffered physical pain and also developed a fear of the dentist. The quality of medical care is far from acceptable as are the business practices.

EDITED- I spoke to dr Tippet- what a nice man. He explained everything within HIPPA of course and I feel comfortable leaving my kids at this place. He assured me and said if I ever need an explanation or want to come back in free of charge to re-look he'd be happy to. Extremely scared by that previous review ....... Kinda want to take my kids to get a second opinion now ..... how do you go from ok to 10 cavities? Our experience has been..... good.... But now I'm worried.....

We've been rescheduled 3 times in the last 4 months, the morning of our appointments. We used to love this place but it's really gone down hill. I took days off and scheduled my whole Monday around these appointments I had booked for months!! Way to go, obviously you don't want to service us.

Horrible place!! Avoid if possible! I took my child here and they said everything looked great in January. Come February I noticed a cavity. Took him in and they confirmed it but said the rest of his teeth looked ok. I decided to get a second opinion and he actually has 10 cavities and needs 4 crowns. We are talking 4200 dollars worth of work and he needs to be completely put under to have it all done. I cannot believe they have missed all this every six months for gosh knows how long! How does a dentist miss that many problems??? The worst!!! Stay away! Ps they are just general and not pediatric specialist at this location.

Friendly staff, accommodating with appointments, I loved the way they communicated with my son and didn't speak down to him. Their only downfall is they don't allow parents in treatment rooms. That bothered me a lot. I hope they will reconsider this moving forward.

Im happy I did my research and didn't settle for less, I wanted the best for my son and that's what we got from the whole team. Everyone in there is very welcoming and professional, the environment of both locations is perfect for kids. My son's treatment went very smoth and it gives you a peace of mind to see how professional and kind they are. Im glad he has the best taking care of his dental needs.

My kids love going to the dentist! The entire staff is friendly and professional! They always make any procedure as simple as possible. Also, I truly appreciate the text reminders they send as well as a card, the card gets buried but the texts are great!

Treasure Teeth Reunion is absolutely amazing! I take both of my girls there and the Dentist, Front Office, Dental Assistants, everyone take AMAZING care of my girls. My oldest had to get work done with laughing gas and made the experience so amazing! My youngest needed work and had to be out under anthesia. She was so scared and cried because I couldn't be there when she was put to sleep. So gentle and while my daughter and I were crying together because she was scared and I was scared, they were patient and understanding. Picked her up and carried her like one of their own. I can trust them with my girls under medicine or awake! I will take my kids to Treasure Teeth Reunion until they can't be seen anymore!!! Thank you all for treating my kids like they're family. And having amazing games for them to play, being okay with them playing being kids!!!! My family appreciates it more than you know!

We went there once and would never step foot back in this place. Saying parents aren't allowed to come back and sound proof rooms gave off an extremely creepy vibe if I could give it zero stars I would.

My kids have had regular teeth cleanings at this location for years and they love it. The whole staff is so kind and patient with little ones. They are all friendly and help children feel comfortable and safe. My son just had his first filling done with these guys and he was so nervous going into the office, not sure what to expect. But everyone was so patient with him and encouraging that my 8 year old's appointment went without a hitch. I would highly recommend Reunion Pediatric Dentistry to anyone with kids. They are very professional and help kids avoid the typical fears of seeing a dentist.

Came and had a cleaning for my daughter, they told us she needed to have a tooth pulled and a filling done and we scheduled for today. I drove all the way from downtown and they tell us no doctors are in and they didn't even call us to tell us it needs to be rescheduled.

This place is AMAZING! They have a ship for the kids to play on, arcade games, and TV's on the ceiling that the kids can watch while they have dental work done. The doctors and staff are fantastic! Jasmine and Peyton were great with my kiddos. Thank you Reunion Pediatric Dentistry!
