I use to be a patient here, the turnover with dentists made me concerned because every time I went through the dentist I went to had left for unknown reasons. I have had scheduling and billing issues and no one calls me back. Very frustrating to deal with and then I have to constantly try to get ahold of them. I don't work regular hours which makes it all the more difficult. I just gave up on this place. Not professional as other dentists offices around the area. I will not return, and I doubt they care anyway.

Dr. Hinze called it! Cracked tooth causing me pain , crack was to small to see. It was a waste of time for me to get a 2nd opinion all they wanted was my $$. O ya her staff is amazingly friendly!

Every six months, I always get great care from the peeps at Reunion Dental. It has always been a very nice place to get your teeth cleaned and worked on. I've had my front chipped tooth fixed there about ten years ago and it's still holding strong.

The care my family recieved was fine, though not exceptional. We had one issue with billing that was resolved immediately and with ease. However, they are in no way mindful of their patients time. In the last 2 weeks I have had them cancel at least 2 appointments for separate members of family (not scheduled for the same day) they day before they were scheduled. Plus of all the appointments we've had with them (family of 8 btw) only 2 have been finished in a timely manner. Don't expect to be here less than an 1 1/2 hours even for routine cleanings. **update 8/31/22: they canceled two more appointments today my family already had rescheduled at the time of my initial post bringing the total canceled the day before the scheduled appointment to 4.

Bonnie is great, as well as Dr Hinze and the rest of the staff. I have gone here since it opened with Dr Loveland in 2005, and they have always been the best. Ron Harms

The dental assistants and the hygienist are so gentle, and they don't mind when I crack a joke. Prices are reasonable even for work not covered by insurance. I just wish they were open a little later. But they do have appointments that start at 7am, so that helps!

My Dental appointment was great from start to finish. From the front office staff to the Dental assistant to the hygienist and then to the doctor everything was smooth. My main concern was to have a cleaning done and Bonnie the hygienist was very thorough in making sure I received a good cleaning. Overall great experience.

I have posted before. My original quote was $1300 I paid over $1800. Then started receiving bills for over $3000. I called and called with no callback, then moved and started receiving bills again over a year later. I called and was told their accounting was not so good. They say their accounting is better yet they refuse to send me an itemized bill. They say I still owe$1200. So a $1300 quote has turned into $3000. And apparently they don't have to explain why. Now they have sent me to collections and yet they cannot produce an itemized bill to prove charges.

This office participates in Cooperate price gouging, which a lot of cooperate dental office do. Every time I got a quote (and asked for worst case scenario for budgeting purposes) the final price after the service was EXORBATANTLY more than I was quoted even on cleaning. This last time I was told I needed a crown because an old filling was breaking down and I had a cavity, this all could POSSIBLY turn into a root canal ( I asked for worst case scenario again for budgeting purposes). When I went in to get services, they immediately went straight for the root canal. So I asked why, because I had no pain or sensitivity at all. After taking more x-rays, my nerve suddenly wasn't as close as it was just a couple months prior. The kept changing the brightness on the x-rays to show a cavity that was really not able to be seen. I decided to get a 2nd opinion and did not go through with the service. Just got my 2nd opinion. Guess what, I don't need the crown, don't have a cavity there or any of the other 4-6 cavities, and they can fix another problem that this dentist said they couldn't fix without a crown (chipped tooth from an accident). I signed a request for my records to be transferred to the new dentist 3 weeks ago....crickets. They will not even transfer my records. Probably because they know I have figured out their game. They also say that my insurance does not cover a lot of their costs, so my family comes out of pocket for most costs. The new dentist informed me that I have 90% coverage on most services and I have one of the BEST dental insurance, so now I will be going back through my EOB's with a fine tooth comb. Glad others have had good care, but I strongly suggest you are not being scammed by the Corporate game of over charging and doing services that aren't needed just to run up the chares to make the Corporation money.

Comfortable, thorough, efficient. These guys are awesome. They'll work hard to fit you in in a pinch and give you just the care they need.
