A passing grade is required on each of the following: a practical examination, a general written examination, and a discipline-specific written examination.
He had the opportunity to watch his dentist deliver a full-mouth rehabilitation to a woman who had victoriously recovered from addiction. Seeing her immediate reaction of joy and gratitude changed multiple lives that day. The very idea that restoration and life change could be delivered through dentistry set an inextinguishable fire in Nick to make that his career goal.
Dr. Nick went on to complete Dental School at theUniversity of Tennessee Health Science Center and was accepted into UTs Advanced Prosthodontic Residency. In residency alone, Dr. Nick had life-changing opportunities. He was able to care for pediatric denture patients, plan and deliver full-mouth crown and bridge treatment to a military veteran and future physician with a lifetime of dental anomaly, and bond with countless patients through hours of chair-side therapy. It was during this time that he discovered his love of dental laboratory technology which led to him to become a Certified Dental Technician.

Love this office!! Such a relaxed atmosphere, I felt so comfortable the whole time. Dr. Nick and the team are amazing (shout out to Jayme!) and you can tell they love what they do. I'm excited to have a front crown replaced that I've been putting off for a while, and I know I'm in good hands. Highly recommend!

It took six months to call due to a paralizying fear turned embarrassment of the failing condition of my teeth. Something had to be done, the pain, bad breath and my obsession to hide my smile had become a roadblock in my professional and personal life. Your smile is everything! I made a consultation appointment with Restoration Dentisty in Mt. Juliet who held my hand, cried with me, then offered options in a timeline I never thought possible. With a thorough plan of action, and with the expertise of Dr. Nick, Kami and Jayme, I had hope for the first time in over a decade that maybe I won't have to hide behind the mask forever. It takes courage to make the call, then keep the appointment, but with the team of Restoration Dentistry, they become the understanding family of support and encouragement to a better you.

Best Dentist and Staff!!! I would like to give a big shoutout to everyone at Restoration Dentistry I have NEVER felt so comfortable and cared for from ANY DENTIST or STAFF or ANY medical history they are my angels!!! For the first time in 38 years I have felt comfortable and educated by a dentist medical staff Dr. Norvell his wife and his staff are the most kindness people I have ever meet the have changed me and they care for everyone there hearts are made of gold . I had a tooth pulled today and didn't feel NO pain at ALL even now. I have only met them one other time and I would consider them my FAMILY FOREVER THANK YOU !!!!!

Amazing job! I had a wisdom tooth extracted. I didn't feel a thing. He talked me through every step and made sure I was ok every few minutes. Very nice and relaxing atmosphere. I have found my new dentist!

I CANNOT SING THEIR PRAISES ENOUGH In 2015 I significantly chipped my front tooth while out of the country. When I came back, I went to ~another~ dentist and got a super whack replacement tooth. Too big, too wide, made me super self-conscious about my smile. THEN I was referred to Dr. Nick and his team and decided to go pop in to see what he could offer me in the way of a replacement. Dr. Nick, Kami, and Jaime are all so warm and inviting- you immediately are able to tell you're in good hands. Dr. Norvell laid out all of my options, made me a big part of the process (which had not been the case with my first veneer) and was as nit-picky about my smile as I was. Worth driving from Brentwood, let me tell ya.

I hadn't been to the dentist in quite a while and this office blew me away. Not only is the staff friendly and professional, the office is beautiful and state of the art. My dentist is amazing. He made sure that I was comfortable, relaxed and pain-free. You know you need to go to the dentist. This office will make you happy that you did.
