I have been a dental hygienist for over two years now. What I love most about my job is meeting new people and helping them care for their smiles. I can empathize with fear of dental procedures, and thankfully Dr. McNay has encouraged and applauded my bravery and new found trust in my own ability to face fears and come out courageously on the other side. I love being a member of the team here at Restoration Dental.
I am a Registered Dental Hygienist and was born and raised in Rock Hill, South Carolina. I went to school in Columbia, SC and graduated from Midlands Technical College with a degree in Dental Hygiene. I have always had a passion for dentistry and love having a career centered around helping others obtain a healthy smile.
In my personal life, I love to hang out with my family and friends. On Saturdays, you can find me watching football and cheering on the Gamecocks! I love to travel and try new foods. I look forward to meeting and building a relationship with you!

On the weekends, Im usually out walking on the beltline with my friends and exploring the city! My favorite thing is to find a new hole in the wall restaurant and try some new food. Im looking forward to making you love this office as much as I do!
I moved to Georgia in 2004 and became a dental assistant after seeing the Everrest commercial that said Get off the couch and do something! I assist the doctors occasionally but now am mainly working as an insurance specialist in the front office.
I really enjoy working out, traveling, eating, and learning and reading about any and all things food/cosmetics related. With the help of YouTube I am one day going to build my dream house using dental floss, charcoal clay, and mascara!
I have worked in the dental field for 20 years. What I love most about working in the dental field is that I get to make new friends every day, help people navigate tricky insurance issues, and lead people to enjoy their new smiles.
I am Dr. Dave McNay, and I have a beautiful family that loves life as I do. Along with loving life, I absolutely love being a dentist here in Brookhaven. I graduated with honors from King College in Bristol, Tennessee in 1995, and with honors from University of Tennessee Memphis dental school in 1999. This is merely a testament of my desire to learn, whether it is in a classroom, from a book, or by experiencing life.
Life has thrown its curves, and I plunge head-first into new hard waters. Ask me about my boy who surprised us with epilepsy at the tender age of 11 months. Find out how that affects family and friendships, or simply my interactions with each and every person I come in contact with. Ask me how hard to numb I am, and I will empathize with how difficult dental procedures can be. I long to know your story as well, and time will allow us to know these things about one another.
Our practice is full of great stories. Take the pictures off our wall to read a story about our family or just ask where many of our fixtures came from. Hi, I am Dr. Victoria Menendez, I love Atlanta and being in such an amazing city. I completed my undergraduate studies at Georgia Tech in Biology and went on to complete my Masters in Biology at Georgia State University. I love learning and constantly strive to obtain new skills. I studied dentistry at New York University and completed a one year general practice residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital. Upon completion of my studies, my fianc and I decided it was time to move back home to care for the community that I had grown to love and miss.
Outside of my passion for dentistry, I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring the growing Atlanta. From the delicious food, cultural events, and great outdoor activities it has been a treat being back in the city I happily call home. I love cheering on all of our amazing sports teams and becoming reacquainted with this wonderful city. You will find I have a passion for dentistry and taking care of people, it shows in my attention to details. I cannot wait to meet you!

I loved the cleaning of the dental hygienist however the sarcastic statement from Dr. McNay regarding my old crown was hurtful and unprofessional. My past two cleaning, the dental hygienist has shared with me that my crown is getting loose and will need to be replaced. Easier said than done being that I have to pay my dental coverage out of pocket. Twice now, Dr. McNay shared "that with one big sneezy it may just fly out". My response was I guess I'll have to wear a mask because I simply can not afford it. It's not that I don't want to replace my crown, I can not afford it. It would have been more helpful if Dr. McNay would have provided payment options or any other services to help me. Though it may have been a joke, it's not funny to me because I know something needs to be done ASAP. I just wish after the "joke" that he would have followed up with how can I assist you.

The dentists, hygienists and staff are all phenomenal. Tons of attention to detail and quality in the dental work itself. Dr. Menendez might be the best health care professional I've ever had in terms of patient care/communication. Highly recommend. I drive a ways to get there in ATL traffic but it's worth it because really good dental clinics are hard to find.

Today I went to see Dr. Lior at Restoration Dental after I almost lost hope with my previous dentist that over diagnosed me and didn't listen to my concerns. Dr. Lior and his assistant, Kentcha, stayed an extra hour on a Friday to see me and explain to me in detail what was bothering me. I've been in pain for quit a time now and Dr. Lior within a short time found what two other dentists missed. Thank you

Dr. Menendez is absolutely amazing. She works seamlessly and with a smile. She was so welcoming and communicative, and talked me through all my questions. I felt more than comfortable during all the procedures. She helped me out according to my tight schedule! I can't say thank you enough! Best dentist I've ever seen.

I called in for an emergency on a Sunday because my tooth broke and I was full of fear and pain. Dr. Lior didn't hesitate and asked me to come in. This turned out to be the BEST dental experience I had. I was truly taking care of Dr. Lior. He took the time to make sure I'm comfortable and my needs were met while being professional and gentle. Dr. Lior has a sense of humor that put me at ease and made my dental experience very pleasant. tvdh rbh rpy.

This was my first time going to this office . the staff are very nice . I have known Dr Raphael Lior for about a year now . he is an amazing human being with great attitude also very knowledgeable , caring, kind and the friendliest dentist ever! Dr. Lior is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He doesn't push treatment like other doctors, he just educates which I really appreciate! They also get me in on time, hate waiting too long in the waiting room! Great team! Thank you guys

After having a nightmare of an experience at a dentist near my new house, I came back to restoration dental. They clearly explained that what the other dentist thought was a cavity wasn't and just needed to be monitored. And fixed a void where the other dentist had supposedly fixed a broken filling. I will definitely be coming back.

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Menendez, she was so pleasant and very gentle on my teeth. My gums were in rough shape, but she never made me feel bad about it, just had a positive attitude! I've found my Atlanta Dentist!

Can I give 10 stars?! Restoration Dental and the staff go above and beyond. I have been to a significant number of dentists and doctors in my life but never have I been treated better than here. They're everything you'd want in a care provider: organized, courteous, genuinely caring about YOU, and proactive. Every single time I have gone I have met with a different dentist and had a different tech, and each time I leave feeling like this one was better than the last if that is even possible. Please know this review was written without any request on their end; they truly are so good I have directed loved ones to them and want others to receive the same quality of care I have. Thank you for all you have done for me.

Restoration Dental gives its patients a great experience! No one loves to go to the dentist, but Emma makes my cleanings (almost) fun! And Dr. McNay is a pretty witty guy (and a great dentist). They also have good music. Give them a try!!!

This is the absolute best dentist office I've ever been to! I had avoided the dentist for years and finally had to go in for some major tooth pain during pregnancy. The whole team was so kind and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I now never skip an appointment and even commute into the city to visit this practice. I've been going to Restoration Dental for 5 years and have been consistently thrilled with them. I have extremely sensitive teeth and the hygienists take extra care in making sure I am comfortable during my cleaning. They are also very accommodating, when mom was visiting and had a tooth issue, they saw her on the same day. 10/10 best dentist practitice! *sm

Got recommended to come to Dr. David McNay by my husband after having persistent sensitivities to all my molars. The front lady fit me in the same day i called and was seen that afternoon. Very efficient office. Dr. McNay is humerus AND professional. He makes me trust him that he's not doing any unnecessary procedures. Two of the dental hygienists i encountered were very friendly and professional too, Elena and Sarah. (i had teeth cleaning on my second visit today) This is definitely a good dental office that you will feel comfortable to go to. Highly recommended.

If you have any sort of anxiety when it comes to dental work this is 100% the place to go. Dr. McNay is the best around and even after I moved an hour away I still make the drive because there is no dentist I trust more.

Great staff. Warm and friendly atmosphere. The receptionist was patient and informative when I called, especially with concerns about Covid precautions. I was given clear explanations before and during my procedure, including my share of costs under my dental plan.

I have visited this office serval times and loved it! However, I had a cleaning appt this morning. I had to cancel due to my dog becoming sick overnight and they threatened a $70 charge due to rescheduling. Then the first available appt was in Dec. If you are so busy that I can't get a cleaning for over 3 months, why are you charging me $70 because I can't make an appt? It's a shame, because I really liked the practice but that's horrible customer service.
