Dr. Mahesh Yalamanchili was born and raised in Fairfax Station, VA. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Virginia Tech with a degree in Human Nutrition Foods and Exercise. Dr. Mahesh Yalamanchili currently resides in Herndon, VA. Outside of dentistry, youll likely find him exploring local wineries, traveling, and spending time with family, friends, and animals. He also enjoys cooking and eating at new restaurants.
Dr. Kourosh Seifolahi Bazarjani, aka Dr. K a highly skilled and compassionate dentist, has been in the dental field since 2001. He received his Dental Diploma from Carol Davila University and further continued his dental education at Babol University to earn his Doctorate in Dental Surgery degree in 2003.
He was practicing dentistry in the private sector in Iran, from 2003 to 2015. To further build on his experience after treating countless numbers of dental patients, Dr. Kourosh Seifolahi Bazarjani went on to continue his education in Advanced General Dentistry at Florida Institute for Advanced Dental Education, and he completed his residency program in 2020 and became a licensed dentist in the State of Virginia.
Dr. Kourosh Seifolahi Bazarjani is a minimalistic dentist who treats his patients with minimally invasive techniques. He strongly believes in saving the natural tooth structure as much as possible. In order to do so, he not only applies the most advanced dental techniques but also educates his patients to prevent further tooth destruction.
Dr. Kourosh Seifolahi Bazarjani has been an active member of the Iranian Medical Council, and Iranian Dental Association where he received many awards. He is also a member of the prestigious AGD, VDA, and ADA.
This was my first visit and I adored this dentist!!! Ultra-modern and hip. The doctors and the whole staff were friendly and made you feel very at ease. Each chair has a personal flat screen and a huge movie list. I watched the notebook while I got my teeth cleaned!!! They also do Zoom Whitening and I have already made my appt for it!
This is the NICEST and BEST dentist office Ive ever been to. They were friendly, gentle and accomodating. Ive been to dentists who were crabby and mean, ones who got irritated when you truthfully admitted to skipping a few flosses here and there. The people who helped me were amazing! Im glad we found this place! Go now!! You will not be disappointed! They even have TV while you get something done.
Absolutely Fabulous! Not only did they do a great job with my cleaning, but they also had the daunting task of filling my 5-year old daughters cavities. Needless to say that she was not the most cooperative with them but they were always patient with her and, although it took 3 trips before she finally was able to go through with it (lol), their first priority was always making sure that she didnt develop a stigma about dentists and remained comfortable. I will be calling you again in 6 months! Oh, and I love the fact that they have TVs to watch while getting work done!
The most contemporary office Ive been to. Its worth going just to see the technology there. Super friendly staff and great doctor. He is so caring I can not believe it. I highly recommend him for kids.

I was so scared to even call and make an appointment. That's how afraid I was! Everyone was so understanding of my fears.....even through my tears. They took the time to reassure me and walked me through my upcoming extraction. I'm not saying I look forward to going back in 2 days but I will not be as afraid or in tears. Thank you all for your kindness.

I had been having some tooth pain that worsened and called late in the day to see if there was any way I could be seen the next day. Not only was I given an appointment, but despite a very busy schedule, Dr. Ali fit me in for the evaluation and a root canal. He and his team were professional, caring, and I am so grateful for their prompt attention. Thank you so much!!

Dr. Ali Miamee is amazing. I have a lot of anxiety getting my teeth done and he is always calm and quick. His assistant, Antonio is a an absolute angel. They are so focused on their clients needs. Highly recommend!

Loved my experience with Reston Town. The best dental experience I've ever had! The facility was clean and welcoming. The hygienist made me feel very comfortable during my first visit. She was thorough and explained the process step by step. Highly recommend!

Wowwwww I love those people at RTC Dental. As a business owner I always appreciate when the staff seems to really enjoy their jobs. All the people at the front desk are always super nice and friendly. Allison checked me in today and she met me with a big smile (under her mask) and made me feel happy to be there. I was take care of by Dr. Rodriguez and Bryce. Jasmine checked me out at the end and she explained what I owed and was very personable and had amazing nails lol. They were very kind and friendly. They took the time to explain my treatment which I was glad of because at other office I felt like I wasn't sure of what was going on with my dental health. Dr. Rodriguez showed me my X-rays and explained that everything looked good and healthy. Next stop: whitening! Im excited to go back for that part. Thanks y'all!

If I could give no stars I would. I had the worst experience with Dr Ali Miamee today. He is very unprofessional, rude and lacks good customer service. The purpose of my visit was to try to find a solution for my denture I had made. I wish I had read these reviews before even entrusting this office to handle this task. I was told it would be rushed and it took over 4 weeks to get it. It was much larger than I anticipated ( I showed them pics of the previous one I was replacing) and it irritated my gums causing excruciating pain to the point I had to stop wearing it. I had gone back a few times for adjustments but it seems like it was making it worse. Today I was hoping to meet with Dr Miamee to see how we could rectify this matter. After waiting 45 minutes to see him, he came in and proceeded to review their policies with me and to tell me there is no guarantee on removables. He then went on to say maybe I did not read the paperwork I signed. He then informed me he was not going to do anything further to try to resolve this matter. Basically my trip from MD to Reston VA was for him to inform me that they weren't going to do anything!! I was heated because I could have been told that over the phone. I was never once informed or given an options , even if it was at cost to have the denture corrected to fit better... I was never given that option. He pretty much escorted me to the door and when I asked the ladies at the desk for a young lady's card (that I spoke to on the phone) he instructed them not to give me anything! I was thoroughly disappointed and saddened by this unprofessionalism shown by Dr Ali Miamee. I plan to share this note with as many outlets as I can because no one should ever have to experience this type of behavior from any type of Dr. He acted like a pure a**hole and warranted that title!! Do better Dr. Ali Miamee!!! Just like your time is valuable...so is mine!!

Dr.and the staff is amazing! He is honest and kind. He won't do any work that isn't absolutely necessary. He always tells me up front what is wrong and what needs to be done and gives me options.

This time I had a horrible visit to RTC. Staff aren't professional, very rude office manager. they know one or two things about customer service. She charged me extra $163 balance back to 2020 for their mistake not sending my previous teeth hygiene claim to the right insurance company. Me and my wife wouldn't go back again(very poor customer service).

I had root canal today at this awesome dental clinic. I have anxiety issues but Dr Bazarjani who did the procedure was just amazing. He made me feel so relaxed, I didn't feel any discomfort at all. It seemed so quick and easy! Million thanks to Dr Bazarjani, his very accommodating assistant Aaron and to the rest of the staff. It was like a walk in the park. Thank you again and more power!!

Currently undergoing sure smile treatment here. I am so happy I chose to get them done here. After feeling hopeless at a "fancy" orthodontist office I went to before, Dr. Ali completely changed that. He thoroughly explained why I should straighten my teeth in a clinical way that I could understand. He made sure to talk me through the steps to ensure I wasn't nervous when I was getting my ortho attachments on my teeth. He also explained certain risks and was very honest with me in regards to my teeth grinding. I appreciate a doctor who does not sugar coat conditions and instead is very honest. I'm so glad I came to him for my issue because other doctors before were worried about being too nice for the reviews and they caused me more harm than good because I put things off. The other staff are amazing as well. They gave me an estimate after taking the time to get info about my insurance benefits. The dental assistant was also very gentle and knowledgeable. This team knows what they're doing and I can also appreciate an office that has nice artwork! If you're looking for an office that knows their stuff and will actually be honest with you about your teeth, I highly recommend this practice. Thanks guys!
