I went in for a wisdom teeth extraction for both my bottom left and right side. It was the most easiest procedure I have ever been through it was like nothing at all. I had chosen to have anesthesia to be put to sleep during the procedure; I had no idea when I even knocked out but the next thing I knew it was already over when I woke up! Will totally go back here if I ever get the rest of my wisdom teeth extracted. I had no pain at all and the next day felt great as if nothing had happened!

Dr.Gocke and his team were amazing. It was my first time going under and they made me feel super comfortable. The procedure had a couple hurdles but Dr.Gocke and team executed perfectly and the healing process has been easy. I highly recommend Reston Advanced Oral& Cosmetic Facial Surgery! 10/10 5 Stars!!

Went in for a dental surgery(crown lengthening) this week! I was paranoid and scared before the procedure but Dr. Sonesson and his team really helped me prepare and keep calm before and during the procedure. They were sweet, kind and professional, it makes anybody feel at ease. The clinic was immaculate too! Thank you to the team for making this process easy for me and other patients!

I don't know why I didn't do this sooner! Had Botox for my TMJ pain and headaches due to severe clenching. I haven't not clenched in over 15 years and now no cluster headaches or migraines in almost 2 weeks!! Let me tell you what a magical feeling and relief this is!!! Dr. Gocke, I truly cannot thank you enough and it didn't even hurt!

Dr. Vigilante performed my oral surgery. He talked to me through the entire procedure and told me in advance what to expect. Total time alloted was an hour and I was out in exactly an hour. Followup 24 hours after surgery was greatly appreciated.

I am one of few with a dental implant that didn't work out. My dentist who put the implant in was uncomfortable about removing it, because of some bone loss. After consulting with the Reston team the implant was removed & that area has healed. We are now scheduling a procedure to help with bone loss from my last implant

Dr. Michael Gocke is hands down one of the best and most professional doctor I have ever met. He did an amazing job with removing my 4 wisdom teeth. Felt so good I even went to work the very next day and fully recovered in 4 days. Couldn't be more happier with my surgery. The staff are super friendly as well.

I just got my wisdom teeth out this morning and I think it went very well. Obviously I still have some healing to do for the next few days/weeks, but I wanted to recognize Dr. Gocke and his team for giving me the best experience I could have. Generally, I've always had a lot of anxiety going to the dentist or orthodontist. I also get nervous with anesthesia and needles as well. I feel bad cause I don't really remember their names, but the assistants/staff were great! They are all super kinda and treat you like a real individual person and seem like they really enjoy their jobs. Oh and also, I got to keep my wisdom teeth which I thought was kinda cool haha. I definitely recommend this place to anybody in general and anybody who gets anxiety with this kind of stuff! I will for sure be coming back here if I need any other procedures or dental work done that they offer.

The Reston Advanced Oral & Cosmetic Facial Surgery Center in Reston is the most technologically advanced dental center I've ever visited. I had an extraction and implant. What was amazing is that I went from the referring office to the Implant Center with no wait time. The oral Dr. Gocke was extremely competent and pain free and explained the procedure well. The staff was friendly and called me by name. The entire procedure took a mere 1.5 hours and was painless. The explanation of how to treat the implant area was clear and drugs were ordered at my pharmacy. I did not really feel like I was in a dental office and would go back. The office accepted my insurance and the price was very reasonable.

Dr. Viglianti is the best! I had surgery for a front tooth dental implant. He and his assistant Becky made me feel so comfortable and were so on top of their game during the whole procedure. Highly, highly recommend Dr. V!

I was referred to Reston Advanced Oral & Cosmetic Facial Surgery by my dentist. My treatment involved a very delicate and complicated oral surgery because of the close proximity to the existing implants. Naturally, I was nervous. Thanks to Dr. Vigliante (Dr. V) and his excellent staff for their professionalism and sunny disposition. They made me feel comfortable from the start to the end of my procedure. Dr. V is highly qualified, very gentle and interactive. He informed me about various options for my treatment and thoroughly explained the procedures. Ms. Becky Sunshine, Dr. V's other assistants and administrative staff are extremely friendly and courteous. They always put me on ease every time I had a question or any concern about my surgery. Simply put, Dr. V and his entire staff are a top notch team of professionals.

Made an appointment to have my wisdom teeth removed and the process couldn't have been easier! Surgery is stressful regardless of what it's for, but the staff at Reston Advanced Oral make you feel at ease and in good hands. They are clear in pre and post-op instructions and are available if you have any questions about the surgery. I'm very grateful for the way they treated me!

I went to Dr.Bowler after a recommendation from my dentist for a dental implant as well as getting a wisdom tooth removed. As someone whose avoided dental surgery for longer than I can remember he quickly put me at ease. He's very happy to walk you through every step of the way if that's what will make you feel better. On top of Dr.Bowler, I just have to say his staff his amazing. All of them are gracious and real people who don't just treat you like a number but remember you when you come back and the topics you talked about with them. They all seem to truly enjoy their jobs and are genuine. Special thanks and shout out goes to Becky who really went above and beyond. Becky knew how much I didn't want to be there but was just so caring and made sure I was OK the entire time. I highly recommend checking out Dr.Bowler and his staff for your Dental surgery needs.

I had an excellent experience before, during, and after my surgery. The staff were all friendly and professional. I had 4 wisdom teeth (two impacted) extracted in under an hour. Dr. Gocke was excellent and did his own intravenous anesthesia. Since anesthesia is inherently risky, I am thankful that a trained doctor managed mine rather than relying on a CRNA. Personally, I had NO PAIN and very minor swelling after my surgery which I attribute wholly to the expertise of my surgeon. I was back to a normal diet ~4-5 days after surgery. The office also seemed to handle coronavirus safety with the necessary care.

I have to say this office is missing the mark! Conducting business and making a mother wait in the lobby is unacceptable! I have been to numerous Dr offices since covid began and NO ONE made me wait in a lobby! To include your other Office Dr Gocke in McLean, happily welcomes people to wait in the waiting room and you are a surgery center there. Why wasn't I told of this before my appointment so I could have prepared? Of course I could have waited in my car, but it was 30 degrees outside so I opted not to. You tout a special Clorox machine for disinfecting, but then expose me to people walking in and out of the lobby, the freezing cold when the door is opened every couple of minutes and never told me it would be like this. Not to mention the two seats that were in the lobby were less than 6 ft away from each other and how do I know if they have been routinely cleaned? Don't appreciate the lack of concern for the patients. You tout no reported cases due to your office, well no, you can't claim that because we're not allowed in. You're possibly exposing people in the waiting room so of course you think can say this. In addition, my son woke up from anesthesia to Dr. Gocke pulling out his one of is wisdom teeth, enough that my son cried out in pain. There is a VAST difference between being confused/upset and coming awake during a surgical procedure, nice try. Whether you've been under a first time or the 20th time you should NEVER wake up during a procedure. I was also over charged for payment beyond what they said my insurance would pay, that tells me you are not checking current insurance rates from my dental insurance, like other dental offices are that do surgical procedures. I am now awaiting a refund check. Hmm, that has never happened at other dental surgical offices. So many things wrong with this office! I believe this office to not be doing the right thing and don't appreciate the condescending response in an attempt to cover yourself because if you truly cared you'd have made things different the first time. One thing I could forgive, but 3 major issues, something is wrong.
