Dr. Jerrold B. Resnick graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1972, then completed the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 3 1/2 years. After a six month residency at Albert Einstein Hospital in Philadelphia, Dr. Resnick served two years in the United States Navy gaining valuable experience in all phases of dentistry. One full year in Norfolk, Virginia was devoted exclusively to the practice of endodontics (root canals). He has been in St. Petersburg since 1978, served on the executive board of the Pinellas County Dental Association and served for one year as its President. Dr. Resnick has been married to the same wonderful woman since 1973. Mrs. Beth Resnick taught reading for the Pinellas County School system and retired after 22 years of service. They have one son, Cory, who also graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and is now training to be an Oral Surgeon at Harvard.
Dr. Vivian Quesada-Fox is no stranger to St. Petersburg. She lived here for 17 years, attending St. Jude Cathedral School and St. Petersburg Catholic High School, where she graduated Valedictorian. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
She spent 8 years at the University of Florida in Gainesville, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Classical Studies and her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, graduating Phi Beta Kappa. While at UF she served as President of Florida Blue Key leadership honorary and helped organize two missionary trips to the Dominican Republic to provide much needed dental care in rural communities.
In March of 1997, she married her childhood sweetheart, John, and returned to St. Petersburg a few months later. Dr. Quesada-Fox joined our team in October of 1997 and loves serving her hometown community. She became a full partner in March 2008 and has expanded her hours to include Monday and Thursday evenings and some Saturday mornings. She and her husband now have three precious daughters, Lauren, Samantha, and Olivia.

Fantastic office. Just very pleasant experience, feel like that's hard to find for a dentist office! Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Can't ask for anything better

Excellent dentist's office. Great staff who handle the insurance and treat you well. They charge you what's fair for the work they do. Dr. Resnick is very good and the hygienist's are gentile and thorough.

I was very disappointed. I was recommended here as a new patient so I called and made an appointment. I was given a price on the phone for a new patient evaluation/x-rays. When I came in for my appointment this morning I was told that the charges would be a Hell of a lot more than what I was told on the phone. The inly positive is that they offered that information on the phone before I asked and told me the charges before doing anything in the office. However that tells me that they have had issues like that before. I definitely recommend looking elsewhere!

I was scared to death of dental work and dentists in general until yesterday. Dr. Resnick and his assistant took excellent care of me. I had nitrous for the first time and laser to repair a cavity. Also had an injection for a different tooth, I never felt the shot at all. I don't remember much after that except my anxiety was gone and the procedure got done. I was so exhausted from not sleeping the last 3 days I just came home and slept the numbness off. No discomfort today from all the work that was done. The out of pocket cost was also very reasonable as well. Overall I am very pleased, cavity free and would recommend this office to anyone looking for respectful treatment, knowledgeable care and staff and dentist expertise. I love them.

Drs. Resnick and Quesada-Fox are an unbeatable team of dentists in the Tampa Bay area. They focus on patient comfort and high quality care and outcomes. Their office utilizes the WaterLase painless dental water laser for anesthesia-free dental "drilling." This was an amazing tool for me, because I hate leaving the office with a numb face! They offer nitrous oxide for a more comfortable appointment and also for cleanings of you are anxious. You can use their headphones or bring your own to minimize your anxiety as well. They have a dental hygienist crew that is top-notch. Katherina is my favorite. They can use the Prophy Jet to clean and whiten your teeth with a jet of flavored baking soda during your cleanings. I find it far superior to the old rotary dental polish. My teeth come out silky smooth and shining. The front office staff is always helpful and kind. They will make you feel right at home. Such a great family of professionals. I've been going to this office for 15 years and never once had a bad experience. Every referral I've gotten from them has also been top-notch. The first time I set foot in their office, I was white-knuckled and terrified just for an x-ray, now, I go in without any issues. They make everything so relaxing for a dentist office.

Dr Resnick and his entire staff are the highest quality dental practitioners you could possibly meet. If you're lucky enough to be able to get an appointment and you will be glad you went.
