I normally never leave negative feedback, but I just had a extremely awful experience with the teeth cleaning. During the cleaning process, the hygienist kept my month open using her hands, she kept putting her whole finger in my month during the cleaning process. Although she wore gloves, she had touched my face, the keyboard, and some other stuff with that gloves. This experience literally gives me nightmares. I cannot stop thinking weather I can get affected some diseases because the bleeding and the cuts in my month during the cleaning made me vary vulnerable to get affected.

I recently had my teeth cleaned by Sue and had a great experience. She listened to my issue with a particular tooth and with Dr Liang, diagnosed the issue and made a plan to get it fixed promptly. Sue was very thorough and did a great job. The entire staff is friendly, courteous, professional and accommodating, and I am grateful to have them as my dental care providers.

With Dr. Liang, it's not just the fact that she's an experienced and talented dentist; it's the entire team, from the reception to the assistants and all the hygienists. It's a warm and well lit setting - making it fun again to go to the dentist!

I cannot say enough good things about the team at Reservoir Commons Dental Associates. For someone who is nervous at the dentist, they make me feel comfortable and at ease that I am in great hands. From check in to being walked out by the friendly team you are always taken care of. I am super impressed with my Invisalign experience as well. Best dentist experience!

I have been going to Dr. Liang's practice for over 30 years. She and her staff are technically skilled and caring. Despite the long journey to Mansfield Center ( I live in the New York City area), the attentiveness and genuine concern for patient care make the trip well worth it!

I was recently in the office for my six month dental cleaning. i found the dental hygenist Pam to be personable and experienced. 'xrays were taken and for the first time ever it was a smooth process. In addition the staff was very engagingl I would vote my appointment as excellent

I have been seeing Dr. Liang for about a year now. I just recently finished my Invisalign treatment and am extremely happy with my final smile. Dr Liang and her staff are extremely kind, outgoing and knowledgeable.

Dr. Liang and staff are amazing! I needed an emergency root canal done and she was able to fit me in her schedule to get rid of the pain! I highly recommend this office to anyone.

I highly recommend Dr. Liang. She has been my dentist for many years. My entire family are patients as well, my mom, partner, children, niece and siblings! My niece's first appointment was an emergency appointment and they were able to get her in right away!. She is a great dentist, she takes the time to listen to me and explain my options / her plan. Her office staff are caring and thorough as well. Kathy and Kate at the front desk are welcoming and Pam does a great job cleaning my teeth. I am six weeks in on my Invisalign treatment plan and I am already seeing the positive progress!

Wonderful! Amazing! Fantastic! My daughter just moved to Storrs from Los Angeles, and broke her front tooth! She had no dentist, didn't know what to do or where to go. Dr. Liang got her in and did a beautiful job fixing her tooth. We are so grateful with their prompt and professional service, and with their quality work. Would give 10 stars.
