Dr. Pawandeep Kaur has been practicing Dentistry in Washington State since 2013. She is originally from India and earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree in 2008. Her zest to excel in dentistry brought her to the United States and she went on to obtain her Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry.

After graduation, she moved to Washington and worked as an associate in private practices in both Seattle and Bellevue. She practices all aspects of general dentistry and has a special interest in oral surgery and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Kaur continues tohone her skills by taking extensive continuing education courses and keeps current with latest research and advances. She is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Washington State Dental Association (WSDA), and the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD).

I visited Renton Smile Dentistry after having a poor experience at another local dentist and the difference in the quality of care I received truly blew me away. My first interaction was with Trin who spoke with me over the phone and went the extra mile to make sure my insurance concerns were met. She was also so pleasant and so kind and made the initial visit a lot less intimidating. I was then taken care of by the wonderful dentist assistant Kamal who did a fantastic job explaining procedures and was just all around a kind human being. Also I was amazed at her competency and efficiency. And finally, the bow on top of everything, Dr. Kaur was amazing. Her standard of patient care is above the rest. She listened to what I had to say and took the time to involve me in the treatment process. All around a top notch establishment and I look forward to my next visit!

Im originally from the Yakima Valley in eastern Washington where I graduated from Dental Hygiene school in the early 80s. I soon moved out of state and spent almost 30 years as a spouse of a pilot in the Marine Corps. I got my license in both Florida and North Carolina about the same time that I had three kids in three and a half years. It was tough trying to work and being both mom and dad during the many military deployments. I eventually went back to school and got my Science Education degree from East Carolina University. I ended up teaching high school science and coaching varsity volleyball and track for thirteen years. It was important to me to be on the same schedule as my kids so they could have at least one parent close by. They are now all grown up and I moved back to the beautiful Pacific Northwest in 2014. I want you to know that my patients are my number one priority. When you leave my chair I hope you feel that you have the tools necessary to feel confident in your own home care and know that you have me for your continued support.
