Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. I am happy I found Renton Modern Dentistry. They are always kind, very thorough and understanding. I recently needed a lot of dental work and they have worked with my schedule, put me on a payment plan and treated me with kindness and respect. I've had to cancel and have been late a couple times, and they have been very understanding. Their front staff is welcoming. Dr. Susee is very thorough, efficient and always very nice. Their oral surgery team is also great. I recently had a procedure and it went very smoothly. highly recommend this practice! I will continue to come for years if I am able!

I have no complaints with Renton Modern Dentistry, I was treated very well by my Orthodontist and technician. Also the receptionist was very helpful in explaining the paperwork portion to me. I understood what I was signing and paying for. Thank you guys !!

My wife had the absolute worst dental experience. Starting 2 hours late for a simple cleaning, being left 20 minutes at a time between multiple sealants once they did get started. Unprofessional, lack of communication, and lack of respect, no ability to plan or stick to a schedule, pushing procedures with no explanation of why. Do not come here.

I have major anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, but when I came here I was amazed how professional and friendly is everyone who works there! They are very thorough when explaining all that I needed done and I really felt like my comfort was important to them. They took the time to hear me and made sure I was good. Dr. M. Kaur is a GEM to the practice. Im very skiddish with dentists and she made my feel soooo at ease. Professional, sincere, and cares about the patient. The women in the office are 1st rate as well. Gave me so knowledge with things and didnt make me feel like shill for rhe company. Gave me options to make everything simple. THE BEST DENTIST EXPERIANCE IVE HAD, PERIOD.

Not sure why the reviews aren't 5 stars every time. Been going here for years and they take care of me every time. They aren't just trying to dig in your pockets like other places I've been! Melissa Hayes is a true professional and a pleasure to see. Her assistant Sadaf Habibzada was great as well. I have very bad anxiety with anything hospital or dentistry related and they are the only place that has taken their time with more or put me out when it's needed. I moved to Bonney Lake 3 years ago and I still come all the way Renton because I won't go anywhere else!

One of my molars broke and needed urgent repair. RMD was able to accommodate me immediately. My dentist was Ms. Mandeep Kaur. She was friendly, professional and pleasant to chat with. She did a great job repairing my tooth within a few hours. I'll follow her anywhere. What a gem.

I have no idea why this place has so many bad reviews. I absolutely love this dentist office last year I went in without insurance to get some teeth looked at after a different dental office completely messed up and filled teeth that should have been root canals and I had extreme pain. They did X-rays and consulted me about what needed to be done without charging anything at all. Now that I have insurance I have been back to get my crowns on as I never did with my previous dentist and one of my teeth broke. (Both times I came in with emergency type situations and they worked me into the schedule day of) From the front desk to the assistants to the dentists themselves I have had all around a great experience.

Dr. Hayes has always been great, but I had KeMaika as a hygienist the last time I went (hadn't met her before) and she was the BEST!! Her bedside manner was fantastic; she checked in with me about comfort all through the process in a way no one else ever has. Keep her forever!!!

Both of the receptionists were very kind. But, they cancelled my appointment twice and then when I went in for the rescheduled class, I waited for over 30 minutes after when my appointment was supposed to start because they only have one x ray machine. The staff was polite but it wasn't very organized.

Everyone was so nice and accommodating. My cleaning was a breeze. The dental assistants were so nice to answer all my questions about whitening. Definitely will be coming back again!

Terrible wait time i was in the office for 2hrs no one had the courtesy to notify me of delays. I got xray's done in 10min and clean up too 20min i don't understand why i ever went to this office. In both my visit I've alway had to spend 2hrs in a service that should have taken 40 to 59min.... Very frustrating

STAY AWAY! Trust me. This office is a nightmare. They constantly have turnover. New employees all the time. Probably because the employees know how bad it is. Besides billing you wrong, or charging you for missed appointments that they had to schedule 6 weeks out because that's the only time the specialist was in the office. They use to not even send you reminders. Now they leave you messages the day before your appointment and tell you that you need to call and confirm and if you don't call back in their window, they bump you. I waited on hold for over 20 minutes only to be told my appointment had been given to someone else. They could just ask you to reply to an email, but that would be too easy for these guys. Even my favorite Dentist left this place. I think I know why. He was probably fed up with them too. Where are you Dr Huang?

Took over 4 months to finish one root canal. No antibiotics prescribed. Over charged for everything even with insurance. Was left alone in the chair twice for 2.5 hours on my first visit with not one person checking on me for a total time if 8 hours in the chair for a 1.5 hour procedure. All of this while on nitrous that was poorly mixed leading to a sinus infection. This place is poorly run with poor excuses for dentists and I'm strongly considering a lawsuit.

It's been more than 4 month since they started to work on my moms dentures replacement, 4 visits, 4 times taking denture impression - nothing accomplished. Very low quality Dentistry. We were very patient. Time management is terrible. Definitely would not recommend this place unless you desperate. But what's interesting that they got all insurance money right away after the first visit. Absolutely NO.
