Dr. Linda Chan was born and raised in Waterloo, Ontario and relocated to the Chicago area in 2013. Dr. Chan received her doctorate degree from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine in 2010. She then completed her specialty training at the University of North Carolina where she received her master of science degree and Certificate in Endodontics. Prior to this, she completed her undergraduate studies at McGill University in the field of anatomy and cell biology, graduating with first class honors. Dr. Chan has been very active in the field of medical and dental research. At McGill, she examined regulatory pathways of bone biology and tumor angiogenesis. At Harvard, she researched mechanisms of breast cancer metastasis.
During her specialty training in North Carolina, Dr. Chan completed research investigating the role of microRNAs in endodontic disease. She has presented her research at multiple national and international meetings. Recently, she received the American Association of Endodontists Resident Award (2013), the Jacob Freedland Scholarship Award (2012), and the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry Student Award (2010). Dr. Chans professional affiliations include active membership in the American Association of Endodontists, the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society, Chicago Dental Society and the Edgar D. Coolidge Endodontic Study Club. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys skiing, dancing, traveling, and spending time with her husband and family.

Music was way to loud. It felt like my jaw was going to break he was so aggressive. My mouth is still hurting where Novacaine was injected . My crown was left very sharp the tooth itself feels fine. I am going to my dentist to have the job finished and I'm hoping my crown is not cracked it shifts when I bite down.

I've had 2 root canals done at this office and each time was successful and nearly pain free, staff is friendly and Dr. Wong is very professional. If you need a root canal its the place to come

Dr. Wong is a rock star of a doctor! He's pleasant, honest and very thorough. I had a troublesome root canal that he fixed with flying colors and didn't even need any pain pills! I have complete faith in his work and his 2 lovely dogs Colby and Leo give you comfort!

First time at this place and I have to say very professional AND very friendly...Dr.Wong is a great Dr!!...he talks to you like he's known you for a long time... Shawna his assistant is also so very nice (omg I hope I got the name right!!) and there very fast BUT very good at what they do...Im hoping I never have to go back (no one likes root canals lol,but if I have to I know I'm in good caring hands!!...I also would like to give a big thank you to the receptionist who is sweet and very kind and doesn't hesitate to help you out if you have any questions. Ps...this is Robert Mitchel lol...I just noticed it saids Mitch(which is what I'm called by)and i seldom give out my last name on the internet. Thank you ALL very much!!!!

6 months ago I had my root canals touched by another dentist and they did a terrible job! I wasn't numb enough and I can feel everything so I did my research and found Renovo and I even changed my dental policy just so I can see Dr Wong! BEST DECISION EVER! he made me feel so comfortable! He made sure I was very numb! I felt no pain and he was fast and professional! The service dogs was a plus! They were so sweet and help me not have so much anxiety! He also fixed my wisdom tooth and it literally took him under 3 minutes! I went to 4 other dentist for my wisdom tooth and they wouldn't touch it because of the position but Dr Wong said it was a piece of Cake! Shows how much experience he has! 5

I saw Dr. Wong today for the first time on an emergency referral from my dentist. I called them at noon and was seen by 1:15- the whole staff is great. I wish I could keep Dr. Wong as my regular dentist! Highly recommend.

I went in for a root canal consultation with Dr. Wong, and left with a finished root canal! This was my first time visiting and I had actually initially came in to discuss anesthetic options due to extreme anxiety I struggle with when at the dentist. Dr. Wong thoroughly explained the procedure and was extremely patient and understanding with my worries. I had root canals on my front teeth when I was 8 from a freak accident that I remembered had been painful and pretty scary at the time. I agreed to the procedure and it was finished in 20 minutes! I felt absolutely no pain, and both Dr. Wong and his assistant checked in with me many times throughout to be sure I was feeling comfortable. Highly recommend coming here if you have nerves with the dentist, they will take great care of you!

I hardly ever do reviews BUT, Dr Wong & his staff are definitely God sent. I was terrified to the point i think I'd rather chop my right hand off than to have a root canal. They make you feel very comfortable in every way possible to ease your stress about getting your root canal. Dr Wong is amazing and waist no time in getting started after he numbs you. My fist were clinched the whole time for no reason, I PROMISE YOU I FELT NOTHING, NOTHING!! The office is very clean & every one was very professional and very understanding and supper friendly. Dr Wong & staff I can't say thank you enough. Your the BEST
