The staff is super communicative with what they will be doing and they make sure to explain what's happening and why it's happening, which I really appreciated. The teeth cleaning and flossing was very gentle and didn't hurt (but I regularly floss anyways so that probably helped)! The wait time was not long and everything was done in a timely fashion, 10/10

Fantastic. I came in nervous for a root canal. Kept me calm and knew what he (Dr. Anderson) was doing. Can't ignore the office staff and the assistants either. I'm so happy, I'll be back to finish off everything they recommended.

The staff are all well educated in their position as well as overly professional!They made me more than comfortable after driving 3 hours to appointment. I was more than pleased and will continue to patronize their business.

My appointment was on time. Good chair side manner. Lynn always does a good job cleaning my teeth. Recommend this office Six month follow up. Great service.

The front desk staff is amazing. However, the dentist was horrible. He wouldn't listen to what I had to say and the dentures were made horribly. I have been wearing dentures for 28 years and these are the worst ones yet. I would have to go through another month and a half wait to get them to fit better and I am not going through that again. I would not recommend them!!!!!! UPDATE.......The new dentist was much better but they couldn't get my bottom dentures right in 4 tried and they acted like they didn't care!!! Definitely would not recommend them for nothing!!!!;;;;;;

The guy assistant (wish I caught his name) was so patient with me and was so nice & informative with what was going to happen. The environment felt a bit rushed but the front desk was super nice!!

I had to wait 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to be seen and considering this was for a cleaning thats unacceptable. No one told me they were behind or anything I had to ask twice what was going on and told it would only be a few minutes more. The hygienist was very thorough and that's the only reason for 3 stars otherwise if would be 1 star.

Had my first visit today at RenovaSmiles. Got smiley welcome in each doors. Found the doctor a good one as well, with transparent comments. Wish to have a favorable service soon, once been referred.

Best care I received in a long time. Dr. Barragan takes time to explain every detail and makes sure that you feel comfortable. His expertise is outstanding. The assistancees as well as the reception team are very helpful and go out of their way to help you.

An absolute pleasant experience. I have a fear of dentist and I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. My dental hygienist Rose did a great job! Highly recommend this place. I have found my new dental home. Yay me!!!

We just moved to Virginia going on 2months now from NYC and I must say when RenovaSmiles gives you an appointment time your seen at that time. My daughters appointment was at 8am she was done 8:40am. If we were in NYC we would still be waiting to be seen not even an xray done yet. Oh I can't leave out the doctor and nurse was nice great with children. This will be our new dentist for the entire family.
