Excellent customer service at scheduling the appointment and during the consult with the dentists. The billing people are responsive, experienced and proactive. The only weakness is their immediate front desk people, they don't necessarily do the proper verification with your insurance about what is covered or not resulting in excess payments which then have to be refunded back.

Went in to have my teeth cleaned. The hygienist, Kathy, is awesome. Not really thrilled with the dentist, but Kathy and the front staff are great/

I was very happy with the treatment at renova smiles Manassas. Everything was explained to me in detail and all charges were given up front. Dental care was excellent. All employees were very friendly and courteous.

My child with intellectual disabilities goes here. They are welcoming, friendly, on time, make the process simple. Hygienist was great with his limited understanding and cooperation.

All I can say is awesome!! Very patient and caring with nervous patients. Took time to explain everything that was happening. I have extremely bad gag reflex and they helped me work through it. Highly recommend!! My Dr was Berrigan.

I have tried repeatedly to give this practice a chance since being sold from the private practice I was cared for at for over 20 years. I feel less like a patient and more like a dollar sign every time I visit RenovaSmiles. I put off seeing a dentist for months because I did not want to return to this practice, but pain from a filling forced me to come back. The hygienist I've seen is always friendly, but I feel is constantly trying to sell me on expensive unnecessary procedures. I received a cleaning, and had expressed concern about a filling I had done 6 months ago that I am experiencing pain from. The hygienist told me the filling is cracked and I'd have to get it fixed. No problem! The dentist then comes in and says no nothing is wrong with the filling and I need a night guard which will alleviate the pain I feel from the filling. I'm then told I have three additional cavities that need to be filled, after the hygienist has just told me everything looks great and they'll see me in 6 months. The doctor examined me for maybe a total of 2 minutes before just walking away, no explanation of treatment, no patient care, and no answer as to why I am in pain. The hygienist came back in and said I'm good to go, and I questioned the 3 cavities mentioned. She said 'no you don't have any cavities I don't know what the doctor is talking about'. The front desk then asks when I'd like to come back to have my cavities filled, to which I said I'm confused as I've now heard 3 different things about my treatment needs. I leave with pain in my mouth that is still not solved, an office that either doesn't know what they're doing or can't communicate, and an immeasurable amount of frustration. I will not be returning and would not recommend trying them if you expect basic communication and patient care.

They need to drop the mask policy. There is no medical benefit to this.

Going to the dentist is never fun. I really enjoyed the dental hygienist, Kathy. She was awesome, talked me through everything and was patient with me as I was constantly choking my way through a cleaning. Very professional and friendly.

The facility was dirty. The front desk person was rude. My appt. time wasn't honored. Only pocs we're asked to put on mask. A white woman who was late went before us and had on no mask. The Latino man was asked to put on one. I won't be back. I only came because of a recommendation from work. My money is green like everyone else's and I go where I am treated with respect and decency.

I'm happy with the dental care they provide, but not their orthodontist care. Recently my permanent retainer on my lower jaw broke so I went in to get it repaired. When I did so, the replacement popped office 4 days later while flossing. Then, after receiving the replacement retainer today, one end of it already came off. Very dissatisfied.

This is a tough one, so basically if it weren't for how amazing the actual back dental staff is.. i would be giving 0 stars because the reception staff is HORRIBLE. 99% of them are sooo unkind and will make you feel super uncomfortable and literally stupid in certain situations.. especially the blonde hair blue eyed lady that goes by Sonya I believe, the one who normally is there to check you out, always has hair in pony tail.. And for an example, my most recent visit - the lady who went over my payment plan found it hilarious that I had to get yet another crown done, and at how often she sees me come in.. like I get it, but I'm already beyond embarrassed about all the work I have needed done, and the fact that I am struggling to pay for it all as it is.. how in the world is somebody going to go and make me feel even moreee embarrassed and uncomfortable by doing all that... come on now.. Again, the actual dental staff is super super awesome, wise, and always soooo kind.. that's why it is worth it for me to stay with this office and just deal with being made fun of by all the staff in the front I guess.. as wrong as it is, but that is why I am saying something once again.. so then mayyyyyyybe something can finally be done. **have to now add 5/17/22, I never spoke to a regional manager and also now had another bad experience since this original post so I have no idea what this commentor below is talking about. Who is David, send him my way.. I have ALOT to say..**

The front desk and the dental hygienist are great however I can't give 5 stars until the dentist fixes this extremely uncomfortable filling that is apparently too high. I've been back a few times about it and it never seems to be able to be resolved and the fillings bother me daily. If it can be resolved in the next visit I will change my rating. UPDATE: I changed my rating to 5 stars because I finally found a dentist there that was able to fix the uncomfortable filling that I had received there previously. I had gone back a few times to the same dentist to have him fix the fillings that were too high and the main one that had sharp ridges that kept cutting my tongue. I found whenever I went back for it be corrected he often didn't listen to everything I was saying and cut me off before I could fully explain what the problem was. It has bothered me nonstop so I went back and saw a different dentist who listened and was able to fix it. Both dentists I had were both named Dr Anderson but it was Dr. Eliana Anderson that actually fixed the problem. Thank you Dr. Eliana!
