I'm a new patient to Renova Smiles and I'm very surprisingly pleased with what I've experienced today with my dental hygienist Louis. She gave me the most thorough clean and examination of my teeth. She even recommended Flouride treatment because it's covered under my insurance. She explained very clearly what I needed and what covered or not covered under my insurance. This made me realized that my previous dentist, whose name I will not mentioned here, had unshamingly lied to me about the fluoride treatment being not covered by my insurance and it would cost $70 if I wanted it done. Louis told me that even if it's not covered, it would only be $32! AND my previous dentist had charged the insurance for it even though I never got it done! I was completely shocked. I guess you can't trust your healthcare providers completely when it comes to billing and you need to be vigilant with insurance claims even if your copay is $0. Anyway, back to Renova Smiles, the rest of the staff was very quick and professional. Loving it so far!!

I searched all over for a dentist that would attend to my personal squimish needs. Finally I found Renova Smiles of Falls Church. I drive from Reston VA bypassing countless others and I must say it is well worth the trip. They are able to perform a wide range of services and I am happy to recommend this office to anyone who is in the market for a good dentist.

I wish I could leave no stars your establishment is sad you get over on people who are not knowledgeable with the terms and definition of their treatment. Unprofessional how a dentist that didn't do the work initially not there at all then have the manager mr Anderson tell my daughter that he does not agree with her new treatment they took all of her insurance money and did work on teeth that needed to be worked on the people there will over talk you and LIE!! They have no idea what they are doing and go back and forth with just lies unethical unreasonable and purely irresponsible also very very disrespectful and racist as I am black and daughter is Spanish and he said it in Spanish like I would not understand him sad

Kim is the best oral hygienist ever!!! Very through and I like that she "mean business" when she cleans (not like others that just tickle your teeth) and you can feel the difference later. Please give her a raise!

Dr. Anderson, Dental hygienist Kim N., and staff were great, thorough, knowledgeable, and very considerate. The equipment looked up-to-date and they were great at breaking down procedure and care. I would highly recommend the office!

I'm someone who dreads the dentist but Rose and Dr. Q made my experience at renova smiles the best one I've had. Such kind and compassionate ladies who are also very knowledgeable. Very happy to have found this dentist.

I wrote a review of my true lousy experience 2 weeks ago at this "no human touch' no good" dental practice, this afternoon, but I was shocked that this pack of liars denied that I was their patient recently, claiming that I live and practice in MS, copying and pasting my entry on Google- lousy liars. true, I am a surgeon who practiced previously in MS, but now I live in Herndon, VA. I went to the 4 weeks ago to replace a damaged old crown. In my 2 visits I was seen by 2 dentists and half a dozen assistants. On second visit dentist snapped crown in place and left room without checking seating and fit. It was a bad fit. I canceled my return appointment because I thought too risky. Too unprofessional and money-loving.

All of the dentists and hygienists are very professional, nice, and caring. I moved 40 minutes away and I still travel to this office. The front desk staff is also awesome and friendly.

I had the most wonderful experience here! I'm pregnant and I got light headed a few times during the cleaning from laying back in the chair for a bit. My hygienist was so amazing to me she gave me orange juice and reassured me that we could stop to give my back a break from laying back for so long! She was so sweet and attentive! This has by far been the best experience I've ever had at the dentist!
