Dr. Renjen earned his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in physical anthropology, his Master of Science (M.S.) in biomedical engineering, and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) all from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Consistently performing at the top of his class, he was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society and received numerous awards for academic excellence.

Dr. Renjen was honored with the opportunity to pursue his orthodontic training at the world-renowned Albert Einstein College of Medicine. At Montefiore Medical Center, he treated the most complex orthodontic problems and served as a member of the orthodontic/craniofacial team, which provided care to patients with cleft palates and other congenital craniofacial problems. After completion of his residency, he established a thriving orthodontic practice with a major hospital network in Pennsylvania. Over the past decade, he has created thousands of beautiful smiles and is excited to bring his expertise to Rochester, NY!

Dr. Renjen has published in nationally recognized, peer-reviewed publications, including the American Journal of Orthodontics, The Journal of Periodontology, and the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He has received national awards for excellence in clinical research and continues to practice at the leading edge of technology. He has served as a lecturer in orthodontics and growth and development, and he has received awards for excellence in teaching.

Dr. Renjen is one of only a few orthodontists in the Rochester area who have achieved certification by the American Board of Orthodontics. He is proud to have performed at the highest level possible on the board examination, and to have been selected to display his case reports at national and regional orthodontic meetings. His passion and dedication to excellence in orthodontics are seen in the highest quality of care consistently provided to his patients.

Outside the office, Dr. Renjen enjoys spending time with his wife Dhruti, his two sons Ishan and Devan, and his two daughters Meera and Kiryn. Living around the corner from his office, he and his family love to connect with their neighbors and the local community.

Having over 20 years of experience in the dental field with a degree in Dental Lab Technology, and as a licensed Dental Hygienist, I am proud to manage the operations of Renjen Orthodontics. Helping Dr. Renjen organize and develop this practice from the ground up has been an incredibly rewarding experience. It gives me a great deal of joy to be given an opportunity to impact a chapter in our patients lives and to see the transition in their smiles. When I am not at the office, I enjoy volunteering my time as a firefighter and being active in my local church.

I am the chief experience officer at Renjen Orthodontics. Words cannot describe how fulfilling it has been to see my husbands dream of practicing in a setting that reflects how much he cares about his patients come to life. Together with our children, we designed Renjen Orthodontics from the ground up, and I continue to do everything possible to help ensure our patients have the best experience, every time.

I am a Patient Care Coordinator at Renjen Orthodontics. What I love most about my job is interacting with our awesome patients and working with our fantastic team each day! Everyone is so wonderful, kind and helpful. In my spare time I enjoying relaxing at home with my 4 dogs and 2 cats and husband. I enjoy greeting our patients personally as they enter our office to help make them feel at home.

As a Patient Care Coordinator, I help to make our patients and their families have an exceptional experience in our office. Growing up in Webster and living in Penfield for the past 16 years, I am passionate about our community. One of my favorite things is watching our young patients grow, seeing our adult patients smiles transform, and running into patients at Wegmans, school events, or sports around town with my three sons.

I am a Certified Orthodontic Technician at Renjen Orthodontics. I grew up in Macedon, NY and went to school in Penfield. I then obtained my license in Dental Assisting after completing my studies at Monroe Community College. What I love most about orthodontics is taking part in improving a patients smile. I enjoy working with Dr. Renjen and the staff to make the experience of our patients fun and exciting.

I have nearly 15 years of experience as a certified Orthodontic Technician. I take pride in giving the best care possible and enjoy building relationships with our patients. Outside of work you can find me spending time with my family, walking my dog, or traveling!
