Had a cleaning (by Dr. Hu) and my first cavities filled (by Dr. Bhavsar) here. They are very professional and thorough. It was not painful at all. I'll be coming back.

I've been to Serena Hu's dental office 2004 and I've been a happy customer ever since. She's professional and her staff is courteous!

I unfortunately had a very bad experience here, about a year ago. I especially realize this now that I've been to a different dentist again. For starters, my examination started with no fewer than 14 X-Ray shots. No other dentist I've ever had needed more than 6. The extra shots aren't just uncomfortable, they're unhealthy. Secondly, the routine cleaning of my teeth (plaque removal) was downright painful. The dentist I've since moved to makes it feel no worse than brushing my teeth, but at this place I had a sore mouth for more than a day. Finally, and most seriously, I was told I needed expensive and invasive dental work done, that no other dentist (before or after) has ever suggested to me. The issue was a "discoloration; we're not sure what it is", therefore they'd like to drill it out; my teeth have in fact had that discoloration for years, with no concern raised by any of my other dentists. And if you take 14 X-Ray shots, surely you can do better than "we're not sure"? Needless to say, I've moved on. I've found a much better alternative nearby.
