Ironically, I experience dental anxiety myself, and I always request nitrous oxide sedation during my own dental treatment. I completely understand where patients are coming from, and I will always go out of my way to create a dental experience at Renew Dental that is welcoming, inviting, comfortable, and accommodating. As an adolescent, I had congenitally missing teeth, which created gaps in my smile, and I was teased as a child. After visiting an oral surgeon and orthodontist I finally had a smile I was proud of and built up the confidence to join my cheer squad. Its come full circle since now Im helping to build that same confidence I received in others!
member of the Womens Golf Team and stayed involved in singing groups ranging from choir to a small bluegrass band. I received my Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 2019.
Following dental school, I completed a one-year internship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Illinois Chicago. I am certified in the Comprehensive IV Sedation course so I may better accommodate patients who have severe dental anxiety and to improve patient comfort during difficult or complex procedures.
After finishing my OMFS internship in Chicago, I knew I wanted to live in the Greater Nashville Area to be closer to family. It was important for me to find a dental office that aligned with my treatment philosophy: patient-oriented care.
I have a passion for learning and I like being challenged to improve my knowledge and skills. Being a member of the American Dental Association, Tennessee Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry, I have exposure to continuing education courses.
My interest in oral surgery pushed me to complete an extra year of training after dental school where I was able to gain experience in tooth extractions, hard and soft tissue biopsies, and IV sedation. I plan to build on that experience in the years to come.
Outside of the office, I love staying active playing golf and tennis, and going to the gym. I grew up playing piano and singing, and added guitar to my repertoire. I just recently became an aunt to a beautiful baby girl!

If you want a dentist that truly cares about you, Renew is where it's at. The entire experience at Renew Dental is incomparable to any other. The priority is YOU at Renew, they truly want you to be healthy and happy. You don't find that in many places! The staff extremely kind and compassionate. They listen to your concerns and make sure you're both comfortable and informed the entire time. Their technology is top-of-the-line, their office is gorgeous, and I could not be happier with how well they've taken care of me, my husband, and all of our kids. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Very caring, went above and beyond, had an extraction and went over closing time to make sure I was cared for and followed up the next day to make sure I was alright. HIGHLY recommend to anyone with anxiety. Thank you Renew!

I was directed to Renew Dental in the middle of COVID due to not being able to getr an appointment at my Dentist. From the minute you walk through the door until you leave you encounter an atmosphere that is relaxed yot professional. From Dr. Gray to the rest of the staff, they do what is necessary to provide the best care. The Front Desk will ensure that your treatments, from cleanings to surgery are covered by your insurance prior to any work being completed, so there are no surprises. When there was a discrepancy between what I paid for my co-pay and what was charged to the insurance was handled quickly and without any drama, resulting in a credit to my account.

Very nice experience. This was my first visit to Renew. I changed dental clinics not b/c of a bad experience, but they were not in my insurance network. I was pleasantly pleased with my first visit. I was received by the staff with friendly smiles who all talked to me and not at me. My cleaning and exam were very thorough. I would recommend Renew, Dr Dani Gray and staff for your dental needs.
