Rude...Front desk had no clue what they were doing! Hygienist that I saw was great. Don't know if she's still there though. Dr Kowal no bedside manner at all.

I've been going to Dr Kowal for over six years and I love her! Every time I go in for a cleaning she does an amazing job! She makes sure to tell me what I need to work on and also lets me know what I've done a good job on. She is so accomodating when it comes to emergency situations. I chipped a tooth right before a vacation a few years back and she fit me right in to fix it. I would definitely recommend her!!

I've been going to this dentist for a few years now. Good hygienists and dr. Kowal is a kind competent dentist. I sent my mother here when her dentist retired.

I went to Dr. Kowal to get veneers put on my front teeth. She did an amazing job, I love the way my teeth look. She was very professional and gentle, and her staff was very friendly. The fee was actually incredibly reasonable for the amount of work involved. I would highly recommend her to all my friends and family. I'm a patient for life!

I merely needed to schedule an appointment for my 4 year old's cleaning. I see a dentist who lives far away and I happily pay extra because I have needed some work that I wanted to have a trustworthy dentist perform. For my 4 year old, I just found a nearby dentist. I have dental insurance and called to ask the office whether it would be accepted in full. After being assured that it would be, I brought in my young daughter for a very basic cleaning. The lady at the front desk and the hygenist were friendly enough. Dr. Kowal was not friendly and barely said a word to my daughter to be friendly and put her at ease. She rushed out of the room after only a minute with us. Not a big deal because she said there were no cavities. Then a month later, I receive a bill from her office for $100. Dr. Kowal's sister, who was working at the front desk, assured me prior to the appointment that that my insurance would be accepted in full. $100 is not a big deal to pay but I refuse to pay it on principal. For the month after that, I made several unsuccessful attempts to contact her office. There was no answer on the phone and no message was returned. I stopped by the office twice to speak to Dr. Kowal about the bill and she was not available (even though it is her personal practice). Soon after these attempts and her non-responses, I started to and continue to receive letters from a collection agency. I will NOT pay this bill. The people in this office are unprofessional. Over $100, she lost my respect for lying. I would not recommend Dr. Kowal to anyone seeking a nearby dentist. In addition to the lying about a silly $100 bill, whether she would accept my insurance as paid in full, and being unfriendly, the office was outdated and Dr. Kowal seemed in over her head. Do not go to this dentist.

Visited Renee Kowal basically out of necessity - I simply needed a dentist near my location. Im going to be very truthful here and direct. When I entered the office, a very nice young receptionist greeted me very professionally, very friendly, handed me the forms etc, was very helpful. I was very happy to be there. Then I was called in to see the doctor for my dental work. When I entered the small room, my first thought was 'wow, this place is old' - it reminded me of a 1960's dentist office, everything old and antiquated. The equipment looked old and outdated. This provided an immediate impression and instilled fear in me. As I looked around, I could not help to think of an old 'slasher movie'. Then doctor Kowal entered, very nice lady, friendly, smily and completely took my fear away and made me feel at ease. I felt much better. Once the work began, my fear quickly returned as the doctors inexperience quickly became evident. Clearly the smiles and friendliness were fake - she simply wanted to 'finish up' and move on with her day. This came at the expense of my discomfort - she was very messy - and unnecessarily painful (to me). I didn't want to say anything, out of fear, so I continued small talk and pretended everything was OK with the occasional moan. I just wanted to get it over with. Let me say flat out and straight forward - Im not out to hurt this lady, but my experience was a horrific one. If she was simply having a bad day, then my appointment should have been rescheduled. Due to that experience, the lack of proper and updated equipment, I chose never to return to this office.
