Wonderful experience!!!! Just had my first visit with Dr.Brad Griffin and after eval. It was determined that i needed a root canal (scary right). However Dr. Brad Griffin was amazing the entire procedure was almost pain free!!! He kept me calm and was very reassuring throughout my visit. His assistant was pleasant and informative about what I should expect to happen while there he was amazing as well!. Great place to go great Dr great staff!

This is an exceptional professional establishment. Everyone in the office from the receptionist to the doctors are overwhelmingly caring and kind. I came in with loads of pain and they recognized it from the start. They booked me a next day appointment (which is unheard of in health care), and cared for me diligently, even explaining cost up front as to not be sticker shocked after coming out of your procedure. They play great music too as a bonus! I would highly recommend.

My husband had an appointment at 1 today it was moved to this day because Monday August 30th something happened they didn't have an Endodontist or something. We had a photo shoot today for our baby at 4pm thinking they would have his tooth #30 done in two hours once again they are slow, incompetent, and unreliable. I have accommodated them twice now 1) Being the original day the scheduled us didn't work for them so we agreed to another Monday as early as possible 2) the time we originally had was at 4 but we switched the time around because they said we were pushing it because they usually close around then. So I called my photographer and asked to switch the time I'm there to 4pm so my husband can get his 1 tooth taken care of at 1pm she agreed. So please tell me why they could not accommodate me by having him done by 3? Save you time and your money. Take your insurance elsewhere because here is absolutely awful they have no regard for your time at all. We'll see if there work holds up in a year or two!

My mother wanted me to write this review, she actually begged me. She was so distraught about tooth pain, she had been too many dentist that ultimately caused more pain and more dentist visits. My mother came into the office crying and the Receptionist was very compassionate, she listened to her and ensured her that she would no longer have those problems post her visit. The endodontist had the same compassion and love. He assured her that he would look at the X-rays and make sure he made the right decision. Before the procedure, she was really nervous about pain, post op, etc and began to have a panic attack, one again the staff rubbed her back, helped her calm down. This is a 5 star office and I want the world to know how much love and joy the people here have brought to my mother.

Do not receive service here. Dr. Ester and front desk staff are very incompetent and has zero customer service skills. They give misinformation and will send you a bill with no explanation.

One of the best experiences I've had. Unfortunately, I've had multiple root canals that needed to be done, but I felt truly and home and cared for with each visit to Dr. Griffin and Dr. Ester. Highly recommend going to this practice.

I received excellent care from Renaissance Endodontics and both Doctors Ester and Griffin. I've received two root canals from them, on two different teeth, and they did amazing, conscientious, caring work both times around. If you need a root canal and you want to make sure the procedure goes perfectly, go to Renaissance.

This team did a great job servicing me! Dr. Griffin and his assistant were kind, patient and clearly knowledgeable and experienced. They made sure I was comfortable and gave me confidence that I would have good results, and I did! The entire staff was helpful and professional.

I went in today to get a root canal by Dr. Johnson and I must say at first I was worried about the pain I'd be in but Dr. Johnson made my root canal virtually painless! I highly recommend Renaissance Endodontics to anyone young or old! The front desk staff was very kind and professional Dr. Johnson's dentist asst Keisha made me feel very comfortable and was great in assisting Dr. Johnson! Great place to go and they have my business for me and my family!

Slow and very unprofessional, they we're suppose to contact my dentist for follow up treatment, and they didn't. I contacted my dentist and they had not heard from them an over a week. I strongly recommend not going to this office.
