I had an amazing experience! Very professional environment, and very knowledgeable staff. I personally had the opportunity to work with Ernesto. He made sure that I knew everything he was doing, made me very comfortable, and I could tell he was very knowledgeable with everything involving my teeth. He gave me some great advice about things I should do at home and it was greatly appreciated. I will definitely be back!

I was having severe pain and they got me in very quickly and were able to relieve my pain and referred me to a specialist. There staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My new dentist! So glad to find them!

Great customer service from the desk upfront, my hygienist was awesome! And the Dentist was very informative about the information and not pushy to sell me something. I will definitely be back to get my work done with them.

I had my very first appointment today and I have never been happier leaving the dentist. I first contacted Renaissance using their website's chat feature. I received a very quick response from someone who was welcoming and friendly. She answered my questions, verified my insurance coverage and booked me an appointment a few days out. That great experience turns out to be the rule, not the exception. The entire process that followed, from check-in to check-out went the same. My hygienist, Ailian, was intelligent, a great communicator and happy to answer any questions throughout the process (x-rays, 3D imaging, oral cancer screening, measuring, cleaning, polishing and other treatments). I actually learned a lot in the process, and learned even more in discussing recommendations about how I should care for my teeth at home. Notably, Ailian is clearly a master at her craft--performing wonderful work without ever causing discomfort. She even worked carefully around a sensitive tooth--the one tooth that in the past has caused me to avoid the dentist! Today's experience was completely different! Dr. Rodriguez was equally kind and conversational. He erred on the side of keeping me informed about what he was seeing and what things he found concerning or positive. He discussed treatment plans for some follow up procedures , identified the priority items and let me know what to expect if I did or did not take certain courses of action. (BTW...all of the things he recommends are matters my prior dentist had also suggested over the years...there was no hard sell or push on services I didn't need). Dr. Rodriguez was kindly informative, providing the clarity I need to make decisions about my next steps. Before I left, we booked a follow-up appointment and the team had already worked up what my covered and out-of-pocket costs would be for the recommended procedures. They also referred me to a periodontist, but only after verifying he is "in-network" pursuant to my insurance plan. Super helpful! I left feeling great about the experience. The entire team operates with a patient-first mentality that shines through all that they do. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else and neither should you.

It is hard today to find a doctor or a dentist that really cares about their patients. Doctor Rodriguez is one that truly does care. I went to a dentist to have a simple crown replaced . They took an impression and put a temporary crown on simple right? The temporary crown kept falling off it didn't fit right. I was told twice that my permanent one was in I even called once to verify and I was told it was. After leaving work and driving several miles , only to find out that it had not arrived. In the mean time I had so many issues with the temporary one that one of the girls while trying to remove it and make a better one actually broke the tooth underneath that holds the crown. So now I could no longer even have the permanent crown put on. I was never offered an apology and I was blamed for the tooth breaking. I was offered a solution to the problem for several thousands of dollars. When my patience wore thin and I did not want to accept the plan they gave me, they told me I should see the another dentist, since they couldn't make me happy. My wife told me about doctor Rodriguez after getting a recommendation. From my first visit I could tell the doctor Rodriguez and his staff , that are all awesome ,really cared and it wasn't just about the money. He came up with the solution for several thousands of dollars less. It was to put a partial denture on to fill the gaps my teeth were missing. The first one that we received from the lab had some issues. He did everything he could to try to fix it. When he couldn't ,up to his standards he ordered me a new one. No fault to him because of supply shortages it took a while for the new one to arrive. He went above and beyond to keep the original one working as best as possible and with several visits which he didn't charge me for one. He knows I'm in a business with direct contact with people and I was really self-conscious of it. He even did extra things like building me a tooth from a composite ,that he didn't have to without charging me a dime. He tried to make it work as well as possible. While we were waiting I had an issue with one of my teeth which caused the pattern of the impression for the new one to have to be changed which, he did at no cost, even though it was no fault of his. He's not only a great dentist but also a good person, as I have gotten to know him and have watched him care and do everything he could for me to clean up the mess the other Dentist caused. Doctor Rodriguez and his staff are a breath of fresh air, in a world today where there was no longer a concern for patients and just the bottom line. He imparts the way he feels to his staff and they also care and are all wonderful. If you are in need of a dentist he's the only one that I would highly recommend, I'll never go anywhere else.
