Tried to refer someone to them and the receptionist was racist and did not want to add him on the schedule because of his nationality. Very disappointed.

I called this office today because my husband has had bad experiences at other dentists offices in Lexington. Therefore we have been looking locally for a different dentist before looking out town. Moreover some of my other family also have had bad experiences at other dentist offices and mentioned that Dr. Remenga does an awesome job therefore reccomended him. That's is why I called today to attempt to make an appointment. The lady who schedules appointments was very rude and impatient and just overall one of the most unfriendly encounters I have ever experienced from a doctors office. Your secretary needs to work on her customer service.

The Female working at the front is so rude. I feel bad for the dentist because I heard he's a good guy. But never got to meet him because of their rude secretary. This needs to change
