Our dentist in Issaquah provides experienced guidance to patients so that they can play an active role in their treatment. His patients never feel left in the dark. On the contrary, Dr. Jorgensen explains, I want our patients to really be involved in helping determine what direction their treatment goes.
We also strongly believe in preventative care, such as frequent check-ups and sealants. Our goal is to nip little problems in the bud, before they grow into bigger issues, making sure our patients take the proper steps to avoid major surgeries. And when it comes to procedures, we believe the conservative approach is always the best approach.
Dr. Robert Eric Jorgensen was born and raised in Houston, Texas. His family moved to Bellevue, Washington where he attended Newport High School and along with his other studies was highly involved in Performing Arts and Young Life. Dr. Jorgensen attended the University of Washington where he received his undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. As an undergraduate, he volunteered at the Georgetown Dental Clinic, a branch of Neighborhood Health Centers, a Seattle based organization, providing quality dentistry to patients in low-income areas of South Seattle. During these undergraduate years, he also experienced the joy of involvement with the Big Brothers of America.
Dr. Jorgensen attended and earned his degree of Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Washington. Upon graduation, Dr. Jorgensen moved back to his hometown of Houston, Texas in order to spend time with his family. He received his Texas license there and practiced in Houston for several years, both in private practice and for the State of Texas, but was drawn back to the beauty of the Northwest where he established his current private practice as a cosmetic dentist in Issaquah. While his practice quickly grew, Dr. Jorgensen was asked to return again to and served as a lead dentist at the Georgetown Dental Clinic, the same facility he had volunteered at all those years before. It was during these early years that Dr. Jorgensen realized his passion for compassion, which is how he (and his dental team) still continue to strive to serve their patients in their dental office in Issaquah today.
Issaquah dentist, Dr. Jorgensen has been voted one of Americas Top Dentists by Consumers Research Council of America from 2009-2020 and continues to increase his knowledge by regularly learning new continuing dental education principles and technologies that he feels will best serve his patients wants and needs, through general, family and cosmetic dentistry in Issaquah.
In his free time, Dr. Jorgensen enjoys spending time with his wife and son. He enjoys music, cycling, backpacking, scuba diving, Husky and Seahawk Football, and just hanging out with family and friends.

Colleen our hygienist is the best! I was super concerned when I learned that I needed a crown but the process was smooth and painless. They really are the best!

Dr. Jorgensen and his staff are the best. I started going to his clinic 20 years ago when I lived near Issaquah. I now live and work much farther south, but still find the drive to his clinic well worth my time. Everyone is very professional, helpful, and up-to-date on the ever-changing technology in their field.

Dr. Jorgenson's shoddy dental work, coupled with his inability to see a loose filling on 2 separate occasions (that I could clearly see in a mirror, and another dentist immediately identified the moment they looked in my mouth) was the cause of the only dental incident I've experienced in my life. The incompetent dental care I received at this office led to: - Multiple months of semi-constant tooth pain, from never having had a toothache in my life. - Unnecessary (costly) visits to his office and a specialist's office to potentially get a root canal -- when the only problem was a simple loose filling. - Lingering nerve pain after having a proper filling to replace the one I received here. This amounted to a nontrivial amount of discomfort and suffering that was entirely avoidable had I gone to another dentist for a filling. Dr. Jorgenson is a nice enough guy, the dental staff are all very kind, and it's a nice office. Nothing bad to say there. But no amount of personality or office quality can replace a dentist that actually does their job: fixing your teeth. I went from totally pain-free, to pain that interfered with my daily life, because of the incompetent care I received at this office. There is no amount of money that could ever make me trust my dental care to this man ever again. My one hope in writing this review is that someone else will think twice about getting any dental work done at this office, and not end up in the same unfortunate, completely avoidable, circumstance as I did. Thanks for reading my story.

The office is doing all the COVID precautions like having patients signing up the COVID form and doing temperature check at the entrance to ensure a safety environment. Doctor and practitioners are both knowledgeable. Did annual check up and dental cleaning, already seeing amazing results. Would definitely go back the next visit.

Dr. Jorgensen and his dental staff are awesome. I have had some past dental nightmares that cause anxiety for me. He was recommended through my mom's implant specialist. They are all very relaxed, kind, and personable, which is a rare find. Kathy at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Jorgensen did an excellent numbing job, no pain, and he was quick. He has a friendly and funny demeanor, which put my anxiety at ease. I had a great experience, and look forward to getting the rest of my dental work with done with him. Definitely recommend!
