Below is our New Patient Package that you will need to complete on your first visit. You can expedite matters by downloading the package, completing it at home and handing it to our staff when you arrive for your initial visit to our office.
Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.

Evening and weekend appointments were not available. The dentist is always changing, I've seen three different dentist here in a two year period. Mary at the front desk is great as well as the dental assistant.

Rejuvenation Dental is a quaint and clean dentists office in Waldorf, Md. I got 5 cavities filled by Dr. Aulakh and they look beautiful. She was quick and professional along with her assistant. I reccomend this place 100%.

With this covid-19 pandemic, some people shared on media that the dentist is the first professional you should not visit. If you visit Rejuvenation Dental, you will quickly realize that they were wrong. At Rejuvenation Dental, everyone is screened for temperature check, they will asked if you have been exposed or closed to someone exposed. Face masks and gloves are properly worn, the tools and equipments are immediately changed and cleaned, and they have hand sanitizers in every room. On top of all that, let me guys tell you that it's one of the rare place to updrate the quality of services even in this rough time. While every office and business try to justify the bad service with the phrase "Due to Corona pandemic... ", at Rejuvenation Dental they see this time as opportunity to show how much they care for people, their happiness, their family and their smile.... Everyone at this office is amazing. Ashley the dental hygienist is so welcoming and does a great job with cleaning of the teeth. Mary at the front desk has always been welcoming. The Dentist was very personable, which i enjoy. I would recommend anyone to this dental office. Thank you guys for always making my visits amazing !!

I pick this place base on the falsely information on there website and Google 1. They aren't open on Sat. 2. They don't open past 4 3. Last appointment is at 4 They made all these changes and didn't update there information not okay. Now i have to be sos to find a new dentist because No1 told me of these changes. I kept running into road blocks said bump it Note since your google hours are Wrong. I suggested you edit [ i did it for u].

The front office staff is very professional and personable. The dentist was awesome. She made you feel so comfortable you don't realize that she's inflicting pain on your gums from the flossing. She explained what she was doing and gave u follow up.

This dental group is awesome! I have being going to them a little over 2 years and received extremely excellent care for me and my family. The staff are awesome, understanding and helpful. If you get there on time appointment schedule is accurate and the waiting process is absolutely close to your appointment time.

Everyone was very friendly the minute I walked into the office. Lisa was really a sweetheart & made me laugh so much. I like the fact that they are very affordable even without dental insurance. My cleaning was fast & efficient. I will definitely return!
