I just had this office cancel an appointment for my 2 children 3 hrs before the appointment. I scheduled their appointments almost 3 weeks ago. They wait until 3 hours before the appointment to cancel. Their reasons being that my kids were too young at 9 and 6. I wanted a check up and to ask a few questions now that their adult teeth are coming in. The woman on the phone wouldn't let me get a word in, just won't see them. I could've gone elsewhere had I known and not waited 3 weeks to wait for an appointment elsewhere. The appearance of family dentistry here does not seem genuine. We aren't going here even when my kids are at an acceptable age whenever that may be

I don't always post reviews on Google, but when I do, I make them genuine. I moved to the area recently and needed a new dentist. A friend referred me to Reinhard Dentistry. My wife and I have had some dental issues in the past, so we asked a lot of questions... probably too many. Dr Reinhard answered them all honestly and openly. I then brought my kids (ages 2 and 4) in for a quick checkup that they needed for school. Each of my kids had their own turn with Dr Reinhard and shockingly neither needed any convincing to walk back to the exam room on their own with "Dr Richard." I've never seen them so excited at Dentist or Doctor. Dr Reinhard didn't rush either kid but took a proper look. He also explained current issues he saw and what to look out for in the future. As someone who has had traumatizing teeth experiences in the past, the vibe at Reinhard Dentisty is calming and comforting. And the service is exceptional.

Simply put, the best dental care experience I've ever had!!! Friendly and organized staff. Dr. Reinhard is thorough as well as a great communicator. And did I mention the office's music playlist?!?! I thought about sticking around after my appointment just to hear some more tunes

Dr Richard Reinhard is very professional and personable. He takes the time to explain what needs to be done. He's very thorough and provide the best possible care for his patients. I'm not from the same town where the office is located , but when you find the best dentist, you keep it! I highly recommend Reinhard Dentistry.

What a pleasure it is to be a patient of Dr. Tom Reinhard! He is always upbeat and often hums as he executes the necessary dental treatments for me. I am writing, too, on behalf my husband (Tom Jones, no less!) to say that he feels similarly about Dr. Tom. My Tom (MT) had to visit Dr. Tom on several occasions in 2020, and he's had to do so in 2021, also, because two or three of his teeth needed serious attention (Dr. Tom's occasional humming definitely removed some of the stress from having such dental work done). As I recall, it was in Feb. 2021 when MT had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Tom on a weekend for emergency work, and Dr. Tom called early in the morning to see if MT would be available earlier than he was originally scheduled. Indeed, MT was fine with that, but just as we left home heavy show began its descent. Dr. Tom was wonderful to provide the service early on that weekend day, and he managed to finish just in time - MT and I* barely made it up the hill and into our garage because of the amount of snow that had accumulated. *Or perhaps I should say that our non-four-wheel drive car barely made it.

Thanks to Richard Reinhard for helping me out in a pinch. In essence, I needed a composite filling, but as I was a new employee at my workplace, my dental insurance had not instated yet. Richard Reinhard to the rescue ! My teeth are doing so well now that I had the repair he did and the dental office waited patiently for my dental insurance membership to become active. I'm grateful for the dental repair. I'm grateful for the understanding of my new employee status/ new dental benefit starting up taking time. Back in business !

Tom and Richard are Great!! I have been going there for years and they both make going to the dentist a pleasure!! I recommend them and friends are always happy to meet the Reinhard team!! Best of all I feel they are knowledgeable and I am confident in their abilities. Great location in Whippany NJ and relaxing office is a plus!!

My wife had a dental emergency and Dr. Richard saw us on very short notice. He was nice, informative, explained everything clearly and was extremely competent. We have switched from our previous dentist to Reinhard Dentistry moving forward. Very highly recommended.

I've been going to Reinhard Dentistry since I was a child. I can't say enough good things about Dr Reinhard! When I met my wife she was frustrated with the many dentists she had been going through. I suggested Dr Reinhard and she has been going ever since. Now my 2 children are patients as well. Highly recommended!
