Paul Havey, DMD, General DentistDr. Havey graduated from the University of California with a Bachelor of Science in biology. Then, he continued on to dental school at the University of Pittsburgh. After graduating, he started his own multi-office group practice employing specialists in Pennsylvania, including an orthodontist, periodontist and oral surgeon. Over the years, he has expanded the services he provides to patients to include treating children, patients with mental and physical disabilities, and providing anesthesia services to patients who are nervous about dental treatment. At our practice, Dr. Havey is also able to provide facial aesthetic services. Don G. Lamparski, Jr., DMD, MDSDr. Lamparski is a highly respected and dedicated orthodontist with extensive training and experience. Ben, Public Health Dental Hygiene PractitionerBen works to improve the health of patients at Reilly Dental. Since joining our practice in 2013, he has worked to educate them about proper oral health and its effect on the bodys health as a whole. He received his associate degree in dental hygiene from Westmoreland County Community College, where he also received local anesthesia training. He went on to graduate from the California University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in pre-dentistry.When not in the office, Ben loves spending his time hunting and fishing.
Kim, Registered Dental HygienistKim has been a dental hygienist for over 15 years and has an associate degree in dental hygiene. She also has received her local anesthesia license and is constantly doing continuing education to stay up to date on dentistry. Since joining our office a few years ago, she has helped create a positive dental experience for our patients. She especially loves helping special needs patients and working with children. With each patient, she treats them as an individual and not as a number. Patients know that she has their best interests at heart and love to revisit!Kims family is from the Irwin area and she loves spending time outdoors with them. She enjoys camping near Benezette as well as spending time doing art photography, drawing and writing.

they won't return calls. they have told me multiple times that they are submitting paperwork to see if my insurance covered what i needed done and they never followed through with it. i've been going to this office for 3 years and now am finally switching due to the incompetent office staff.

I'm from Latrobe, living in Pittsburgh. I can be found on social media I'd anyone would like to reach out for a possible case against this doctor if my mother experiences infection complications from his arrogance. Everyone is free to reach out as there seems to be enough proof that this guy shouldnt be practicing in this profession... just like the people who did 5 teeth in my mouth that the crowns deteriorated and fell out after a year.

**Update** may 17th 2022 After calling to get myself removed from their system I informed them of THEIR mistake of not submitting my approval forms which caused me to lose 3 teeth that could have been saved and THEY had the AUDACITY to tell me that it is MY FAULT for not knowing my insurance. I again told them I KNEW WHAT MY INSURANCE COVERED but was ARGUED with each and every time by everyone in that office. All they could say was "sorry" and "sorry for the inconvenience" PLEASE avoid this dentist. Even if they are your last resort for the area drive to a different area because if you choose this dentist YOU. WILL. REGRET. IT!! I originally gave a good review to them because the staff was VERY friendly. However, after going there numerous times and not only were the fillings painful, they also do not check or fill out insurance forms. I was covered for 2 root canals a year. Last year in October they argued with me saying that root canals aren't covered by my insurance. I ended up losing teeth that could have been saved if only they would have just submitted the forms....am switching dentists. I do NOT appreciate anybody who will not do their jobs correctly!!!

Switched to Aspen a few years ago. Dr.Jordans work load was just too much after taking in the prisoners. I wasn't numb enough any of the times I had root canals. Most of the staff is RUDE. No one returns calls, have been calling for 8 months just trying to get Aspen my records on ehat was done with my teeth before I switched.

I Don't recommend this office. The office staff (that I spoke with are rude). I made an appointment for my husband to be seen first he was having the issue then myself and my children needed cleanings. I told the receptionist/intake person that I found her through my insurance company and the doctors name. She said he is no longer with this office but we still accept your insurance. Ok, move forward to today. My husband leaves work goes to the appointment an is told oh your insurance actually isn't accepted here, that doctor left the practice "Tom Riley" but we kept the name. This could have been avoided with a few simple phone calls, namely the one letting us know that there would be OON expensive's. Again, the staff specifically the front office staff were rude! Like why!? And I'm tired of hearing we're short staffed. We are all short staffed! Your job, my job, his job etc! It does NOT give you a right to be miserable! Patient beware..

This is not a place you want to go unless you want a horrible experience. Doing unnecessary procedures just to charge adults and children more money. Terrible practice with no concern for anyone except their own checkbooks.

Impossible to get appointments scheduled. They tell you they will call back and it's been more than a week. I have called and left three messages. Time to find a responsive office.

I would recommend this office, very professional, the dentist that did my extractions was super courteous, answered all my questions honestly, I felt some pain and swelling after having all my top teeth removed, I feel 100% better even with the stitches. Best experience I ever had at any dentist I ever visited. Thank you guys

I would have given zero stars but you can't. I scheduled an appointment back in 2020 for a friday or at least I thought I did. The lady said August 13 2021 was the first available Friday appointment. Then the week of I called to check on the appointment and she said that it was a tuesday in October. So I rescheduled and today November 12 2021 I was supposed to get wisdom teeth removed. However the adulatory papers that my doctor faxed over was not able to be located. Linda the lady at the desk said she tried to call me on November 4 2021 and the person that answered hung up. I looked at my call logs and did not have any call from her. I also received a text earlier this week to confirm my appointment. Then we drove all the way over just to be told that we could not have our appointments because they we booked. Don't worry though we could have come back next Friday. I had to take off work to be there. That is 8 hours of work where I get paid $21.01 an hour that I missed out on for an appointment that they screwed up on.

I would give half a star but i can't because they kept messing up me and my sisters appointments so we had to keep scheduling. Today though i showed up for my appointment and they said they tried contacting me,but they didn't even have my phone number!

My son is almost 5 years old and he has Autism and is non verbal! The nurses and the doctor were very understanding and very nice!! They went above and beyond to try and help my son be more comfortable. Even though it didn't help until they were all done they still did an amazing job!!

I do not recommend. First off their receptionists are incredibly unprofessional and gossip in front of you and their dental work is a joke. My daughters filling fell out and I have pain EVERYDAY in the teeth I got FILLED. Instead of pulling my one molar because the cavity was too deep, he filed it down to damn near nothing and it still causes me pain.
