'My daughter and I were just there in the Lowell office Monday for her to get her braces put on. She was a little nervous so every time they went to go put a piece on to her teeth she would start to hum kind of like a song. The staff knew she was nervous and told her she was the first one to give them a song while they did the braces and she was no longer nervous. They do great with her. Now she can 't wait to get the rest of the braces put on. Definitely take your children here if they need braces. They 'll do great work, love them.'
Orthodontic treatment improves childrens dental and overall long-term health by correcting malocclusions that occur as a result of tooth or jaw misalignment. According to studies by the American Association of Orthodontists, untreated malocclusions (crooked/misaligned teeth or a poor bite) can result in a variety of problems. At RTO, we always want to start orthodontic treatment when it is most effective, and for many patients, this is between the ages of 12 and 16. This is because they now have enough teeth to support the orthodontic appliances, and their growth and development have been adequately established to be predictable. Thats why orthodontics is something classically associated with teenagers, even though we treat patients from all age groups children through adults.
The key to orthodontic success is to start the orthodontic treatment at the optimal time of dental and skeletal development and emotional maturity. I appreciated the professionalism of this office. Reminders of upcoming appointments were always texted, which I found very useful. Also our appointments were on time and we were rarely kept waiting to be seen. I would absolutely recommend Reichheld Ting orthodontics.

Great experience. Friendly staff and doctors. I had braces put back on as an adult and they did a fabulous job. I brought my now 15 year old and my 12 year old to RTO for braces as well. Highly recommend.

Since my consultation I have been extremely impressed with RTO. I was provided all my options and all of my questions were answered without feeling pressured into making a decision. I never had braces and as an adult I was nervous I could no longer achieve a straight smile. I was reassured it was possible and felt Dr. Brian was confident I would leave with a straight smile. After beginning my journey with Invisalign I was always greeted kindly and treated with professionalism by all staff. The process was seamless and easy. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Brian and RTO, I now have a PERFECT smile!

I brought my daughter in for a consultation and was very impressed! The office is beautiful and clean, and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. My daughter can get anxious but she was very relaxed and not nervous at all. The doctor walked us through everything and we went home with images and a plan for a future visit. Overall I was very happy!

They always have good advice and don't pressure you into taking a decision. My older kid is on a braces program here and they are always prompt with any communication and appointments. I would definitely recommend this place.

RTO is the best. I am glad that I choose RTO as my daughters orthodontist. Every employee that we have dealt with there is professional, friendly, caring and nice to talk with. They are very accommodating and have no problem working around your schedule for appointments. When I had an issue with my insurance company they took care of it without me having to get involved. I highly recommend RTO.

I just have to share my family's awesome experience with RTO! We go to the Billerica office, and as soon as you open the door, you know it's a great place. The front desk staff is always smiling, pleasant, and helpful, which is just - an extra at any medical type of office. There are lots of "frills" for the patients, too, like the t-shirts, pencils and rulers, etc., and "Sharky bucks" which can be saved up and turned in for real gift cards to places that both kids and adults love! But of course most important aspects of RTO are the orthodontic services. I have two of my kids in braces now, and their teeth are looking fabulous! The doctors and techs have a great way with the patients, always kind and fun to be around, and always careful to provide the best possible orthodontic measures. I can't recommend RTO highly enough!

Recommended by my kids dental pediatrics. Couldn't be happier with Billerica office. My daughter needed braces, had a consultation and set up a plan for her treatment. She has since had few times with discomfort and staff is always able to fit her it for appointments and relieve the discomfort. Staff is always friendly, pleasant and accommodating. Very happy so far with the experience.
