Clean and spacious office, did not wait long, hygienist was well skilled and friendly, technology fx-ray machines, computers, computer programs, etc) was NOT old. Doctor gave great recommendations.

After moving to GA five years ago. I began a search for a dentist. My search ended when I found Reich Dental. They checked all the boxes. From the receptionist to your hygienist to the Doctors, and their technology are the best in the business. I'm always made to feel comfortable knowing that my dental needs are their main focus. I'll never go anywhere else.

This dental center is all about the "upsell" and the money that they can extract from you and your insurance company. They sold me a deep cleaning that I didn't really need and charged me significantly more than their estimate. If I had the full information up front, I never would have agreed to the service. The service I received was "fine", but my review reflects my opinion of their business practices.

Reich Dental is absolutely amazing. The staff is very accommodating and provides stellar customer service. Dr. Reich is very knowledgeable and does exceptional work. This office came highly recommended from a coworker, and I truly see why.

First time visit yesterday after breaking a tooth during lunch....was able to get in that day and fixed everything with a temp until crown is received. Made me feel very relaxed :) Will continue going.

All the staff are very kind, friendly and helpful. Was easy to join as a new patient when I moved to Smyrna. Cleaning was great. They are very knowledgeable, accommodating, and helpful. Helped us understand our insurance and create a treatment plan. And were also very helpful with my mom who has some disabilities.

Love this dental center! I moved here 2 years ago and I'm so lucky to have found them. They have great chairside manner. Dr. Reich is knowledgeable and such a sweetheart! I love her!

A for-profit dentistry in the worst sense I went to a second-world country to seek the surprise "treatment plan" actions they provided me, and was asked "why" haha. They act like things are required or a big deal, when they aren't. They can wait. Optional = required for them. I since switched to a dentist with less of a "high-profile" facade, and have ignored Reich's ridiculous / unnecessary "treatment plan" without any issues for years. For people coming here: get a second opinion before letting them do any services on you. They may not actually be required

I have been a patient here for over 25 years. I love Dr. Reich as she is always thorough, kind, compassionate and answers any questions I have. The office is extremely clean and up to date on all the latest technology. They make it super easy to schedule an appointment and are super flexible with my work schedule. From the front desk ladies, to the hygienists and assistants; everyone is always welcoming and pleasant. I now have the pleasure to have Dr Reich's daughter, Dr. Rihan see me as a patient here which has been absolutely wonderful. If you are looking for a great dentist with amazing staff and stunning office this is the place for you!
