A Tennessee native, Dr. Eric Scallions was born in Memphis and graduated from the University of Memphis in 1996. In 2001, he graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. That same year he moved to Nashville to start his career as a practicing dentist.
While living in Nashville, Dr. Scallions opened and operated several dental clinics throughout middle and east Tennessee. In 2008, he married his wife Amanda and they now have three boys, Cooper, Ford, and Alexander.
In 2013, Dr. Scallions made the decision to return his family to his west Tennessee roots to be closer to his extended family and to open Regional Dental Associates. He enjoys traveling with his family, hunting, fishing, and spending the weekends at the lake.

Couldn't ask for a better dentist and staff! Every procedure I have had done has went super smoothly, no complaints here!! He did an implant on me and it was painless and turned out amazing! One stop since they make the crowns in office!

I am more than appreciative for services rendered by Dr. Scallion at Regional Dental--Jackson, TN. I recently had some work done, 2 weeks later--that work clearly wasn't as smooth as hoped. Called the office, Tonya set an appointment for the following day. Dr. Scallion examined my concerns and agreed, he re-did the entire procedure without additional charges. The attention, compassion and friendly professional service at Regional Dental has been consistent and reliable. Integrity appears to be the standard. I appreciate you and your team Dr. Scallion. Not a bad visit at all today, as far as dentists go. There was a little bit of a scheduling issue but luckily I called ahead to verify my appointment before my visit. Otherwise, I wouldn't have an appointment down even though it was initially set up last Tuesday. The staff was great and I have the utmost faith in the dentist here. I'll still be leaving my options open though when my insurance kicks in.

Regional Dental and Walmart insurance do not mix well together, Walmart insurance said I was covered then decided not to pay them Regional, then Regional decided to charge me sound familiar, I call Regional Dental for them to do a professional courtesy and transfer my records to another dental office they said they will not do it because I owe them money which I do not because my insurance said that it was covered, this place is awful and janky and they ended up hurting my wife her mouth she is still in pain and they say that they don't have any problem and there is nothing to do with the filling that fell out I saw the filling, don't waste your time go to Complete Dental Care they're the best

Nice and easy extraction. Staff was great, office had an "older" look and feel but the operation went smooth. From appointment to post op was under 45mins, Including X-Ray.

Great experience! The hygienist is so sweet and gentle. Dr. Scallions and his assistant both made me feel at ease. I've never had a painless root canal before..... and it was truly pain free.

Just recently moved to Jackson and had a tooth emergency. I found regional dental online a gave them a call. I told them about my problem and they were able to see me that day. Dr. Scallions was able to treat my problem and get me out of pain. I highly recommend this dental office!
