Here at ReGenesis Health Care, we believe that access to excellent healthcare should be a fundamental option for every community. We strive to give comprehensive health services to residents in and around the Spartanburg, Cherokee, and Union SC areas. We believe that community-based practices focused on serving families can make a difference in the community, helping neighbors move towards healthier lifestyles and enjoy life to the fullest. And, we also believe that our patients form a major part of our practice, as we work hand-in-hand for a better tomorrow.

Our practice was started by a SC State Representative in 2003 to help bolster the economy in the area and address health disparities throughout our community. This one-man effort for change ballooned into a community drive that moved the entire state to renew efforts on cleanup and investment in its own communities.

This is why we chose the name ReGenesis Health Care and this initial spark is the reason we still have a fiery passion for providing quality healthcare services to every patient we see. We started with 10 employees at a single location and we have expanded to cover four locations with 75 employees. This growth has allowed us to add dental and pharmaceutical services in the Upstate region along with the family medicine, womens health, mens health, adolescent health, behavior health and migrant program services we have offered from the beginning.

Our patient-centric healthcare services mean we offer appropriate linguistic and cultural options within our services. We also have a strong focus on prevention, education, and case management to help our patients truly find better health and avoid unnecessary medical expenses down the road.

We offer seven convenient locations in Spartanburg, Woodruff, Gaffney and Union, SC. If you need help diagnosing a problem or controlling a health issue, we are here for you. We work with patients that suffer with everything from allergies to heart issues. We are dedicated to helping you find solutions you can live with and then providing you with a path towards better overall health. Too many practices only focus on treatment care, ignoring the important preventative part that helps keep things from getting bad in the first place. Make a difference in your day-to-day activities with care that focuses on your health before its even a problem.

Thank you for visiting ReGenesis Health Care and learning a bit about what makes us so special. We are proud to be a part of a community that believes in us and trusts us with their care. We hope you join our family, and we look forward to serving you in your healthcare needs.

I love Dr cokley!! She is kind, patient and pretty! Lol! I've never had a problem with her work and if something does go wrong with your teeth after she's fixed it, she'll correct it immediately! Some of the other staff are also kind. But you have some that don't have the kind of compassion they should have when working in that kind of field, you can tell their just there for a check. But not her!! Ask for her when you go there! She's the best!!

Not going to lie my first time here was less than pleasant. But I have a new doctor now. Dr. Rao is gentle, patient, informative and a wonderful dentist. I'm so happy they offer a sliding scale. The dental assistants Andrea and Keena or keera are awesome too. I have to come back in here to just emphasize on how the staff and Dr. Treats me. I have horrible dental anxiety and the kindness and empathy I was show is what I'll never forget. Thank You Kristina and Dr Rao.

I have been coming here for about 3 years and things have gotten from bad to worst. I love my doctor but I do not like the company. Between the dental office rarely answering their phones and the medical office having their patients in limbo. I have thrown in the towel and will just have to find another medical facility. I am disgusted by their service and lack of concern for their patients. They have a lot of work to do.

I have been going to this location since 2018 and when I first began I loved the staff and most definitely loved my nurse practitioner. My nurse practitioner then was Isabel Dalence, FNP and she helped diagnose me after several hospital visits and doctors said they couldn't find a thing wrong and gave up on me. She left suddenly and transferred me over to another practitioner Nicole Segarra, FNP and originally things were going according to where my care was left off. However, over the past three years I've seen staff come in and out and I hardly have the same assistants. I had an appointments where the medical assistants refused to perform medication reconciliation and another where the assistant obviously didn't read my file to see the point of my visit. She asked me if I had diabetes when I was there for a routine follow up visit. I've also been having the issue with being persuaded to get on birth control. Nurse Segarra-FNP took it out back in 2019. I had been experiencing adverse effects from being on it since 2013 along with the issue of Medical professionals not being able to remove the device due to it traveling. Even she had a hard time removing it and both time I experienced lots of blood loss when I'm already anemic. I have stated on multiple occasions that I refused to take the medication and why, but when I do I am refused medication refills, even though I am clearly aware of the potential complications of not being on birth control during medication therapy. I also have a very hard time receiving my medications on time. For the last year or two, I'll go to my appointments and after a few months I will run out of refills. I can call and leave voicemails, but no one will ever call back and if they do it's a week or two later. They even have a case management program and that does not even help. The last time I ran out of medication and I was due for an appointment and explained the situation, my dose was increased after the amount of time I had not been on the medication was unknown and there was no therapeutic level to determine whether or not I needed a dose increase. I even told my Other nurse practitioner for another study of practice and she agreed that it was wrong. I have said it more than one time before, so I will start looking for another Nurse practitioner to take over my care. It's nothing but a headache and causes me too much stress. If you come here do your research. Not all practitioners are the same and best believe the majority of people who work here do not stay for long and now I see exactly why.

First off.. the front desk lady(shes light skin and heavy set) has a nasty attitude and I didn't like how she talked to my momma. If you don't like ur job get another one. Been front desk is the easiest job at a dentist office. Smh

You get what you pay or don't pay for,..cheap place with low quality care. I was still billed for balances owed by insurance. Told the office about it multiple times but they ignored me. I have heard from a few others how bad it is here. Avoid at all costs!!

The nurses and doctors are great!! My only issue is the front lobby and desk... you can barely hear the people on the other side when trying to sign In,(they should really remove those so it's not a hassle speaking to them) and the ones working the front desk are rude... there was only 1 window with someone at it when I came in.. myself and 2 others were standing there notnsure what was going on... I then asked the man in front of us if he had been checked in yet.. he said yes and was waiting on sons medicine... at that point is when a lady In the back near the printer rudely told us the window at the end wouldn sign us in.. no signs pointed us to an open window and the 5 people in the back seen us standing there (me for 5 minutes) without saying a single word until they heard my obvious frustration speaking to another person waiting to be helped....
