Born and raised in Norfolk, Nebraska, Dr. Steve Karmazin returned to Norfolk in 2009 after receiving his D.D.S. degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry. Dr. Steve graduated from Norfolk Senior High School in 2002 and attended the University of Nebraska Lincoln prior to entering dental school.
Dr. Steve strives to provide a welcoming environment for his patients. Including patients in their treatment plans, as well as thoroughly explaining all options and their prognoses, is of utmost importance to Dr. Steves treatment philosophy.
When Dr. Steve isnt in the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Amy, and their daughter. In his spare time, he enjoys running, woodworking, and doing home improvement projects around their house.
It is important to me that we always remember to treat all patients as we would our own family. It is an honor for me to have people put their trust in us. Our staff is dedicated to always maintaining high standards and providing quality, innovative dental care.
Dr. Dan Karmazin grew up in Nelson, Nebraska and attended the University of Nebraska Lincoln. He received his D.D.S. degree from the University of Nebraska College of Dentistry in 1976. Following graduation, Dr. Dan began his practice in Norfolk caring for his patients.
It is very important to me to put my patients at ease during their time spent in my chair so that they always walk away with a positive dental experience. Every patient should be made to feel that their time and oral health concerns are important.
Gaye Delka grew up on a farm near Guide Rock, Nebraska. She began working in the dental field as a dental assistant in 2002. Gaye received her R.D.H. degree in dental hygiene from Central Community College in Hastings, Nebraska in 2007.
Gaye enjoys her day-to-day interactions with patients and the relationships made with them. She takes pride in being able to help patients improve their hygiene habits and see the positive changes in their oral health. When away from work, Gaye enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, and their three children while attending their many activities. She also likes to shop and travel when she can.
Unitedly, our team strives to bring a unique brand of dentistry to the people of Norfolk, NE. We use our experience and training to ensure you are aware of the pros and cons of each treatment and get the care that works best for you.
Our family-owned practice welcomes all patients as if they are part of our family. Before we start anything, we get to know the person behind the smile and then take a look around your mouth. This gives us a better understanding of your individual concerns, needs, and goals. Only then do we open a discussion about the best treatment for you.

My family has used Regency for our dental needs for close to 40 years. There are the most professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable practitioners! We have only gone to others if a root canal or impacted wisdom tooth removal was required. I'm so grateful for Regency's excellent model of care! They discriminate against people that receive medicaid, because Medicaid doesn't pay them big bucks so people have to go without dental care really ridiculous, as if dentists aren't rich enough as it is

Dr. Stephen and staff were all kind, hospitable, and very caring to my needs for my health issues as an individual, and not like I was a price tag. I felt very comfortable to joke a little, (it helps to ease my frets), and I was very pleased, yes there's pain, but that's expected. I was treated with dignity & cared for the very same day. Dr. Stephen even called me on his own time, to check in on me. We didn't have to refinance our home to get my teeth taken care of, so I'm happy. They were all very professional, but human beings, as well. Our future regular dentist visits will be with Regency Family Dental, from now on. Thank you very much Doc and staff.
