Regency Dental of Port St. Lucie is pleased to introduce Manhal Yazji, DDS, as an Associate General Dentist. Dr. Yazji experienced in providing esthetic and restorative dentistry as well as orthodontic treatment for children and adults.

Dr. Yazji graduated from Damascus University with a Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1981. In 1996 he became a Life Diplomat of the International Board of Orthodontics and Associate Instructor in Orthodontics by the IAO and has been teaching Orthodontic treatment and techniques to General and Pediatric Dentist. Dr. Yazji has used his experience and knowledge of the dental industry as the Clinical Director of Regency Dental since 1994. He is currently a member of the ADA, FDA, South District Dental Association, Treasure Coast Dental Society, and a Diplomat of the International Association of Orthodontics. He speaks five languages including: English, Arabic, French, Spanish and Creole.

Regency Dental of Port St. Lucie is pleased to introduce Joseph Catuogno, DDS. Dr. Catuogno has been associated with Regency Dental since 2007. He received his dental education from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. After graduation from Dental School he was commissioned as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy Dental Corps where he served at Naval Training Center, Orlando, FL with 2nd Marine Division, Camp Lejeune, NC.

He is an avid NASCAR fan, likes many sports, enjoys bicycling, pool, bowling and loves the great outdoors. Much of his free time is spent with his son, daughter, and Maltese and Cavalier King Charles spaniel.

We are proud to have Elvira Gallardo DMD as an Associate General Dentist at Regency Dental. Dr. Gallardo received her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree from the University of Florida in 1989. She is trained in Nitrous Oxide sedation to help her patients with dental anxiety.

Dr. Gallardo has an eye for detail, and is quite the perfectionist. She has extensive knowledge of implant and full mouth restoration cases. Her patients love her ability to understand their needs, and to provide them with the best of care, in a caring and compassionate way.

Dr. Siassipour obtained her undergraduate degree at the University of Miami where she majored in Biology, and minored in Chemistry and Psychology. She went on to the University of Florida College of Dentistry where she graduated with honors in research and was presented with the American Academy of Oral Medicine Award. Her research in Oral Medicine has been published in Quintessence International.

Dr. Siassipour is excited to return home to South Florida to live closer to family and continue her career in dentistry. In addition to previously practicing dentistry in Central Florida and serving as an officer on the Polk County Dental Association, she has a wide range of skills in the field of general dentistry including cosmetic, invisalign, restorative, endodontic and surgical.

Regency Dental of Port St. Lucie is pleased to introduce our Periodontist James Witulski, DDS. Dr. Witulski is originally from Colorado where he attended Colorado State University. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 1971. After two years service with the Army he returned to the University of Missouri to earn his certificate in Periodontics in 1975.

Dr. Witulski practiced Peridontics for 18 years in Denver. Currently, Dr. Witulski is a member of the Florida Dental Association, the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Periodontology.
