Regency Dental of Port St. Lucie is pleased to introduce Manhal Yazji, DDS, as an Associate General Dentist. Dr. Yazji experienced in providing esthetic and restorative dentistry as well as orthodontic treatment for children and adults.
Dr. Yazji graduated from Damascus University with a Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1981. In 1996 he became a Life Diplomat of the International Board of Orthodontics and Associate Instructor in Orthodontics by the IAO and has been teaching Orthodontic treatment and techniques to General and Pediatric Dentist. Dr. Yazji has used his experience and knowledge of the dental industry as the Clinical Director of Regency Dental since 1994. He is currently a member of the ADA, FDA, South District Dental Association, Treasure Coast Dental Society, and a Diplomat of the International Association of Orthodontics. He speaks five languages including: English, Arabic, French, Spanish and Creole.
Regency Dental of Port St. Lucie is pleased to introduce Joseph Catuogno, DDS. Dr. Catuogno has been associated with Regency Dental since 2007. He received his dental education from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. After graduation from Dental School he was commissioned as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy Dental Corps where he served at Naval Training Center, Orlando, FL with 2nd Marine Division, Camp Lejeune, NC.
He is an avid NASCAR fan, likes many sports, enjoys bicycling, pool, bowling and loves the great outdoors. Much of his free time is spent with his son, daughter, and Maltese and Cavalier King Charles spaniel.
We are proud to have Elvira Gallardo DMD as an Associate General Dentist at Regency Dental. Dr. Gallardo received her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree from the University of Florida in 1989. She is trained in Nitrous Oxide sedation to help her patients with dental anxiety.
Dr. Gallardo has an eye for detail, and is quite the perfectionist. She has extensive knowledge of implant and full mouth restoration cases. Her patients love her ability to understand their needs, and to provide them with the best of care, in a caring and compassionate way.

Dr. Siassipour obtained her undergraduate degree at the University of Miami where she majored in Biology, and minored in Chemistry and Psychology. She went on to the University of Florida College of Dentistry where she graduated with honors in research and was presented with the American Academy of Oral Medicine Award. Her research in Oral Medicine has been published in Quintessence International.
Dr. Siassipour is excited to return home to South Florida to live closer to family and continue her career in dentistry. In addition to previously practicing dentistry in Central Florida and serving as an officer on the Polk County Dental Association, she has a wide range of skills in the field of general dentistry including cosmetic, invisalign, restorative, endodontic and surgical.
Regency Dental of Port St. Lucie is pleased to introduce our Periodontist James Witulski, DDS. Dr. Witulski is originally from Colorado where he attended Colorado State University. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 1971. After two years service with the Army he returned to the University of Missouri to earn his certificate in Periodontics in 1975.
Dr. Witulski practiced Peridontics for 18 years in Denver. Currently, Dr. Witulski is a member of the Florida Dental Association, the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Periodontology.

I went to Dr. Joe for the first time. He was professional friendly and gave me a pain free experience. I have always been very uncomfortable going to any dentist. This was a great experience. I highly recommend Dr. Joe. Thanks!

The dentist put a crown on it wasn't even leveled didn't even cover my full tooth in the back I went to the Head dentist he wouldn't even have the dentist redo it I went to another dentist and he looked at it he said who put this crown on I told him who did it recency dental he said they need to go back and fix it I said I already did that and they wouldn't do it and that's two people want me and one the dentist that know that the crown wasn't right so I don't recommend them in Port St Lucie there I do not recommend them for any dental work at all

My first visit was a challenge I was to pay cash upfront and then I went and get insurance they say they can't accept even thought my insurance covers it get over that got a dentures they treated me like a thief for a balance of $210 even though the denture was completed. Now I wasted $1700 on something I'm unable to wear he said I need to foil my natural tooth so I can eat with the dentures when I said this is not my first denture and I've never have to do that he said that's my choice. So I'm done with them attitude and and respect of customer is a zero. I cancel my other appointments.

If you want to pull your hair out trying to get through to a dental office, or, leave messages with no expectation of them ever being returned, Regency dental is the practice for you! Once you get inside, that is where the real fun begins. I went in with only one problem, and, went out with a treatment plan that could finance a small Volkswagen. When I was examined in another practice, the work that was quoted was not at all necessary. After I walked out of my very 1st appointment, I was parked right in front of the practice. The car parked next to me was full of handguns and automatic weapons. Needless to say, this is not a practice I will return to.

I would not recommend this office to anyone. I had a less than pleasant experience with Dr. Gallardo and one of her hygienists. Both were very unprofessional and clearly couldn't wait to be done with my appointment as they very openly talking about winding down the clock as they were completely the process of providing me with a permanent crown. They were inconsiderate as I was very obviously uncomfortable and in pain throughout the process, and the hygienist was very unaware to the fact that her hair whacked me in the face every time she looked in my mouth. Pull your hair back, girl! I was treated as if I wasn't seen or heard in the room, which was very concerning as I needed work I've never had done prior to coming into this office. Dr. Gallardo was very unclear as to what work I needed down as well as why I needed it. It was honestly the worst experience I've ever had at a dentist's office, which takes a lot because I love going to the dentist! The only reason I've provided 2 stars instead of 1 is because the front office staff is exceptional -- kind, funny, friendly, and very understanding. I also had an emergency with my temporary crown and the lady that took care of me that day was also kind and compassionate.

I have never called a dentist office and had a person give me so many excuses as to why I cannot get a dental exam. This guy just told me that their dental office is not like a regular dental office. Why in the world would my health insurance refer them as a dentist if they're not dentists? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I have never had such a bad experience with trying to schedule any kind of dental appointment in my life!

Is very concerning when professionals don't take oral care seriously. My appointment was canceled 2 times, being out of the 6 months period for cleaning, the day before of my appointment, 3 months after my original appointment, they called me to cancel for the 3rd time and I stepped up and said no, what's happening. The Dr. has to leave early, the same reason given to me before. When they rescheduled for 9am, instead of being canceled, I showed up, the Dr. saw me but then I was told "no space for cleaning available". Completely shocked I said excuse me, I was told Dr. evaluation and cleaning was going to be done. They did the whole process, but it took a bit of arguing. Not recommended at all.

I waited almost an hour for a new patient appt, wasn't given the proper paperwork while I waited and they didn't even see my brother because I wasn't a legal guardian BUT I called the day before to ask if I could take him and they said yes. New appt would take another 3 months. Wouldn't go back. Thanks

I am so disappointed with Regency dental. I've been a patient for probably over 10 years. My parents go there and so do all my 3 siblings and now that I'm married so does my husband. I've been trying to reach them since st lucie county started to reopen again and I can never get anyone on the phone, I leave voicemails and never get an answer back. Never received an email updating patients of office status or what's going on. I used to get emails all the time and now nothing. I'm not sure what is going on but the least they could do is send an email or return my voicemails.

Very kind and welcoming environment! The hygienist was very gentle on my sensitive gums and the woman at the front desk was a real sweetheart! After many bad experiences at the dentist I'm glad I found a practice that treats me well!

So I call about 2 weeks ago to schedule A tooth extraction consultation. I get to the office and we take my X-rays and we are moving along with the appointment. Then the dentist comes in to tell me that they do not do oral surgeries. I said over the phone when I called exactly what teeth they were so there should not have been any confusion. They said they could not help me. I left having to go find a new place to get these teeth removed. Absolute waste of time and gas. Absolutely ridiculous. If you don't do teeth extractions don't schedule a consultation for one. Period.

After 15 years with this Dental Group I will be taking my business elsewhere as every time that I set and confirm my appointment in the afternoon they call to tell me that either the Doctor or the Dental hygienist had an emergency. This is a huge inconvenience and I am done with this Group.
