Dr. Jack M Fiedler graduated from the University of Minnesota Dental School in 2006. Upon graduation, he entered the United States Navy Dental Corps and was an active member until 2009, and has been in private practice since. Meanwhile, he obtained his Advanced Education in General Dentistry in 2007. He was able to serve his fellow military men and women, while honing his practical skills and developing further interests in specialty practice areas. Dr. Fiedler carries a number of professional affiliates including, but not limited to, Academy of General Dentistry, International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. Dr. Jack fundamentally believes in treating his patients by reinforcing prevention, encouraging individual education, and fostering healthy oral routine maintenance. He enjoys caring for those patients with complex dental conditions which require procedures involving the disciplines of Endodontics and Implantology. Dr. Jack also treats patients with the use of oral appliances to combat sleep-disordered breathing.Dr. Fiedler joined Dr. Laura Menser in 2015 in the Dungey, Menser, and Associates practice, with the aspiration of creating Regarding Dentistry.
Dr. Laura Menser graduated from the University of Minnesota Dental School in 2002 and immediately began practicing with two of her long-time mentors, Dr. David K Dungey, and her own father, Dr. Daniel H. Menser in Waconia and Hector, respectively. In 2009, she began caring for patients in Waconia and Victoria upon becoming a partner with Dungey, Menser, and Associates. She has developed an interest in restorative and cosmetic areas of dental care. She is professionally affiliated with the American Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Academy of Facial Esthetics, and several other associations.
Dr. Menser consistently attends advanced dental education courses involving the latest industry technologies and specialized methods. She has a profound commitment for improving the dental health and satisfaction of her patients by utilizing an interdisciplinary approach to care for them with the purpose of developing and treating from a whole, comprehensive perspective. To support her patients away from the office, she enjoys designing personal regimens unique to specific needs and desires. We think its very important to define what it is we dowhat were good atand what are our most rewarding moments as dentists. We are first and foremost RESTORATIVE dentists. On the most basic level, this means we RESTORE individual teeth which are decayed, broken, unattractive or suffered from a loss of tooth structure for another reason. We also REPLACE missing teeth either individually, or as partial or full arches when teeth are lost with bridges, implants, dentures or partials. Beyond what would be considered more basic services, we have spent and continue to spend considerable time, effort, and money in training to offer more advanced restorative and surgical care. We RELIEVE pain with procedures such as root canals or extractions. We RECONSTRUCT, REBUILD, or REHABILITATE partial or full arches of teeth damaged by excessive wear or decay. We REJUVENATE soft tissues. We REPAIR teeth, restorations, and sometimes emotions. We RECONNECT patients with their own careoften encountering adults who speak of previous bad dental experiences . Well established in his dental career, Dr. Benjamin Curtis graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 2013, and is a third generation dentist. He has been practicing alongside Dr. Jack Fiedler since 2016 at Westfield Dental, in Hector, MN, and with Regarding Dentistry since 2018. Dr. Curtis aims to provide comprehensive, thorough care for his patients treating a broad range of conditions, including endodontics, cosmetic enhancements, and oral surgery cases. To him, the most gratifying time spent with a patient is helping them overcome anxiety and misplaced fear of the dentist. His unwavering message is to encourage and teach his patients about preventative and healthy habits for excellent lifelong dental health. He takes pride in sharing Regarding Dentistrys credo: to support you in becoming the best version of yourself with his colleagues and guests.
Following graduation from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 2016, Dr. Robert Wightman earned his Advanced Education in General Dentistry in 2017. He spent his residency time in Juneau, Alaska. Meanwhile, exploring the landscape, hiking, and camping in his free time. He has since expanded his fluency in General Dentistry in Northern Minnesota, caring for patients of all ages and ranges of treatment needs. Throughout his practice years, he has delved deeper into periodontal surgical procedures, extractions, and endodontic treatments. He is an active member of the American Dental Association. His principles are simple.
