Terrible scheduling. Was notified 5 times of a reminder of appointment. Then to find out 30 minutes prior to appointment they had to reschedule on me. No problem, I understand being short staffed, but they had to move the appointment 6 months out. Not something I can do in my line of work. Clearly they have enough customers and don't have time for me.

Wonderful customer service! Quick and easy process with getting an appointment, completing paperwork, and accurate estimates on service pricing. Dr. Bachman was thorough in his assessment and explanations of treatment options. 10/10!

Customer service was good. Service was fast. Office very clean. However I got a filling done, they took my insurance information, they had me pay the difference, and then a month later decided that they wanted to charge me more for the work that I already paid for. They sent me a bill that I had to come back and pay more (for the work I already paid for) to prevent them from turning me over to collections and messing up my credit.

Our insurance changed & they worked hard to reschedule me the next day (with the new insurance in place). They called the new insurance 3 times to verify benefits (so services done were covered) & no surprise large bill.

I called Regal Valley with minor pain from ongoing issues with my teeth and they were able to treat my problem the very next morning. The entire staff was professional and exceptionally kind and courteous. They worked with me to design a treatment plan that best fits my needs. I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family!

My crown shifted over the weekend and was making chewing painful. They got me in first thing Monday morning and filed it down so I could eat again. Update: this is now definitely our family's dental office. Love the people here, they help you feel at ease and are great at what they do.

Ya'll, im going to tell you about the very first time I've ever been there and the first time my husband has ever been there. Both times were emergency situations. I had a decayed wisdom tooth for a few months and it randomly broke while watching TV on Thursday night, let me tell you, there is NOTHING that compares to tooth pain, I mean I was up all night with sharp throbbing pain. The pain was alongside my jaw, all the way up to my ear. I understand why people back in the day used to pull their teeth out if they were bad because if someone would of offered in that moment to pull it, I would of bought the pliers myself lol I called Friday morning and explained the situation. At the time I feared it was an infection and that's what I told them. They got me in that day at noon, come to find out, it was a broke tooth, they pulled it that day. 70 bucks flat. I about started crying lol just for the fact that they were on top of it, they fit me in on a Friday. I was so thankful. I wanted to hug them lol my husband started having tooth pain last night, couldn't sleep, so I called regal valley, let them know the situation, they got him in same day which is so grateful for that because he actually has an infected tooth and needed antibiotics. This place will be the only place we go to. The staff is awesome and caring. I highly recommend Regal Valley

My daughter went there and she needed a realignment on her dentures and they told her they can't do it not very good dentist if they can't fix the problem that they caused
