Dr. Manalese began his studies locally and received his Bachelor of Science from California State University of Long Beach in biology with a minor in chemistry. After graduating from NYU, Dr. Manalese completed a one-year general practice residency at Woodhull Medical Hospital in Brooklyn, New York, where he was awarded the Top Dental Resident of the year award. Dr. Manalese has dedicated his professional career to providing his patients with the best dentistry has to offer. He achieves this by participating in advanced training and continuing education in such specialties as Invisalign and Lumineers. Using advances in dental technology, including digital x-rays, intraoral pictures, root canal therapy, and teeth whitening, he will help you achieve a beautiful healthy smile for life. PATIENT IMPACT: During my residency in New York, I provided a patient with implant overdentures to stabilize her loose dentures. Two weeks later, she returned ecstatic to share her testimonial with our staff. She was extremely happy with the results and was in tears. She never thought in all her life she would be able to eat any of her favorite foods, like steak or corn-on-the-cob. Christine Saed, DDS Dr. Christine Saed received her B.S in biology from the University of California, Riverside. She also graduated from New York University College of Dentistry, where she received her D.D.S degree. Dr. Saed strives to provide high-quality dental care to her patients each day by gaining an understanding of each patients specific needs. She was born and raised in Southern California and is happy to be back in her hometown, serving the community she grew up in. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Saed loves being in the sun, doing everything from weekend hikes to spending the day at the beach.
Collin Tsai, DDS, MS Dr. Tsai began his formal dental education at the University of California School of Dentistry in Los Angeles and graduated with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. In order to specialize in the field of orthodontics, Dr. Tsai continued on to Saint Louis University for a Master of Science in orthodontics.
Continuing education is an important part of Dr. Tsais commitment to his patients. Dr. Tsai regularly participates in continuing education as a way to provide the most up-to-date treatment options and highest quality care.
Haris Lakisic, DMD Entering the field of dentistry was a natural choice for Dr. Lakisic; his father and brother were both dentists, and introduced him to this profession of helping others. He enjoys being able to help relieve peoples pain and discomfort, as well as improve their health and esthetics.
Dr. Haris Lakisic grew up in Bosnia and Herzegovina, but became a refugee and escaped to Southern California at the age of 15 due to war in his homeland. After finishing high school in Costa Mesa, Dr. Lakisic attended Pepperdine University for his Bachelors degree, then received a scholarship to attend the University of Pennsylvania for his D.M.D. degree. During his four years of dental school, he was consistently ranked in the top 10 of his class. He is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists.
Sonia Gomez Hygienist Sonia attended Pasadena City College and graduating in 2012, earning her Registered Dental Hygienist degree. She has been practicing in Southern California for over four years and loves her career. Sonias number one goal is to treat every patient with compassion and care. She loves making patients feel comfortable at the dental office. There is nothing more satisfying than helping people improve their smile. Sonia loves being a part of an awesome team. Our team welcomed her with open arms and has made her feel as if she has been working with us for many years. Everyone is so nice! In her spare time, Sonia enjoys spending time with her son.
Ofelya Manalese General Manager General Manager Ofelya was born and raised in the capital city of Armenia, Yerevan. In 2003, she earned her bachelors degree in management, soon after, she moved to the United States. While she was continuing her education at City University of New York, she met her husband, Dr. Manalese, and they started their lifelong journey together. In 2013, Ofelya began working with Dr. Manalese, helping him with general management and daily practice operations. She is very compassionate about providing our team with the best workplace environment, ensuring that we all work towards one goal; to provide the best care to our patients.
Ofelya loves raising their three children in Southern California, where the kids have various opportunities to participate in sports and diverse cultural activities. Their oldest son loves playing soccer and recently joined a soccer club to play at a more competitive level. He also enjoys singing, acting, dancing, and gymnastics. Their daughter loves going to dance class and also enjoys gymnastics. The little one is a trooper who cant wait for his turn to join in on all the activities his older brother and sister get to do.
Amver Espiritu Lead Dental Assistant Amver has been working with Dr. Manalese for over 6 years. He graduated from UEI College with a degree in Dental Assisting in 2011. Over the years, Amver has not only proven to be a great dental assistant and team player, but also a goal-oriented and dedicated leader. Being the lead dental assistant, he ensures that the back office runs smoothly and that patients receive an excellent experience. He also makes sure to build extreme efficiency in patient flow. Amver enjoys his work and the different challenges he faces for each and every patient.
In his spare time, Amver enjoys playing basketball at the local park and trying out different types of foods from various cuisines. In addition, his favorite thing to do is road tripping and appreciating mother nature and the countrys amazing national parks.
Omar Rosales Dental Assistant I joined the Regal Dentistry team in May of this year (2018). Graduated from UEI college in 2012 where I obtained my Dental Assistant diploma. Been working in the dental field for 6 years. During this time frame Ive worked in all aspects of Dentistry. Pediatric Dentistry, Oral Surgery, and General Dentistry. My goal as a Dental Assistant is to provided great service to all patients, and make them feel comfortable throughout their whole dental visit. I am very happy to be apart of the Regal Dentistry family. On my free time I like to exercise, attent concerts, and spend time with family.

Tried to set up an appointment for a cleaning and she said I needed to have x-rays first then set appointment for cleaning. Normally over the last 50+ years this was done at other Dentists at the same visit. Guess I'm going to another Dentist.

I came here when I had private insurance and the service was fine. Now I have denta-cal or whatever it's called and although they're listed on the denta-cal website as an endodontist, they "refuse" to help and referred me out to a place that has a 2 month waiting list. Then they keep calling me to get a deep cleaning but won't fix the most important issues? Sorry I'm now a lowly nursing student and no longer carry "prime" insurance, but if you can't help me with one service, why would I come in for another? If you have government insurance, save yourself the headache and time and go somewhere else. I'm STILL looking for a place. It's ridiculous how hard it is

Scheduled an appointment for a single filling, cleaning, and impress for a mouth guard after the initial consultation. Show up to my appointment, and was told after I was sat down that no one was available to do my cleaning, and would need a follow up to schedule an appointment for a mouth guard impress. Was told to sit in the waiting room for someone to help me shortly to schedule follow ups. Sat there for over 20 minutes before I got up to talk to someone since no one up front seemed to care. I kindly asked the guy to check if my insurance was charge for a cleaning that I hadn't received and he said, "All I have is an initial consultation from 2021." So they didn't have the consultation I had the week prior? They didn't have the filling I had done 30 minutes ago? And they couldn't tell me if my insurance was charged for a cleaning I didn't get? And if you try calling, be ready to be put on hold for over 10 minutes to just be hung up on. The dentist himself was amazing, but the basic customer service isn't there. Won't be back.

Wonderful Dental office. The doctors are very good, patient and i have not had any bad experiences with any of them. The staff is friendly. The assistants are very patient and also knowledgeable. I've been going for several years and plan to not go anywhere else.

Staff is completely rude & incompetent. I took my brother , a special needs adult , & from the get go we were treated horribly. No hi or hello from the dental assistant instead we got a "has he ever been to a dentist before?" He's almost 30 ofcourse he has !!! What kind of condescending question is that?? Yes he was just a dentist last week where we got a referral, "well if he's difficult we will have to refer him out" this was before he was even sat in the chair!!! The dental assistant was nervous the whole time as if she had never encountered a person with special needs. When she finally asked for assistance , "Omar" declined and just told her to refer him out. We ended up having to leave because they were unable to take his x-rays. It's really sad & disheartening to be treated this way . Do not recommend this place at all !

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARRS I WOULD. This was the WORST dentist I have ever been to in my entire life. They lied about the reasonings they would not proceed with my filings, I do not know what the truth was because DR. SAED and the MALE DENTIST WHO'S WIFE WORKS IN THE FRONT (HIS WIFE) told me TWO complete different reasons neither sufficient. This dentist office makes Riverside County as a whole look bad. Once I asked to get the names of the dentist they refused. They only seem to care about your insurance and running up your insurance bills by taking excessive photos, they literally made me stop and take more pHotos in the middle of getting my care explained (PER THE MALE DENTIST REQUEST). His wife works in the front and the customer service is HORRIBLE. I would not wish this place on my worst enemy. I also hope they are properly processing insurance as I will be double checking and making sure my insurances are not being over charged. I was in there from 9:30-12pm with ZERO progress made. They had to move me THREE times because they were vital things in each room BROKEN. The dental assistant was informative and the only person that seemed to care about the patients.

I have encountered such great people at Regal Dentistry. They are compassionate and caring and always so gentle with me. Because of my broken and cracked teeth (I do a lot of clenching and grinding in my sleep) I need some crowns. I just got my first four permanent crowns and they look so great! I have been so afraid of dentists in the past, but I actually look forward to going here. I feel like I get to see friends when I go. Thank you to everyone at Regal for making me feel like I am truly cared about.

I am really pleased with my experience from Dr. Christine Saed. I was supposed to get root canals, but when Dr. Saed was doing the procedure she stopped to get more x-rays and make sure everything was okay. She saw that I didn't need the root canals, they were just deep cavities. I am truly thankful for her and the whole team at Regal Dentistry. The assistants Amber? and Christina? Were great too. Everyone in the office is very friendly and their only concern is how we feel. They even do a wellness check the next day to make sure everything is going well. My questions are always answered and I am very pleased with their service. As a person who does not care to go to the dentist, I actually don't have a problem with it anymore. I had so many bad experiences and rejections due to a medical condition, that I got tired of trying to get a dentist. I am truly blessed and thankful for them. My aunt now goes there, and they are great with her too. Regal Dentistry is the best!
