First i would love to congratulate Teddy he was the perfect marketer for this practise, he treated me well even before we met. From the phone he was friendly and gave me the security and trust that we all need in a dentist. I love the hygienist Britney and Aurora is amazing doctor..you can trust this practise, they gave us wonderful treatment.

Excellent experience, top to bottom. Easy to make (and reschedule) an appointment. Easy to check in (even though I forgot my insurance card!!!) Humane, easygoing staff. A dentist who listens and actually seems to care about your thoughts and questions.

Very friendly, kind, and empathetic. Haven't been able to afford care for a while and feel anxious and shameful at that, but the staff and Dr here reassured me and are helping me to find a way forward. Queer friendly and inclusive!

I just had my first appointment with Dr. Aurora. This is the first time I can say I enjoyed going to the dentist! This is really important for me as I've had several bad dental experiences at other places that left me with some dental anxiety. All the staff were welcoming and friendly and made me feel safe and comfortable. I loved the Netflix TV on the ceiling, music, nice office, and bamboo toothbrush I received where the proceeds support charitable organizations. I'm excited to go back :)

Had a good experience, especially for this being my first time back at the dentist in a long time. Staff is warm, energetic, and accommodating. No shame, no blame and I felt listened to. Clear communication and I felt like it was a thorough exam/cleaning. Thank you!

I love Refresh! As a queer, trans and disabled person, accessing medical care can be difficult and painful. The team at Refresh is unbelievably kind, patient and fun and has managed to make the not-so-fun experience of going to the dentist actually enjoyable. I am so lucky to have found them and I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist's office.

I brought my partner, who has a lot of dental trauma, here to get a deep cleaning and they went above and beyond to make him feel safe and comfortable. It's the friendly, caring, down-to-earth dental office we'd always wished were real. So grateful to Dr. Aurora Fields and her wonderful staff for helping us get back on track with our dental health!

I am definitely biased since I work here at RVD, but Dr. Aurora cleaned my teeth the other week and it was really such a nice experience. Unlike other dentists I've been to, Aurora is very good at explaining dental things in a simple way that doesn't make you feel stupid or like you are being scolded. I learned that I grind my teeth while I'm sleeping and that's why I have such massive bones in the bottom of my mouth, and I learned that the floss I had been using was too thin and not effective enough at cleaning between my teeth. If you are someone like me who doesn't know where to look when the dentist is working on your teeth, here there are TVs mounted on the ceiling so you can watch Netflix while you're laying back! I watched an absurd show called "Is It Cake?" and it made my cleaning go by quickly. I can say with great confidence as both a patient and an employee here that Refresh Valley Dental is a really informative, gentle, and supportive space to be in!

I called today and they fit me in same day! They listened to my concerns, took me seriously, and gave me a safe place to get help! Every single part of the process you could tell they cared for me and the pain I was going through. The environment is welcoming and I will be referring everyone I know to them! I couldn't of asked for better care.

The staff at Refresh Valley Dental are the most caring people. They made my dental experience worry free and even offered me a weighted blanket or the tv on during my cleaning! I've been very anxious to go to the dentist but they made it easy and I'm not worried to go back!

Dr. Fields and her team were kind, professional, and made going to the dentist fun. Everyone made sure to walk me through each part of the process with consent. I hate the new way of doing dental X-Rays, and Ashley and Ryan helped me through that process with relative ease.

I love coming here, it's always a great experience. There's always good vibes with everyone especially with Dr. Aurora. It's the coolest dentist I've ever been to. I love the music and I like that she sings while she's working, It's calming. Everyone is great and I always feel safe and comfortable when I have my visits. This is how every dentist place should be. I hit the dentist jackpot! Thanks for caring about your patients and just being a down to earth person Dr. Aurora!

I have a pretty extreme phobia of receiving dental care. It goes back a long way, and it's been reinforced by a lot of bad experiences. Because of this, my oral health has suffered much more than necessary. With some encouragement, I gave Refresh Valley Dental a try and I was extremely impressed. The procedures that I needed were difficult and painful, but Dr. Aurora and her staff did an amazing job putting me at ease and had many systems ready to help different types of anxious people feel more comfortable. They offered weighted blankets, eye masks, earplugs, and even a TV on the ceiling above the chair to help take your mind elsewhere. I can't recommend this practice enough, especially if you deal with dental anxiety. I'd give them more stars if I could!

I had a rather inconvenient emergency need and they responded quickly with professionalism and got me in right away, once I was in I was as comfortable as I could've possibly been given the situation and the end result was getting everything I needed at a reasonable price while treated so kindly. Could not have asked for more. Thank you for helping me!

I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Aurora and her staff today. Everyone was so so kind and considerate and it made for what was easily the best experience I've had with dental care thus far. The office has amazing vibes and everyone was absolutely wonderful. Highly highly recommend
