I enjoy playing tennis, skiing and basketball. Most of all, I love spending times with my family-my lovely wife and our two young daughters, Addison and Bellamie. Some of the old patients might recognize me since I have been with this office for 6 years before moving to Texas. But now I'm back and looking forward to serving new and old patients alike in our dental clinic

Last time I tooked my kids to this dentist was a year ago. They had been going there the past 2 years. I decided to switch dentists after they changed the front office receptionist. When we started going there it was a girl working the front office. She was good and with no problems at all. But ever since they switched her to a new guy, customer service went downhill. I'm not sure if the guy has zero experience working in a dentist office, but he sure does need lots of training still. He doesn't know what he's doing most of the time. Once when I took my kids for a cleaning he failed to check first when it was the last time one of my daughters was there. So I took them all in at once only to be told that 6 months hadn't passed yet since her last cleaning and that I needed to wait one more month if not she wouldn't be covered so I felt he didn't do his job well by CHECKING before he booked our appointment. It was a waste of time becauseI took her out of school early and had to come back with her in a different day. I was happy before he came and the experiences the last 2 times we were there were bad. Also my last appointment was canceled, because the dentist wasn't going to be there that day. I called them about 2 times to reschedule it and no one ever got back to me at all. That's when I decided I needed to find a new dentist thanks to the poor service at the front desk.

First I brought my kids here for a quick check. They were great! The office was pretty clean. Staff were friendly. My wife and I now come here for checks and cleaning as well. If you have kids, you should bring them here. They have their way around the kids. Highly recommended!
