I've been a patient for the last 35 years. Courteous, fair, and thoroughly professional. They know what they are doing. I have crowns in my mouth that have lasted over 25 years and three perfect solid implants for the last five years. Check them out, you will be extremely satisfied.

I've been coming to JJP Dental Practice for a bit over three months. And I must say that Janet Refoa and her team is amazing! They are honest, kind, and truly do very clean, delicate work. I've had a few crowns, old metal fillings replaced with ceramic, and a root canal and I've been pleasantly happy with each service! I highly recommend this dental practice. I don't know if they are understaffed or if the receptionists are incompetent. Im always 10 minutes early for my appointment and it always starts 30 minutes after the scheduled time, but they are quick to charge me. Will finish my treatment and look for another practitioner.

My husband has anxiety, and the root canal procedure was quite worrying. The staff and dentist were fantastic and helped him through this process. Again, they were amazing!

Don't be fooled by the kind and caring words uttered by staff and Dr. Refoa. The professional and competence appearance is just a facade. Don't believe any price quotes, especially from Hilda! There is always a "misunderstanding". She says the price is only so much. But it's really only for one part of the procedure. I would not be surprised if they over charge the many elderly clients. I have no proof, it's just what I witnessed and what happened to me personally. Besides the bait and switch also be aware they will call to reschedule or change appointment times.

Horrible customer service!! Every time when I have an appointment with them they let me wait 30 minutes to an hour after my appointment. And then when they finally let me in I'm waiting for an additional hour hour until the doctor see me. When I told them that this action is not appreciated they told me that they don't understand why I am so mad. Is not recommended at all very expensive and horrible customer service experience!!

I highly recommend you find another dentist, they will give you the run around! Extremely unprofessional!!!! I waited a month expecting them to call me when they got the approval to continue my dental procedure, they had received the information I was waiting on 2 weeks before I called THEM to check the status! I then had to wait another 2 weeks to get an appointment only to have them refer me to another dentist office when I was expecting to have the work done that day. Go somewhere else and save yourself a headache!!!!

Horrible dental office. They ruined my teeth when they did the cleaning the x-ray they did was so blurry I had to come back twice and still didn't get an answer. The doctors were extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend coming here at all.
