Karina was born and raised in Dallas, TX. She aspires to become a dentist and eventually having her own dental clinic in her hometown of Grand Prairie, TX. She has one more semester left at UNT Dallas until she graduates with a B.S. in Biology with Chemistry & Psychology minors. Her passion for biology led to her joining Tri-Beta, a biological honor society for science majors. In addition to Tri-Beta, shes the historian for the Pre-Health Professionals Club at UNT Dallas.
Karina enjoys going on walks with her Golden Doodle and Great Pyrenees, trying out new places to eat, and volunteering at the North Texas Food Bank in her free time. Shes an avid movie watcher, and loves to shop.
Emily was born in Dallas, TX. Growing up she was constantly moving around, from Knoxville to the northwest edges of Arkansas, and eventually settling down in the city she calls home, Dallas. She has a younger brother and three pomeranians, Ginger, Coco, and Cinnamon.
The dental field has always interested her, so she went to Grapevine Dental Assistant School and graduated in 2020. After starting her first job out of school she fell in love with the field and now aspires to become a dental hygienist.
When shes not at work, Emily enjoys hanging out with her friends, family, and dogs. During the summer you can find her wakeboarding at Grapevine lake, or watching movies at the drive-in with her friends. Her favorite movies include Star Wars and Finding Nemo.
Madison was born in Amarillo, Texas where she spent a short period of her life. Her and her family moved a few times where they finally ended up in Midland, Texas in 2009. She then attended Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas where she received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology in August of 2020. In her free time, Madison loves to hangout with her german shepard and go on mission trips. Madison has gone on missions all over the United States as well as in Nairobi, Kenya. During her mission trips, she found her passion for helping and serving others, which then helped lead her into her future career path. Madison plans on pursuing a career in Occupational Therapy so that she can continue to do what she loves.

If you Don't go to him you have one problem, but you go to it will be two . Did not like his work, He is ruthless, insensitive and good at stabbings. Doe s not care what you go through. the most important part is he rents the fillings for 3 days to a week, he has a good list of referrals for unnecessary work needed, not attending the need of the hour.

Dr Patel is one of the greatest dentists in existence and his staff is impeccable. I had been struggling with my teeth for years and with one phone call they got me in and fixed one of my biggest problems within the hour, with time enough for me to pick up my daughter from school. I left there smiling and dancing because my confidence was refined. Dr Patel's skill and artistry is unmatched by anyone in the DFW area. If you're on Royal Lane or anywhere Riverside drive, this is the place to be. Karina the dental assistant and Katt made things so much easier for my life. I have been to several dentist's in the DFW area and this is the only place that doesn't require an arm and a leg to restore the confidence in your smile once again. Thank you Dr Patel and staff. I will never forget my visit. And I'm great looking forward to return again. Thanks 1 million bajillion . One of the cleanest buildings in Texas.

I highly recommend Dr. Patel's office. I have had some pretty traumatic experiences at previous dentist offices and when I told Dr. Patel my fears/anxieties he listened and was patient and kind. After some dental work needed, I realized that my experience with Dr. Patel is what going to a dentist should be like. He truly set the bar high. And his dental assistant was seriously the best! She was so sweet and personable. The whole staff is just so kind and top tier. I hope to never have to go anywhere else ever again.

Dr. Patel is awesome. The entire staff is friendly and the atmosphere of the office is comfortable and somewhat lively. The cleanings are super thorough and I feel like an active participant in my own dental health. Would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist or even a little unsatisfied with their current!

I found this dentist office based on online reviews. I used to go to Mint for years, but Dr. Patel and the staff are amazing! From the time I booked my first appointment with the receptionist they have been nothing but accommodating from the beginning. I had asked if it was ok to bring my twin toddlers with me to my appointment. The staff was all so helpful, with helping me feel comfortable while having my kids with me. Going to the dentist can be stressful, the staff take the stress out. I can not recommend this place enough. I am truly happy with the service and staff at the location!!!

Came in to get an infected wisdom tooth extracted. I was very nervous, but Karina and Dr Patel made this extraction very quick and painless. I was in and out within 30 minutes!

It's been a few years since I've been to a dentist, which I know isn't good, anxiety sometimes gets the best of us. Getting screened early and having preventative care though is much better than having to pay for a costly treatment for a preventable condition. Anyways, going to the point! My first interaction was with the receptionist, Madison. Madison was super friendly and nice, and was able to explain things in way that was easy to understand. As I left, I had a few other questions to which she happily answered. My second interaction was with the dental assistant, Karina. Karina was also super friendly, smart, and gentle, and answered the questions I had regarding the exams she was doing for my dental checkup, and was just a nice person to talk to! My third interaction was with the dentist, Dr. Rinkesh Patel. Dr. Patel was super friendly and nice as well! I left a few notes when I was scheduling my appointment, and he went through every small detail and addressed all of the concerns I had regarding my teeth, my retainers, and my tooth gap. I really appreciated the transparency of all of the staff working there. They even explained to me a little bit of their dentist lingo that I was hearing as they were checking my teeth! They recommended me several solutions to some of the issues I've been wanting to address regarding my teeth, and were able to give me rough estimates of the costs. Like many others, I have a struggle with making flossing a habit. The staff weren't judgmental at all, which is an issue I unfortunately had with my previous dentist. Though flossing with the string yields the best results, they recommended a water floss for folks who just get a bit lazy, their mentality was "something is better than nothing". If it's not clear, I really love all of the staff working here. I'm glad I was able to find a dental office with folks like them. You can tell these people love what they do, and are very good at it. Everyone was super smart, and were able to explain some things I didn't understand using analogies. I'll definitely be coming here as often as I need to :)

Dr. Patel is fantastic, he always explains whats going on and makes me feel so comfortable! I moved out of the area recently, and he went out of his way to forward me the name of a new dentist he recommended. We will moss you Dr. Patel & team!!

This was an incredible experience. From the clean office and rooms, to the organized and cheerful staff, this is a great dental office! I have always struggled with going to the dentist my whole life and this has always been an easy visit- even with root canal treatments. I've had terrible front teeth for almost a decade and after just a few visits, I finally feel like I can smile in photos without embarrassment.

This is, hands down, the best dentist's office I've ever been to. Dr Patel is so talented, and the help he surrounds himself with is equally skilled. Everybody here is pleasant, and they will communicate with you as far as what you need done, what it will likely cost, what alternatives may exist, and anything else you wonder. I have gotten literally thousands of dollars of work done here, and it has been a joy the entire time. I am currently in the process of moving, and this office is *honestly* one of the things I'll miss most. Not looking forward to finding a new dentist. If you are the type of person that is nervous or anxious about dentist/doctor's offices: I assure you, this is the office for you. I can't say enough good things about the team at Refined Dentistry.

I went to another dentist and she quoted me $1300 out of pocket after using my $1500 from insurance for my treatment. I read about Dr. Patel on fb and on google, He had all 5 star reviews. I booked an appointment with Dr. Patel, He spent almost 3 hrs on the treatment and my out of pocket cost was only $69. The reason I am sharing my experience is because I don't want others to waste their money(as I was going to) and always get a second opinion from Dr. Patel or any other doctor for that matter.

As a healthcare professional I wouldn't trust my dentistry care to anyone else but Dr. Patel. The office is exceptionally clean and updated with the latest technology.
