After many years working in the dental field I still enjoy coming to the practice every day and seeing all the wonderful, bright smiles on my patients' faces! For years, I have built my practice around the philosophy of providing an accepting, welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where my patients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and treatment goals. To this day, I still believe in this philosophy, and I believe it's what makes our patients choose us and continue seeing us for all their dental care. I consider it a great honor to treat and have treated so many wonderful patients, and I look forward to the years of smiles I have yet to share.
I truly enjoy my work as a dentist. One of the most exciting aspects of my job is having the ability to provide my patients with minimally invasive, soft-touch dentistry; giving patients a beautiful, healthy, new smile without any injections, drilling, or pain! An easy example is of a young adult with stained, crowded, chipped front teeth. Minimal invasive dentistry provides this patient with bleaching, high-speed braces, or Invisalign, and bonded resin restorations for the chips. No crowns, no veneers, and probably no injections, no drilling and no pain! Many times this kind of high-tech, 'soft-touch' dentistry costs almost 50% less than a full 'cosmetic makeover' and it 's noninvasive!
At Reedy Branch Family Dentistry, we strive to provide a great dental service in a relaxed 'soft-touch' atmosphere. We enjoy treating our patients with respect, kindness and sensitivity to their unique dental goals.
In 1981, I began practicing dentistry here in Jacksonville. I am an Invisalign certified provider, as well as offering lingual iBraces, TADs, and clear braces. I believe wholeheartedly in continuing education, and I feel that it is a great way to continue offering my patients the most advanced dental treatment options. I am a member of several professional dental associations, where I participate in regular continuing education courses.
When I am away from the practice, I can usually be found spending time and sharing smiles with my wonderful wife of 34 years, our four children, and three grandchildren! I am originally from Philadelphia, but I have called Jacksonville 'home' since 1978. I enjoy living and practicing dentistry in Florida, and I look forward to working with you and your family toward a future of bright, healthy, beautiful smiles!

I went to the dentist with severe tooth pain. It was my first dental "emergency" and everyone was so awesome! They referred me to an endodontist and Nicole spent time finding out if they accepted my insurance and how much it would be (estimate), and went way above and beyond what is "normal" for most employees. She ended up getting me an appointment with the endodontist two hours later, which was quite a miracle! The hygienist was amazing also, and the dentist was kind. I wish I remembered everyone's names, but they were all great! I am very pleased that I chose this office.

October 2022. Another outstanding visit for a cleaning. Made another two fillings return in August 2022 never felt a thing...that's a good thing. Returned May 2022 for an extraction, done well and at an acceptable price. People are caring. On time right service. Pleasure to get dental work here. Also they have a new Scan service for when you need bridges or partial replacement teeth which is quick and easy...no more goop. Folks working there are friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Another positive is if you have an emergency they find a way to fit you in.

I loved my other dentist man ,now he retired and a lady took his place and I'm not feeling her,her only option is to pull all my teeth out and my other dentist never said anything like that,seem like she just don't want to do any work,I think it's time I find a new dentist

hear great things about this place, and I had a good experience in the spring as a new patient. However, the wait is approximately 2 months for a new patient. I scheduled a new patient appointment for my son 2 months ago, and just got called this morning (3 business days before) that this would need to be rescheduled due to a staffing issue. I understand these things happen but it's still disappointing

If I could describe this dental practice in one word it would be 'consistency'! With each visit (from 6mos to a year), they have been consistently friendly, consistently professional, and consistently genuine. Dr. Boales is the icing on the cake! His client care has been and still is authentic and unmatched in my humble opinion. I am a straight shooter. He is a blessing from heaven. Honestly, I would be sad if he retired.

I quit your service today! I went to my appt to find you cancelled it. I've not been happy with the office for a while. Always pricing things wrong. I was a friend of Dr Boles and the hygienist was good. The office is not. Already have another Dentist
