Got multiple fillings here and it has been 3 years but all of my fillings and even the piece they put on my front tooth broke off and fell out now im paying thousands to get crowns on all those fillings.

Very unprofessional staff!!!! Go in for appt for my son and was asked to wear a mask(fine). Week later go in for appt for my son and got my temp taken and asked to wear a mask. Made a comment that last time temps weren't checked and was told if I didn't like it I can wait outside. Said my son is here for an appt and was told he can leave with you. Very very rude .... Just made a comment and was snapped at like we are in grade school! Dear lord what has this world come to! Freedom of speech I guess isn't allowed in their facility! Well was told doc will make us leave and doc didn't have an issue and we didn't have an issue so my son was taken care of and that was that! Couple of days later got a letter stating my son is only accompanied by one parent not both due to a comment that was made. My son will no longer go to this office! If we can't feel comfortable and welcome then you will not earn my business! Highly recommend Webb City Dental! Definitely friendly service you can count on!!!!

They treated my children (one with special needs) wonderfully from young childhood through teens- up until everything closed during the pandemic. We then moved out of state or we'd still be going here!

Worst Dentist I have been to. Took my daughter there. She was 4 at the time. He wanted to hold her down and force her mouth open to get pictures or x-rays. While he was doing this he twisted her finger because he got mad. It took everything I had to keep my calm and just to get my money back and walk out of there without causing a huge scene. I do not suggest this dentist for any kids.

Both my boys have been coming to Dr. Reed for 16 yrs. They have always liked coming here, he has great patience and bedside manner with children!

Love Dr.Reed and his staff. I have been going there for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. I do have some anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, but they always put me at ease and I know I'm in good hands.

Dr. Reed and Nichole have wonderfully cared for my wife and my dental needs for at least 15 years. They never pressured us to perform any dental measure I needed. I would highly recommend!

He fixed my smile! I was so embarrassed about a daged front tooth and so nervous to get it fixed. He did a great job and really helped ease my fear. Very happy with my teeth!

Apparently they pick and choose who they accept and are willing to get in right away or not. I asked if they were accepting new patients and the lady the answered the phone this evening said "well it depends is it for yourself your spouse or your child" I said for my 3 year old she said "what type of insurance does he have" I said Medicaid and immediately she said "oh okay well we do accept Medicaid but aren't accepting new patients until April. I asked why she couldnt have just said that at the beggining of the call when i had asked if they were accepting new patients and she hung up on me. Professional. And obviously picky.

Just called, person was polite on phone. Website says now accepting new patients, they aren't. Website says accepts Medicaid, healthnet, etc, they don't. They weren't rude, but website is incredibly misleading to say the least.

I was recommended here by friends. I called and asked if they were taking new patients (Their website says they do) and said I need to get my 3 yo established and that we have HomeState Health. She said they are not taking new patients with HomeState health and are trying to get caught up from being closed last year. That is totally understandable. She also said they will eventually take new patients and to check back in a couple months. I don't have time for that lol but I know my urgency is not their emergency. However, it is incredibly misleading that they say they are taking new patients on their website but then seemingly discriminate by saying they are not taking patients with Medicaid insurance such as HomeState Health. I literally pay $159 a month for this insurance, it's not a handout I gave three stars bc the lady was professional and kind, and I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but, don't bother for a couple months. I'll change my review for a clearer depiction, if I can ever get in.

Glad they are usually prompt at getting us in at our scheduled time. Staff is always friendly, professional and helpful. Wouldn't take our children anywhere else. Great job!
