Welcome to Reed Orthodontics! Our offices aim is to make your orthodontic experience enjoyable and worthwhile. The city office is in the heart of the East End, conveniently located on Murray Avenue in Squirrel Hill, and the North Hills location is just South of the Ross Park Mall on McKnight Road. We provide braces for kids, teens, and adults, including traditional braces as well as clear and Invisalign at both locations.
Dr. Reed earned her undergraduate and dental degrees from the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to becoming a Pittsburgh orthodontist, she went on to complete a three-year advanced orthodontic residency and Masters of Science in oral biology at the University of California San Francisco. Her Masters thesis while at UCSF was part of a long-term clinical study on the effect of female reproductive hormones on temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disease. While in San Francisco, she became the founder of the Bay Area Pitt Alumni Club.
Dr. Reed is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the Western Pennsylvania Society of Orthodontists, The Great Lakes Association of Orthodontists, and the American Dental Association. Her practice sponsors various girls and boys youth sports leagues and theater groups in the East End and North Hills communities.
