My soon to be 12yr old goes here for his invisalign treatment. The entire office is always clean, even their beautiful fish tank in the waiting area! The staff always make you feel welcomed and important. It's asy to change appointments and be able to communicate via text! This office truly works with you and communication is great! Also, they're very thorough with their patients. I highly recommend Reed Orthodontic!

My daughter has been going to Dr Reed four years and every time we are there the staff are so nice and accommodating and even if we called at the last minute because my daughter was having problems with her braces they always made us a priority I will definitely recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a orthodontist in the Aurora area!!!!

Dr Reed really knows what he's doing. He keeps it short and sweet yet thorough in his work on my teeth. I've had crooked teeth for almost 30 years and in a year and a half they are almost straight. You get what you pay for.

Can I just say exceptional and over the top!!! From start to finish my visit was AMAZING, not only did they get me in the day of but when I got there my 2 year old was acting like a normal 2 year old. The receptionist took the time out to bring crayons and papers for him to color on she is BEYOND Amazing . Then the gal that took pictures of my sons teeth was very patient with him and he is autistic THANK YOU SO MUCH, it meant a lot to me . Shall I go on? I shall, the gall in the back that takes all the notes for Dr.Reed helped explaining everything and going over and beyond to even ask did we want drinks. Then the man himself DR.REED, took his time looking over my sons teeth being very patient giving him commands and explaining everything to us as well. So a HUGE thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I truly appreciate every single one of you. You made a big impression on how your office is run and how you treat people. God bless and can't wait to see you at our next appointment.

We've had two kids who needed braces and they've both been through Reed Ortho. We love them!! Their staff is courteous, professional, and super efficient. We feel like we get world-class care. I can't recommend them enough!

A friend suggested reaching out to this office when I learned my daughter would need braces. They got us in quickly and the consultation went amazing. They were thorough and patient with all of our questions and my daughter felt 100% comfortable with Dr. Reed and Ms. Nicole. Since our initial consult, I have done further research and partnered with our family dentist and every time we had a new question, it was easy and quick to get the answers from Nicole and everyone in the office. Their communication is greatly appreciated along with their patience for a mom like me who likely worries a bit too much for her kids. If your kids need braces (or even if you do), I recommend Dr. Reed, Nicole, and everyone at his office a hundred times over. They will take care of you!
